Had a problem with our hot tub.
Called Thursday and they sent a tech guy Friday morning.
Fixed the problem and they didn't charge us, instead said it was a courtesy service call! Amazing

I've been to St. Lawrence Pools exactly 3 times - first time out of curiosity, second out of desperation, and third out of a belief my first two visits were me misremembering. Nope. The prices of standard pool items are astronomical - look at competitors, there's a couple of other pool shops nearby, and you'll see that they charge upwards of 50% more. Secondly, I've had one positive staff interaction: from a cold welcome at the water lab to a staff member on an obviously personal call swearing at the main desk as I cashed out, I would not go here for customer service. The last time I was in, I felt pressured to buy a myriad of unnecessary chemicals for a pool clarity problem; went down the road, got told to just shock the pool, and it cleared right up.

Just pass on this place. You'll be better off getting advice from reddit.

They had the perfect railing for my hot tub. I was on vacation from Windsor And never seen such a big well organized store.

Prince and Daniel were fantastic people! They were helpful, patient with questions, and incredibly accommodating with any requests or detoured questions from our neurodivergent brains! They were honest with their opinions and gave great advice and zero judgments. We're super happy with their service, and it was an honest pleasure to make both of their acquaintances. Would highly recommend coming to see these two gentlemen for anything and everything.
