First time using the place and the attendant was very lovely and guided me on what to do. Excellent customer service and very clean

I don’t even know where to start. This place is filthy and disgusting. The machines are dirty and the area where to place the soap etc is just really nasty. The floor everything was just dirty. On top of the machines had accumulated so much dust. It’s ridiculous. Also guy made me have to do a cash back and charged $1.21 to do this. I only went to wash my comforter and was desperate. This was the closest place. At the place I frequented before they just let me wash then swipe my debit/credit card for whatever was owed. Not to mention the fact that I selected warm temperature and the items were still washed in cold water so their machines do not work. Also did not get a proper dry after 48 mins on med and high temperature. When I opened the dryer to check my clothes the timer kept going. I know this because I was using more than one and they both ended the same time. My skin crawled the whole time I was there. Never ever going back. Owner was brushing his teeth in the middle of the shop and using the sink there OMG. He wasn’t totally bad because he showed me how to use the dryers but otherwise seemed a bit miserable. One word to describe this place is GHETTO.

The price wasn't to bad. But we couldn't do laundry our own way, it wasn't even dry at all, the lady was crabby and it got me upset as well, if we were able to use the bigger dryer it would of been dry. N I had twenty five cents in two dimes and a nickle she wouldn't trade it in for a quarter.for me so mad it would of been better.

This is my go to very Friendly, Clean washer and dryers.restaurant next door if you get hungry. Drying your clothes is 25 cent for 4 mins.price for the washer starting at 8 dollars can wash alot of clothes or your comforters.im very skeptical when it come s to doing my laundry certain places but not this one.and they can pick or drop off your clothes.

I had no clue what I was doing and the staff helped me and were friendly about it, the place was clean, it is a little pricey but not too bad.

First off the smell of this place is god awful, washer is dirty and no matter how good I clean it, it still is rank. Another thing is the owner is not even wearing and mask, when I first called his response to my question was incredibly rude. That should have been my first red flag not to go there. Who ever is reading this, please avoid, I now take my laundry to 172 harbord st- the coin o Rama. Which is way cleaner and no smell!

Good facility, +clean working machines, +a good no-waiting in store policy keeps place uncrowded, -short hours

We visited Toronto and stayed at the Intercontinental. Refusing to pay exorbitant prices for laundry at the hotel, my wife and I walked here to do our laundry.
Good machine that was big enough for our laundry in one load and get washed well in 30 minutes.
We then dried all in drier which also took 30 minutes and we only used Permanent Press setting as we didn't want to cook our laundry with the highest temperature.
We were able to sit in laundry while we waited and tap into the free WiFi from Cluck Clucks Chicken & Waffles next door.
Attendant in laundry was very helpful.

The guy who owns this place is miserable and we no longer use the place for this reason. Ask him anything and you get a grunt.

What a life saver this business was. Picked up from the Sheraton at 6pm and delivered back to us at 9.30pm the same evening, washed dried and folded. Fantastic service.

I came at 8 and the owner won't allow me to stay little bit longer to dry my clothes because the store closes sharp at 9.

Went here on spec after Googling ‘Laundromats near me’, and... Wow!

For what the hotel would have charged me well over $100 for, a week and a half of travel clothes - which were basically delivered in a sack - were washed, folded, and returned to me in six individual bundles. And all this for $25.

Can’t recommend this service - and it is a first-class service - enough.

Been coming here for many years. It used to be good but the business has fallen into disrepair.

Machines will start and stop partway through wash cycle because of worn out door mechanisms or other internal hardware issues. When you bring the issue to the attendant’s attention, he is rude and defensive and will angrily blame you for not knowing the idiosyncrasies of that specific machine.

Feeding change into the machines is tedious and frustrating, as most of the slots obviously need repair and won’t accept newer quarters/loonies.

They used to have plenty of wheeled carts for moving wet clothes to the dryers. They now have only six, and are often using a number of them to hang dry clothes for their wash-and-fold customers (I believe they do this to save money on actually using their own dryers).

I used to do my laundry here all the time but regretfully won’t be returning. I believe in supporting small local business but not when owners do nothing to maintain equipment and are rude when you have an issue.

We dropped a load of washing off on our way to the Distillery District and paid for a wash, fold and delivery service back to our hotel. This service is absolutely fantastic (they do pick up too direct from your hotel) and the owner was so so helpful. All our washing was done and delivered the same day and folded with such care and attention. So convenient, easy and great value for money. Highly recommend.

No hot water, it smells like rotten chicken. The dirtiest laundromat, Washroom disgusting no soap, shame in the owners.
