Good food but terrible service. The amount of times that it isn't busy and we walk in and wait 10 minutes before even being acknowledged. The ladies there need to work on their hospitality. The one gentlemen there is great though

Served us cold food. Then re fried it and served us the same old previously cold food. Not sanitary, pretty disgusting practice.

About 10 minute wait just to be acknowledged and brought a menu, another 10 just for waters. Food took a long time and 1 of the orders was wrong. Waited a long time for it to be ready and other food was cold by the time. Ended up just leaving and feeling we wasted our money here. Not saying its the servers fault as it was short staffed but management, do better. There are a lot of people looking for jobs, why not accept those people when you are delivering slow service such as this. Poor server

Great place to hang out with friends! Loved their chicken wings with different sauce varieties. BBQ was the best!

I liked it a lot, I can't give any reference regarding the food or the service but I can give any reference to the atmosphere. Every Wednesday from 8: 45 - 9: 45 pm you have a free dance lesson and from 10: 00 pm - 1: 00 am is the famous "Social dancing" where you can dance to Latin music, whether bachata or salsa, freely with your friends or with other people. It is a very entertaining plan and feel free to dance your way.

I would say that a server can ruin your experience while everything else is great. Imagine she changed to a different person after the tip, aggressively behaved and made me embarrassed as the one who was paying for the group of 5 people while we were in the middle of our dinner and she decided to give us the bill and did not even ask if we want the bill separately. The reason for all this was not paying as much tip as she had in mind… so we decided to put extra money on the table while leaving because she didn’t even come to clean our table and she asked the manager to deal with it after she rudely behaved with us.
If the tip is this valuable for her, she could just split our bills at first or ask who wants to pay, instead of putting the machine in front of me while I’m enjoying my food and drink and having no idea that I have to deal with Bill for the whole table.
The manager was a nice guy who tried a lot to see if everything was okay with us from the beginning and at the end, I was super embarrassed that the server made him clean our table because of that tip situation.
The food was great, we ordered wings and I can say it's juicy and in the best temperature.
For vegetarians, you cannot believe that they have one of the best plant-based wings ever I’ve eaten in my life, even better than the chicken ones.
Overall, as I said everything is great here, but I did not have a good experience at all as it was a Thursday in the week and we wanted to go somewhere to chill and get rid of the pressure of work, study and daily life by gathering as friends and have a fun night, imagine during that night the server aggressively behaves because the amount of tip was less than her expectation.

Excellent place to chill out, the food is really good, has good variety available, you can get a lot of choices when it comes to the beer. The owners are very welcoming and friendly.

They have a good variety of local and imported beers.
And of course, St. Louise has always been famous for their Poutine and Pork Ribs!

My husband, my daughter, and I decided to go here last night for dinner. The service was extremely slow and it was not busy. It took forever just to have somebody come by and take our order for drinks and once they finally did we still waited another 10 to 15 minutes. We ordered a wine and some specialty drink nothing over-the-top. We then ordered our food. My daughter ordered garlic Parm boneless chicken wings she said they were fine my husband ordered the chicken tenders. They were so dark and rubbery. It was crazy. I ordered the boneless chicken wing nachos in a medium sauce. The chicken amount on my nachos wasn’t even the equivalent to a chicken tender. My husband looked at it and said I thought you ordered chicken on that. When we finally paid the waitress told us it was her first day at work which was fine. But I will never return to this place. Service and food just not what I would go back for.
I have been to several St. Louis bar and grill and especially the one out in Bowmanville and I can honestly say when that food come to the table it looks great and taste great.

Place is just like any St Louis but Aaron made it special for us, he is so friendly and kind! We loved spending time there and would love to come back again here, thank youuuu Aaron

Worst service I have received since I've moved to Toronto 2 years ago. A couple of my colleagues were served 2 awful pints of coors, which they kindly pointed out to this server. He was totally dismissive, ignorant and volatile, and decided not to bother coming back to our table for the whole night to 'serve' our table. I had to go to the bar twice myself to request service. The second time I went, he happened to be there, and brought me a pitcher, after I clearly asked for a pint. He then went away, shaking his head and muttering to his colleague about our table. I've never given below 15% in Toronto, but this time I gave 10. The only reason I even gave 10 was because the server that took our payment was well mannered and courteous, so I felt bad for him having to work with this guy. This is the literally the first time I have EVER written a bad review on absolutely anything. That guy should not be working in the service industry.

Aaron was a great server. We had a fantastic experience and were able to watch the UFC main event. What a night!

Celebrated a friends birthday here, went on a Sunday and had a blast with their unlimited wings offer. Aaron is your guy if you ever visit this location

If you can avoid this location, I would highly recommend it! The management is incredibly unprofessional, the wings are rarely crispy, and one of their servers in particular, a terrible employee named CASSANDRA (she's got weird contact lenses and a hideous nose ring) is the most USELESS server I have ever experienced in my life. She is rude, incompetent, disrespectful and should be fired immediately. The other servers are great people, from my limited experience, but this sad excuse for a server should not be allowed to work around people, she's really just that bad.

EDIT: I just read some of the previous reviews, and it appears Cassandra hasn't just provided me with extremely terrible service, but others as well. Management should take note.

Hwe ordered appetizers and they came at the same time as most of the food.one persons order must have been forgotten because it was the only hot one when it arrived at the table.we sent our apps back as they were freezing when they got to the table.a round of shots took 10 minutes.we ended up cancelling them when the server came to ask how things were and admitted he forgot them.the food was good but not worth all the forgotten items.also, did i mention they tried to sneakily overcharge for drinks?

i feel like there’s better st.louis locations to visit.edit: if the person who responded to this is the same person who shrugged when notified of the pricing error on your menu, i’ll save my time and email.find a new profession because the service industry isn’t it for you, or Aaron, the person who exhibited the worst service I’ve ever been privy to.

Exceptional service from the most hardworking bartender/server in the industry [Brittany] she is amazing! The fries are really delicious too. If you’re ever in the neighbour hood of bay and dundas at the Atrium, make you sure to stop by and grab a bite to eat and couple shots on me. Ask for Brittany and tell her I sent you.
Side note. Tell “Bruce” to give Brittany a raise! She most certainly deserves it.

Excellent service from Cassandra today! First time coming to this location and was back in town to visit some friends decided to stop in had some tasty wings.she was very welcoming and helpful and as watched makes some mean drinks. Will return again, thank you!

We were lucky to find this gem in down town Toronto 9pm new years eve! The atmosphere, the food, the service and over all the spot deserves a 5 star.

Please boycott this restaurant…. What I witnessed was inhumane and disgusting. Yesterday evening (Dec 18 around 9pm) a young male went to use the washrooms and was chased near to the washroom area by the bartender and was told he had to leave because of the clothing he was wearing. I heard the bartender continuously yell at the man that he is wearing “gang colours” and needed to leave the restaurant ASAP. Please note that this was a BLACK male and the bartender was WHITE. The male was only wearing a black vest on top of a white long sleeve sweater…. If this was a white male would this have happened? It is 2022, I thought that people working in a downtown Toronto location would be more sensitive and not racially profile people. I’m completely disgusted with what I saw, and I feel awful for the male. He was doing nothing wrong, and was racially profiled, told he was in a gang, all based on the fact that he is black. Please boycott this location, I will never be coming back after what I saw.

Order was "ritual" from their website so they did not get it for some reason.had to wait for them to make it.had a beer, but they charged me. No discount for the error.wings are always good.

The wings are by far the best within the franchise community (and arguably beyond) ; they have a good selection of beer on tap, washrooms are clean. Most importantly, our services were fantastic.

Omg! I walked in and was mesmerized! So bright and inviting! My friend and I went to the Raptors game, and even tho we lost, I had a fantastic time there! The food was excellent, the entire experience was well worth it

Visiting Toronto and had to Stop at St. Louis at Yonge and Dundas. The Food is always Fresh and Delicious. Got the Nachos and the Buffalo Chicken Sandwich. Of course, no visit to St Louis would be complete without a cold beer. So many to choose from on tap. Got the Barking Squirrel and it did the trick. Lastly, our server was super Friendly and helpful. Thanks for a great experience!

The service was slow. We feel like our waitress forgot about us. Even though she told us to enter and seat ourselves, it took 10 mins for her to come take our order. My friends food was not at all as described on the menu. Which caused her to not finish it.

Was are go to spot for 15 yrs, just had the worst service ever and they could care less. Waited am hour for cold food and soggy nachos. Kids meals were unacceptable and everything was cold. Was are iconic go to spot down town now its nothing to us.

Went there wanted to try all you can eat. We were planning to order different flavours and share with each other so we get to try more flavours. But the server didn’t allow us to share our chicken. This rule should have been specified clearly on the website.

Pub ambience is nice to chill and hang out in. Not too loud, a little of a buzz. Many many screens for those interested in sports! The cocktails here are delicious.service was good, the server was friendly and checked on us often.food was awesome too, great choice of wing flavours and the fries were golden and crispy.

We tried their hot wings and their berry smash. Everything was perfecto the take out with skip was super busy for the super bowl and they did a great job to handle it. It was a good sign for us.

Service is terrible. My boyfriend and I waited over 30 minutes to pay after getting our bill and we had split our bill, so he paid first, but our waitress left after he paid and didn’t bother coming back for my bill. We waited 10 -15 minutes for her, but she was too busy talking and laughing with the other costumers at the bar area, so I went up and paid. She then had the audacity to say, “maybe tip next time”. If she didn’t make us wait 20 minutes for some water at start and another 30 minutes just to pay and had actually asked us if we needed more water when we ran out instead of us chasing down the other waiter for some she would’ve received a tip. Safe to say we will not be returning to this location

The food was amazing! The garlic sticks, I can’t even, I might be in love and the sauce, wow. So good!

Terrible. Ordered on skip the dishes. Fries are soggy. Wings are so dry and overcooked. Almost no sauce. We ordered 2lbs of wings but one box is missing half the wings (received 4 total). If you want to get scammed, order here. Unbelievable.

Would recommend visiting another location. My order was mixed up multiple times during the same meal and after having received the wrong dish, I was still charged for it and had to ask multiple staff members to remove it from my bill, which they were still reluctant to do. During these back and forths, the waitstaff were rude, dismissive, and entirely unapologetic to the fact that our meal was far from satisfactory.

I got The WORST POUTINE. It is like plastic fries. They seem to reuse fries. DO NOT ORDER from this location.

This place is a tucked away, hidden gem in the heart of downtown Toronto. Large screens with sports from every angle. The service is amazing! They do a great job. With a patio in the summer, you can't wrong and the food, yummmmmm!

Not impressed with food at all. Wings came cold and were not even what I ordered. Not impressed.

Got order wrong, did not apologize, did not remake, still charged for the item. When we complained, they offered to give us a discount but then deceived us (put discount on the bottom of receipt but did not add into total). Tried to make fake friendly conversation with us to make us pay for their mistake. Did not budge and another staff member came to argue that what they made was correct. Horrible customer service, dishonest employees/manager. Other St. Louis I’ve been to have been great, but this one is not.

I do the lunch once a month on the Tuesday for half off wings for over a year now. They have been good and quality every time. Unlike other St Louis locations.this one is my favourite location in Ontario.

It is close to my work and I am served & fed within my hour lunch break and back to office.

Not much to say. The best wings in Toronto and the best plan for every Tuesday. It's like a ritual. Every sauce it's delicious. It is probably that you have to wait for minutes even one hour in Tuesday but it worth it. I really love every st. Louis in the town.

Smaller wings then other places, but the thing about St. Louis is that they barely dissatisfy your tastebuds. I order the hot Garlic Parm wings with hotter than hell on the side. Their fries are still one of my favourites in the city. They even taste delicious a day later as leftovers. Smoked BBQ sauce is also a favourite.

Food was okay. But it took too much time to get the food. We were group of 5, so we tried to understand the late serving. But it literally took more than 40 minutes and we saw they serve food to other people first and they were not the people who came before us.

It was good. Waitresses need to ensure they send the right order to the correct table. Other than that it was fine

A lovely place to enjoy tasty wings and fries with friends. It has all the happy elements for a neighborhood spot, large TVs, a touch screen jukebox out of Star Trek movie to choose nostalgic songs and all-smiles staff!

We have been to this location multiple times but last Wednesday while we were waiting for our order we saw a cockroach (alive) just right next to us. We spoke with the manager and he showed us their latest health inspection report (which they passed) but since there are cockroaches by the seating area; more should be done in terms of pest control.

My wife and were on vacation from British Colmbia. So i called here and asked if they could play the Vancouver Canucks game for us cuz we havent missed a game in 8 seasons and the lady said ya for sure. There was 13 of us altogether so my wife and i went there furst just to make sure they are gonna play and she tells us they didnt have the channel. So the 23 of us ended up hoing to a different sports bar and eating. We all chipped in and gave our server $350 tip so if your a Canucks fan dont go there lol cuz you cant watch the game

Good location but it is very small and it gets crowded easily. They have a small patio facing Edward Street in the summer.

Arrived, sat at the bar and walked in to the bathroom.no toilet paper.told the hostess about it.half an hour later walked into the bathroom again and no toilet paper. Told an other staff member and walked into the bathroom third time and no toilet paper.i would give zero star if possible.i was fed up and left. Head office should penalize and retrain staff.never returning again

I've noticed every St Louis makes their wings differently. This location is one of my favorites in the city.
[Food] The only thing I've had here is wings, and they never let me down.
[Service] Service can be a hit or miss, I've had some mediocre experiences here due to the service.
[Atmosphere] Great environment to watch a game. The space is a bit small though.

Best wings and fries I had in a while. I highly recommend this spots. Awesome patio for that group or intimate setting in the mids of the Toronto hustle and bustle.

Just a casual hang out spot but worth coming back to for exactly that, casual fuss-free dining.

Come here all the time to watch sport events and it's great fun. The food is pretty unhealthy bar food like wings, burgers, nachos and so on but its overall decent. They have a second floor that is much more open and better looking but in general the atmosphere is dated. However they are now renovating the second floor so it should be lit soon.

The service at this St. Louis Atrium are great. The servers are friendly and knowledgable, it's one of my go-to places to watch a Raptors or Leafs playoffs coz they have TV screens everywhere to watch the game. Servers are never pushy or pressuring to you order lots of food or buy drinks, it's a very relax and comfy setting.

I also enjoyed the daily specials. One day is half price appetizers, another day is half price wings and another day is burger special, it's nice. Good deal. Sometimes, they have beer deal.

And the food is St. Louis, it's decent. Hot crispy wings come in good portion, it has good ratio of drumsticks and flats and I luv its dill dipping sauce and the fries, love it, love the fries here. And this location is so close to the Dundas Square, Eaton Centre and subway lines.

Came here for the Raps Game! Very busy location, great atmosphere! Food is delicious! Kianna was great!

I've actually been going to this St. Louis since the day it opened, and it's still a weekly spot for my friends and I. The food is great, and the staff are all awesome. It sometimes gets a little crazy on Tuesdays when people flood the place for half-priced wings, but overall it's great place.
