Overpriced, not great bedside manner, don't offer or explain different options. Loveto tack on procedures they don't necessarily need. Glad I switched to another vet.

ON the evening of December 18 2023, we had a scare of our life with our Dog Mikah, she jumped on the bed but missed her jump and injured her leg to the point where she was screaming and yelping. We thought for sure she had broken her leg. We called your clinic, St Lawrence Valley animal Hospital @ 7h30pm and you close at 8 pm, after me crying on the phone telling the lady on the other line that my dog may have broken her leg, the lady asked how and i told her, and TO MY BELIEF I WAS TOLD WE ARE CLOSING SOON YOU WILL HAVE TO GO TO EITHER OTTAWA OR MONTREAL, I was like she's in a lot of pain, I also said ARE YOU REFUSING TO HELP ME AT THIS TIME AND SHE HAD THE NERVE TO TELL ME YES I AM. Well i was in shock. She never offered to have us bring her in, we will xray and give pain medication to make her comfortable for the ride to Ottawa or Montreal. NOTHING, just a simple YES I AM REFUSING TO HELP YOUR DOG. How upsetting is that. Well I will NEVER EVER SUPPORT THIS CLINIC, AND TO THE LADY WHO TOOK MY CALL, YOU HAVE NO COMPASSION AND YOU ARE NOT IN THE RIGHT FIELD OF CAREER. SHAME ON YOU
THE ONLY REASON WHY YOU ARE GETTING A 1 STAR IS BECAUSE I COULDN'T POST IT WITHOUT. BECAUSE THIS CLINIC DESERVES NOTHING.

They were amazing! Im so happy they were able to help me with my dog Tucker. It's been a few days now, and he's already feeling n looking so much better!

Same medication, every 30 days for 8 plus years. No matter how soon we order a refill, it's never ready on time. This time we ordered Tuesday. We called on Friday to be told it'll be ready on Saturday. Ok, you're open? No, pick it up Tuesday. He runs out Saturday, now what. Unfortunately the only vet in Cornwall.

I am so so so grateful to have found this place for my little chihuahua. Dr. Tropea was amazing, along with Dr. Tomlinson. These people truly care about your animals and are there to help. The staff was efficient and kind from the first phone call. They got my chihuahua in for an ACL tear within two weeks for a surgeon consult and then surgery scheduled two weeks later. I will forever be grateful to this place and have shared my experience with so many people. Thank you to all the staff for being so kind and helpful during such stressful time.

My kitten Shoozy had been to a different clinic where I was told she likely had a hernia, however, Dr. El-Korchi was able to fit us into his extremely busy schedule and properly diagnose and treat her. I live all the way in Kanata past Ottawa, but I would make the drive any day to come to this clinic again in the future. Dr. El-Korchi and his team were extremely accommodating, compassionate, and kept me in the loop through every step of Shoozy’s care. We are so so grateful for the amazing service and top notch animal care and are extremely fortunate to have been referred to this veterinary clinic:).

Zero compassion for my poor cat. Disgusted with all of it. My opinion don't go there if you love your pet all they see is dollar signs

The Cat Clinic set up an appointment for me very fast with SVAH. A very clean and friendly staff and caring.

The vet was very informative and caring! Took good care of my cat and gave me options before doing anything.

Dr. El-Korchi is the man. He has a nice energy and took time to explain my cat's condition to me. He also didn't make me feel pressured to have any unnecessary add ons done for my cat that weren't necessary. Also wonderful that they're open til 8PM some days. I also did not wait for my appointment. 3-4 mins in the waiting area and we were good to go.

"2 up" to Dr. Kalisle and staff. Thank you for providing "BUDDY" with such wonderful care, on this day, which unbeknownst to us, would be "Buddy's" last day. Your gentle way and empathy will never be forgotten. Thank you all so much.

When I needed them the most they left me on hold for 15 and told turned me away. If you have an emergency don't waste your time here!

Best Vet in Cornwall! They go the extra mile to care for your animals. Every vet we’ve seen there has been kind and compassionate, especially Dr. El-Korchi. Highly recommend them!

Great experience, very friendly - our Bear loved the staff and looked they really enjoyed him too. Our pup left happy and we have some peace of mind. Thank you!

Great service, but they forgot to do my dogs nail trim when she was under eventhough I had marked it on the sheet request and mentioned it multiple times. Great after surgery follow-up and availability.
