St. Louis Bar & Grill

It is surprising to know that st. Louis has different rules towards gratuity.we were asked to pay gratuity for a table of 5.got advised each location has different rules for Gratuity which I think is illegal.food was great but overall experience was average.would definitely go to a different location next time coz of the shady rules of this location.

Wings and Fries are a classic combo. The staff at this location are very nice. Even when the store is crazy busy and customers are being crabby.

Absolutely the worst St. Louis Bar I have ever been to. The table was so dirty and sticky even after the hostess gave it a two second cleaning. The server was either new or just plain didn’t care anymore. Our beer was cold and the nachos were maybe a 7/10. After our nachos we ordered 15 boneless to go. We decided on the to go because the music was blaring so loud it hurt our ears and we had to get out of there. Don’t get me wrong I love music, I have stood centre stag at an AC/DC concert and the music at the concert wasn’t as loud. Then when we got back to our room and tried to eat the wings they were so hard you could not stick a fork in them or cut them with a knife.
This experience will make us think twice before going into any St Louis in the future. This place needs a complete make over starting with the managers… no place could be or should be this bad. I sure it makes money but that is only due to it’s location outside the dome. Looking for some good food after a game, walk past this place.

Ate here last night, i like st louis and the food. Nothing special but hits the spot with the wings and fries. The server was very lacking, no energy or friendliness. No hi when approached, just straight to my order. Very cold and quick with each interaction. No thank you or anything after they took my payment when i asked for the bill. I tipped but frankly i dont think it was deserved. The service was not there, it was not even crazy busy like they were running around so where was the emotion. Im a server so i get it, maybe you are not social all the time but do the bare minimum

Josh the bartender is awesome. The guy is on the ball making sure everyone is taken care of.

We arrived after visiting the aquarium to a packed st. Louis filled with blue Jays fans. They said they would seat us in 30 minutes. We had two babies and strollers and we were completely discriminated against for having a stroller. We ordered a drink and waited patiently for them to seat us. After an hour they told us we would have to fold up the stroller, this was impossible given the fact we have very small infants sleeping. They did not accomodate us at all. After an hour of standing around we left without any food and we were starving. Very disappointed.

Nice place with good service. Disappointed with the small menu though.

Ordered poutine, it was luke warm. Server didn't check on us at all throughout the night, maybe came to the table once. The washroom was dirty and smelled terrible. Won't come back

Stopped after a leaf game for dessert and order a few deep fried cheesecakes. When the desserts arrived they weren't even warm and still cold on the inside.

The fact it was almost completely empty during lunch time should have been our first clue. The server was great - very nice. However our food took forever which was surprising considering, like I said, the place was almost empty. I ordered the fish n chips, I cut into the fish and it spilled grease everywhere pretty much ruining the rest of the food.

Stupid place, I went there for wings and started to feel cold because the door was left open. I asked if I can have it closed and they refused, total.ghetto attitude. I ordered wings, had to later ask for napkins. They never asked me if I wanted anything to drink. I stopped the waitress walking by and asked for draft, she said a what?
I ended up getting a head cold with vertigo the next day because of the door being open, had difficulty driving to work.
The hostess had no manners, as I was leaving I said bye, and the animal just ignored me. Earlier she got angry because I mistaken her for the waitress.

Loser attitude

Great food, good prices. Personal favorite is the Wings Poutine with Paala Sauce, wings and Angus Burger. The Frozen Lemonade are a summer must.

Food and drinks were great. Services was little weird though remembering now it felt like a electronics store I guess? The person serving us kept trying to talk us into buying more drinks or up selling us, which we did of course didn’t think twice about it. She also didn’t point out tip was already included on the bill, which we doubled down with a cash tip.

My partner and I brought his niece and nephew here on the first day back for indoor dining. We haven't been to a St Louis since the pandemic so we were really excited to have their wings again. Unfortunately, we were served burnt wings and had to send them back. We are regulars at the other St Louis locations so we know what salt and peppers wings are suppose to look like- not black. We also work in the restaurant industry so we know how guest complaints should be treated. We feel that manager on duty did a terrible job of handing it. This is how it happened. We had politely sent them back with our server who said he was sorry for the burnt wings and would have the kitchen make us 3 new orders right away. (Proper method of service etiquette. Our server was awesome!) Minutes later, the lady (Manager on Duty) approaches our table and leads with "We're going to make you new wings but I just spoke with the kitchen and they changed their oil yesterday. I broke apart the wings and they are cooked perfectly. It's ok, we'll make you new ones though but just so you know. " I don't recall her saying "Hi"/ "How is everything over here? " nor did she apologize for the burnt wings or that we had to wait for new orders. I should note we did not ask for a discount or free food, simply a re-make and she felt so strongly to defend the oil of the company. As servers, we understand that mistakes happen from food to service, and that is absolutely okay but it is the way that these situations are handled which make or break guests experiences.

Server 5/5: Attentive. We were the only table he had that seated inside so he would have to come in just to check on us. He greeted, took our order and quality checked. Apologized for burnt wings and initiated immediate remake. Thanked us for coming.

Manager on Duty: 1/5: Due to reasons listed above.

I have to give 2 stars because the restaurant is run by the manager on duty and if this is how she leads by example, she's setting low standards for her staff and the company itself.

Great tasting fresh food, especially the wings although price is a little high. Good sauce selections for the wings and new flavors. New summer items in menue, calamari was a surprise was super crispy and light. Nice big patio area with the games on the tv.

The front desk lady called Rita was super rude and mean. They have made us wait for an hour and did not tell us about their policy of ID requirement after 9 pm. They didn’t communicate their policy with us and after an hour wait she disrespectfully started telling us to stop talking and leave the place because their is no way they let us in. She left by saying there is no point of arguing with us and we can report to whoever we can. We missed the game we wanted to watch and our night got ruined. If you want to have a peaceful and fun night DO NOT CHOOSE this location.

Extremely disappointed with the experience I had here. Despite being a huge fan of the St. Louis b&g at 6485 Mississauga Rd, this one was completely underwhelming. Our wings were barely sauced and burned on the bottom, our waitress came to our table 1 time after taking our order and it was to drop the food off. Not just our waitress, but multiple staff members were rude and condescending. I don’t think I’ll be coming back…

Everything was excellent, from the view from the patio, to the food, the staff, the music playing. Couldn't ask for anything more. The garlic sticks were delicious and I recommend the salted caramel brownie for dessert.

The food and service used to be good. But don't bother trying to come enjoy the patio. They don't seem to be happy to have customers come even while they have empty patio seats. I don't know what prompted them to be rude but they seemed to be discouraging us from waiting for a table. They clearly setup patio for social distancing but they don't actually want you to come.

The worsted service, there called st Louis wings and rib but they run out of ribs? !? !? ! At 3pm and it's slow sounds funny to me.

Wings were great. It had enough meat and was not overcooked. Got the 2lbs wings. Half honey garlic flavor, it was sadly cold when served. The other was cajun dry spice, those wings came out hot. Dill dip was awesome as it always has been. Best location I've gone too. (Minus the half cold wings) Staff were friendly as well as attentive. I'd go back.

Slow service.mediocre food/ variety.took over 5 minutes for anyone to even ask how many in our party and another 5 to be seated.

Was a great place and awesome food, but would have been more stars had I been charged for the 60 oz of beer, rather than three 20 oz charges. But other than that the All Canadian Burger was amazing!

Service was great but the fries and wings were double or triple fried. Amazing location for a beer with a solid view.

Food and energy here was fantastic. We came here after the Jays game last week and loved it. We had a group of 10 and they were so quick to serve us and help, it was great. The appetizers and drinks that we ordered were delicious and I would highly recommend visiting here the next time you're nearby!

Good place to stop for lunch and beer on a hot day like this after going through CN tower/Ripley.
Canadian Angus burger was exellent.

We had some of the best service tonight I have ever had. The place was jammed before the Jays game but the kitchen hot our order out quickly and our server was right on top of refills and never acted in a hurry, even though she told us she was covering 2 shifts and hustling all over. She even took a minute to chat and ask us about our trip and where we were from. The rest of the staff cleared plates promptly and even held onto a bag we left behind until after the game. Over really great experience with good food to boot. Wish I had caught the server's name. I was very impressed.

Great food and they serve in good quality & quantity as well. Combos, promotions and daily offers are pretty good. The only thing that I was disappointed with is the time they take to serve the ordered food. So, if you are taking another bite, order those by the time you are halfway through first ones that you ordered. Anyways, great ambience to sit and have dinner.

Great service, very nice server, food was good, but my St. Louis Wings poutine wasn't as much wings on it as we get here in Barrie, but anyways. Look forward to checking out the patio @ this location in the summertime.

I was there in last Tuesday i orther wings and beer so when i fnish my beer and my food the bartender saw i fnish she come and toke the empty glass.and clean the table.
I never ask for bill and i actually wants orther another glass beer so befor that she bring my bill

Love this place and it's cozy, sports friendly atmosphere. Food is well priced, well portioned and delicious. Everyday there is a half price drink and food special. Staff was prompt and courteous.

Just in front of the Roger's center and close to the scotiabank center. I nice bar to have a drink before a game.the food is pretty good too!

We had wings, which are good, but not spectacular and you will pay for spectacular. We also had the greek salad, which is about as good as you could hope for from this place. The location is great, but the atmosphere is very corporate / plastic. If you are looking for an easy place to have a drink and a bite before or after a game and you don't mind paying for the location, this is a perfectly adequate spot. If you want good food, though, walk up to Queen.

Worst bar and grill in Toronto, absolute embarrassment to Toronto and sad that it is in a high tourist area, the staff are not only racist but have no problem letting you know that if your coloured they will help white people first then ignore everyone else, I ordered for pickup then was told by the sign on the door to go to the bar to get my food only to be ignored for 10 minutes then yelled at, yes yelled at "your suppose to go to the server not here go to the server don't come here". There is a sign in the door that says to pickup online orders at the bar and I went to the bar, the racist bartender chose to play with her phone instead of assisting myself she kept texting until some white people showed up at the bar and she attended to them then went back to texting. When I asked for my food she yelled out "your suppose to go to the server not here go to the server don't come here" then said "sometimes we don't have enough servers" I said there is a sign in the window says to pickup online orders and the reply was "go to the server not the bar" then I went to the server near the door and was told "your order is being cooked" even though it said online that it would take 20 minutes and it was 34 minutes later and it wasn't busy. The server left and came back few minutes later and said they are packaging my food and left for 5 minutes. It takes 5 minutes to put a couple of chicken nuggets and 10 fries in a container. While waiting a older Chinese couple came in and wanted to sit and 2 servers walked by them 3 times and we're ignored and the couple left. A couple of white dudes showed up and we're asked by the same server if they want to sit outside and they went to the bar and the same bartender that told me to get lost served them right away. When I finally got my food home they screwed up my order. I only ordered food from this location twice the previous time was last year and pretty much the same thing happened I was told by the server to go to the bar and asked the bartender for my food and was ignored for 3 minutes then when I went to the server they had my food waiting at their station. Unless your a first class racist and hate people that aren't pure white according to Hitler's standards stay away from St. Louis Bar & Grill across from Rogers Centre as there are plenty of other places to eat and would be happy to serve you with respect.
