First time here for me and not only was the food so good! Our waitress Natalie was very attentive & charming! She provided us with the best service we have had in awhile! We will be back

Best place in Belleville to watch the Leafs game on hockey night. Big TVs all around the room, and sound on to hear the commentary. Not to mention excellent food. Had the dill cheeseburger tots to share and wings with garlic parmesan sauce. So perfectly crispy and delicious. Our server was very friendly and kept our drinks full for an all around great time. Looking forward to coming back.

Busy little spot for good food, tasty beers and lots of screens for the sports crowd. Service was very friendly and the southern fried chicken sandwich was delicious. Ample free parking. Easily accessible from hwy 401 at hwy 62.

Service was great. Ordered fish and chips. Very skimpy piece of fish in batter that was hard and greasy.

4 is my standard rating. It's basically what you'd expect. Nothing to complain about and service and pricing is fair. They do have some daily deals which I feel is more then some other local chain restaurants.

Stopped in to St. Louis while driving from Kingston to Toronto. Food was great, we already are a fan of the wings and this location was great.
Even on a Sunday night there was some atmosphere. Food and staff were great, service was quick.

Every time I come here (usually for an epic wing night) I experience incredible service from the delightful staff! They all make a fun night out even better!

Wonderful experience here! Our meals were great, and our server, Steph, was an absolute firecracker. She had us cracking up and is very full of life! I'll definitely be back very soon!

Went for Wednesday night trivia. Food was as expected for pub food, staff was friendly and the trivia host Randy was awesome.

Just be careful was sitting alone on patio.some man on a bike started cursing and swearing at me coming up to the glass…. Scary went right into restaurant paid my bill and left! Never again!

Waitress are fun to chat with and the food was great. Thanks for making me a killer kool-aid!

We were promptly seated where we wanted, served for drinks immediately after sitting down. Ordered food right away and was excellent. The server was very friendly and tentative. Will definitely return and recommend it to others.

Been there once before and loved the food and service, we ate in. When we went the last time, we got our food to go, big mistake. We spent over 100 and didn't even get what we ordered. No poutine, the salad was just lettuce with a piece of chicken on it. We wanted our money and can promise we will never go back in

Good burger and fries, will have to go back and try the rest of the menu. Great friendly and fast service.

Dinner was good, we had nachos and the Chicken Margarita tacos. The nachos were average I'd say, the tacos were pretty good though. Staff was friendly and helpful

Great place to hangout with friends, service was quick and our server was very friendly and nice her name was Lauren she was really nice, and food was delicious.

Ive gotten take out on numerous occasions. Always fantastic. The wait time is long sometimes but the ladies on the phone always advise. Tastes amazing and always the same, which is incredible. Thank you guys for always being great!

The service: efficient, polite, friendly
The outfits: a good 3 inches to short
The food: hire a cook that doesn't make "jus" with hot water & Oxo cubes; fries "golden fries" into a block, and generallh seems to heat frozen stuff in a microwave.
The bar: needs to understand purchasing. You buy in a new bottle before the current one is empty.
The music: too loud, and awful. One good song only; The Wellerman, though a bad version.

The conclusion: we can honestly say we've tried it. And won't go back.

Can definitely say i won't come back to eat here. Came in on sunday night with my kid sister and the service was amazing the entire staff on the floor were so nice and so kind overall. The food was terrible, I had gotten a southern fried chicken sandwich (i think) and i felt like I was eating sand and my kid sister got a poutine which tasted like the dumped a pound of salt on it. Definitely wont recommend.

We enjoyed St Louis, this was our first time at this location. What disappointed us was the number of items they were out of on the menu, and on a Saturday night. Could just be growing pains but ordering stock should be pretty straight forward.

Awsome food and best quality keep up the good work and portion size is great please don’t reduce it we love it and will be regular customers. Love it and nailed it made my night. All the food we got was great kudos to team and thanks for having the store in town.

The service at this locations is amazing! Steph (one of the managers) runs off her feet to make sure everything is running smooth! My food was the best of any St. Louis franchises I have ever been to…. I’ve been to a lot lol

It was obviously very busy on a Friday evening but I have to say I love the menu here! Alot to choose from but alot of it sounds absolutely delicious.

Have been here om several occasions at different times and different days, some more busy then others but its to be expected that the lunch experience is different from the dinner. Great value for money, food is always hot and tastes great and the service is always welcoming and friendly. They are working out the kinks of being brand new and are doing fantastic.

SMALL BURGER BIG PRICE POUTINE HAD SKIMPY CHEESE FRIES WERE TASTELESS AND CUT IN A WIERD WAY ALL OVERPRICED

Arrived at 4: 45pm meal arrived at 6: 15 after three requests. Traffic was very loud while sitting on the patio hard to hear the waitress or or our family. Food was not as expected. Waitress was very nice and had apologized a few times when we asked when our meals would arrive. Kept stating soon.

Me and my girlfriends waited over 1.5 hours to get a table. We had to sit outside when it was quite cold. We became quite sad and disappointed as we were quite hungry! ‍️ We literally waited and waited and waited, we got served eventually, food was great but the service is just no good. It’s really too bad!

Food is always delicious but management is pretty stingy. During my most recent order they placed an empty cup in the takeout plate to take up space so they don't have to put the actual amount of fries. The older man that owns/manages the place seems a bit crooked too if you talk to him.

Place is always out of something. Yesterday was fish and chips. Today is diet and non diet Pepsi. Fish and chips and poppers and another app. Boils down to poor management. Will have to call first to see what they're out of on that day or maybe just forget about the place.

Very terrible service.here for almost 2 hours and took about 1hr and 20 minutes for food.at the beginning it took almost a half hour for JUST our drinks, and didnt even put the straws in the drinks only in 1.servers do not know how to serve properly poor training and food does not come out in the timely manner.

Food was ok but took forever, watched them clean washrooms from my seat not appealing but having them carry the garbage bags through the restaurant was disgusting. Won't go back

Food was great, customer service wasn't really all that great. Took a while to get the food and drinks, had to wait about 10mins after getting the food to ask for the condiments that were supposed to come with it. Like I said, great food, poor customer service.

Have visited a couple of times now, really great food, I have experienced super long waits for take out but food was good! On my birthday they brought out an awesome piece of cake I appreciated it!
My one complaint - the forks/ utensils are absolutely horrible - why go so cheap in such a nice establishment.

Have been here over an hour and no food yet. Waitress spend more time talking than looking after tables. Not busy at all and still waiting!

First time we ordered was great, good portions, felt like we got what we paid for. 2nd time, missing side salad.barely any sauce on the wings, only 6 plant based wings for 16$. Definitely not going to be returning if the 2nd visit is your standard for food.might as well make another meal for myself with how little I got for 40$.
refuse to take any accountability for missing salad, stating it was only worth 2.25.

AVOID AVOID AVOID, we had came to this establishment, for a quick LUNCH, and to my dismay, 1hour later, and NO WINGS, I was so upset, I just wanted to pay for our drinks and appetizers, and leave. Then our waiter came with our food with no explanation, on why the food was taking so long? My first visit and my LAST. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

Delicious food, really good prices and super friendly wait staff! The portions aren't too big or too small. Really great for a date night and a great choice of music! Highly recommend!

Had the pleasure of meeting the Manager (owner?) of the restaurant. He had to be the most pleasant man ever! Knew all about his menu and chatted with us for quite some time. Even gave us free food! The wings were amazing and the pulled pork sandwich with fries were awesome. Will definitely be coming here more often when it opens up! Thanks for the great talk and being as nice as you were when we tried to walk in while closed haha.

Don't bother ordering after 9pm on Skip. They clearly can't handle it. They confirm the order, then keep postponing, until they turn the device off for the night.
