You get good service from the moment you walk in. I thank all the staff I met at the hospital.

Well organized chaos and clean. Nurses, Doctors, x-ray staff were all wonderful, despite how crazy busy they all were. They all had smiles on their faces. Even with difficult patients. I was there 2.5 hours. Amazing considering how many patients they see daily. Very good service. Thank you st Joe's urgent care staff for the help you gave me. They answered questions I asked and managed to ease any anxiety I had during my stay.

Came here after having fractured my wrist 2 weeks ago. Got courteous and friendly care top to bottom from admissions to nurse to xray technician to the last nurse and doctor. They do a relatively thankless job and made me feel like I was the only one there. Thanks so very much.
Start to finish I was here about 2 hours, they work through the lines efficiently. I'm grateful for what you all do!

Amazing experience. It was fairly busy and I was in and out in an hour. I came in with a blocked ear and an infection. The nurses were very very kind, the doctor came to see me quickly. He answered all my questions with attention to detail and carefully explained my prescription and what to expect. Three days and the infection was completely gone

Very professional. Took necessary PPE precautions. Dr. R. Roebotham and his healthcare team (Triage RN) exceeded my expectations. Thank you very much.

It takes time to get to your turn, the staff were trying hard to get to everyone. The doctors and nurses were very polite and nice. This clinic is a lot better than others, specially the one in south London.

I’ve been here a couple times now and in my experience they are very efficient and have a good system going to ensure you won’t have to wait too long. Way better than going to emerge. The nurses and doctors are kind and professional, unlike some hospitals I’ve been to.

Excellent service from start to finish, both receptionist on check in were polite and efficient and explained everything in detail.the back room staff all smiles when you enter and were welcoming, the young male doctor was honest, intelligent and informative as well his assistant nurse was kind, polite, friendly and gentle as she seemed fairly new but for new she was excellent!

7am and at max capacity. They aren't even open yet! This healthcare system is for the birds!

I get the wait times are a lot better here compared to other places… But when dealing with illnesses and what not, I will never go here again. I thought it was a fluke when I decided to go here after a car accident in 2022, they sent me home telling me to take Tylenol… I had a small fracture in my arm that they didn’t catch…
Turn to 2023, I went here because I knew I had some type of virus that needed attention and Bradley was closed… they did an X-ray to see if it was pneumonia… once again they sent me home telling me to take cold and flu medication. So that’s what I did. This wasn’t getting better, so I ended up going to Bradley urgent care and the dr there told me I’ve got strep and bronchitis. Gave me antibiotics, and started feeling better within 24 hrs… not only did they send me home with nothing for an infection, I got a parking ticket because their parking is only 2 hours, which I had already run outside to pay my meter again and still got a ticket because I missed paying a 3rd time.
Don’t waste your time, go to a walk in or emerg.

They don't deserve to use the name of St Joseph, typical phonies. You should go just to see how pathetic this one is.

Their Website says that they open till 6PM, reached with my 7 year old daughter who had severe constipation problems and was not able to sit or walk due to pain. I reached there around 5: 10 and lady kicked me out when me and my daughter were crying. But The Lady in green scrubs didn’t even listen to me and said, ” she will call security if we did not leave. I was trying to explain her, but she was very heartless, emotionless and rude. Finally we went to Victoria hospital which took me 45 minutes to get in to. They use fleet, which didn’t work initially then worked well.
I am sure at urgent care, physicians and nurses know how to manage with this problem, but they sadly chose money over humanity. These people should not work as healthcare professionals.

Place was awesome, in and out within an hour. Glued a nasty cut for my daughter and I'm am very very happy with the level of service and professionalism! Keep up the amazing work!

What a great experience compared to emergency at Victoria emergency a few days earlier. Dr. Anderson was polite, caring and professional as were the entire triage staff.
I would highly recommend going to UC St Joe’s versus emergency at either Vic or University where it’s more of an assembly line…they want you out asap.

Quite busy at the lunch hour. Line ups and they send you down to an overflow waiting room. I was sent there by my pharmacist due to eye issue. I was there at 120pm and was in line for an hour to get registered. Then it was 630pm when I finally was seen by a doctor. If they reach their patient quota for the day which is 300, they shut urgent care down even if it's only 3 pm. So the community doesn't get the service it needs. I did get excellent care from the doctor that I did see.

I'm so grateful that we have an alternative to hospital emergency departments during the day. I've used this service twice and my husband has once. Every city should have a service like this attached to a hospital. I wish it were open 24 hours a day because it would help ease the strain on emergency rooms, but I understand that staffing is probably an issue, but having it available in the daytime is so helpful.

I went in with extreme pain coming from my right ear, the nurses at the intake desk were phenomenal but when it came to the doctor in the back she was super dismissive and basically said it was a viral infection and barley wanted to check me because “ I work in childcare and children have a lot of germs” I went home still in extreme pain she said there was nothing she can do for me, liquid then started coming out of my ears and ended up being an extreme ear infection where the other doctor couldn’t even see in my eardrum and I was then prescribed a puffer for my cough. Super sad that it is supposed to be a hospital and they are more dismissive than walk in clinics.
