Food is extremely overpriced, horrible atmosphere as the owners treats his workers terribly, watched the entire staff walk out of their shift the other night because of mistreatment from owner. Would not recommend anybody support the business

I recently visited a sports bar and was extremely disappointed with my experience. The atmosphere was dingy and poorly lit, with outdated decorations and furniture. The service was slow and inattentive, and our server seemed more interested in chatting with her coworkers than attending to our needs.

The food was subpar at best. The wings were overcooked and lacking in flavor, and the burgers were overcooked and dry. The beer selection was limited and unremarkable. Overall, it was a huge disappointment and I would not recommend this sports bar to anyone. It is clear that the owners do not put any effort into maintaining the quality of their establishment

Food was pretty good, our server Cassidy was terrific, always had a smile on her face and really wanted to make sure we had a good time. The table appreciated you, Cassidy!

I read the comment from the Carly Horler person and entirely disagree. I was present at the bar when this situation unfolded. The staff were professional honest, and quickly made an attempt to contact the manager on her day off to let her know what was happening. The assistant manager on the phone was nothing but kind from what I could hear on my end. Customer service here is always a 10/10.felt the need to update my review to address this

This place is atrocious. The food is awful and overpriced. But mostly. The fact that the staff all just walked out because of the mistreatment and abuse by the people who own it.thats appalling. Ive personally overheard some of the comments the kitchens said to the servers as the servers were complaining about it. I don't support businesses that don't support their staff. As a durham college student I'm advising against all my friends coming here. Not to mention this place has cars driving through window and people losing their lives just out front. 10/10 skip this place go to brewhouse or anywhere else

Horrible customer service and unwilling to refund me for completely messing up my order. I placed an online order and when I got home I discovered that the food was cold, the sandwiches didn’t not look at all like the photos or match the description of the food, and the toppings were wrong, despite being written on the order note stapled to my bag. I called and asked for a refund and the manager said they don’t do refunds. Don’t worry, they’re able to take your money and mess up 3 things on one order but have no system to process a refund to make up for negligent errors. After telling the manager that I didn’t want any coupons for free food, I wanted my money back, she said well there’s nothing I can do for you then and hangs up on me. Location will not answer my calls now. Clearly she shouldn’t work in customer service or as a manager if any customer who expresses frustration over multiple mistakes on one order deserves to be hung up on and ignored.

Nice ambience, good poutine, nice staff, and superb cocktails.
I still miss their grilled chicken poutine which they dont have any more.

Sunday afternoon, my husband was craving a buffalo poutine (which was amazing) only reason I’m giving an extra star. The server was friendly but we were sat at a dirty table; every single one in the bar area had sticky spots. I counted 5 staff standing by the bar/kitchen talking about their personal lives while we had no quality check, and went over 8min without a refill on our drinks. Perks of having cp24 on the tv we can actually time our wait. I’d not have that on if the service is slow because of chatting. Every table around us was complaining. Get better there girls I’ve been in the industry for 12 years.

The place was crowded, we didn't get our food until after an hour. The waiter was great always apologized to us why the food wasn't coming.

Very good. Service was fast. AYCE wings were on, but we were not hungry enough ti take advantage

I really enjoyed the plant based wings and the for the fact that they even got the right shape and it didn't look like I was eating a chicken nugget. It was very nice. The service was excellent on my first visit. So much so that I convinced my friends and family to visit this establishment for the service. Sadly they were not as impressed. Had to return to see for myself and unfortunately I had to agree. They got my drink wrong three times. The waiter seemed more annoyed than I did and that I did not enjoy his drink. Not once did he give me an apology for his mistake. The fries made up for it. They have the best fries! I also fell in love with the Cajun honey hot cauliflower bites! That was fantastic!
** Update ** one waiter cannot ruin the bunch that are absolutely amazing! I visited the same location once again yesterday and order the plant-based beyond meat tacos and fries and I have to say they were probably the best I had ever tasted! The service was on point just like it was the first time I visited!

I just wanted to say that the experience that I had on Friday was amazing. Food was great, but the service was much better.

It's hard to find good service nowadays.

Alannah was our waitress for the majority of the night and Claire took over when Allannah's shift ended.

From start to finish, this place has a team of people that will make your experience enjoyable.

Went in for lunch other day. Food came out quick and hot and the beer was nice and cold. Very friendly bartender working. Would visit again.

Just ordered food from this location. Not happy at all. You do t order a poutine to have less then six or so curds in it. Not just one poutine, it was all of them. Sad they can’t take pride in their service.

Great service from Gary Owen Sat Jul 02/02, friendly, fast, humorous bar tender who also serves tables and keeps customers smiling and happy! Will happily return for more great wings and beverages, cheers to Gary for making our night memorable!

Used to love this location but ever since they switched Management the service is slow, the employee's look over worked, the typical wait time for a bill is 30-40 minutes.

Not the same since the old staff left. New staff seem over worked, and some even need an attitude check.
Food isn’t great and service is incredibly slow. The tent they put on the patio is ugly and makes you feel closed in. I can understand wanting to keep dry from the rain but now you can’t see anything around you.

Hannah served me amazing, delicious and unique flight deck beverages! One of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Thank you Hannah! I will DEFINITELY be back!

Our food was delicious but Skip forgot our drinks so the manger drove our drinks to us and gave us a free fries and he was so nice.we love ordering food from them.

I’m not impressed with the food. It is very costly and disappointed in the portions sizes. All of the different types of sauces and still not impressed. They need to evaluate the flavours.

Nice covered patio was a great spot to have lunch. Wings and sweet potato fries were on point. Would recommend.

Had a complaint about my order. The manager apologized, replaced the order, added free food and delivered it to my house personally. The replaced food was delicious. I would recommend eating here.

We ordered 5 doz wings and some breadsticks for $77. The wings were so overcooked and dry and just overall disappointing. The garlic parm sauce is awful and has a terrible aftertaste. This is the second time we have been disappointed by this place so will be getting wings from elsewhere in the future.

Great customer service and really nice patio. Food was great too. But it took a long time for the food to come to the table. Which is never good.

If you want good food heck even decent food do yourself a favor and don't order from here. The food wad expensive and tasted gross. Only good thing about the meal was the mint I got at the end.

Great place to dine and catch a bite. Positive atmosphere and seats can be rearranged to seat more people. It would be nice to have halal meat options at this restaurant, I think it would get a lot more visitors.

I understand with covid restrictions, it can be hard to get in at restaurants. Called at 7 and was put on the wait list. Was told to come in at 8. We came in, the guys said another 20-30 minutes. Call at 830, the guy says another 30 minutes. Called after 30 minutes and the guy said another 15 minutes. Hard to believe that the same 10 people have been in there for over 2 hours.especially when I live in the building across from the restaurant and have seen people coming and going.

After receiving exceptionally poor service from this restaurant in the past, my wife and I did not dine in or order from them for quite some time. Today, we ordered from the restaurant via Skip, and were once again extremely unsatisfied. Not only was one of the important items missed, the entire order was cold, and the vegetables were soggy as if stored in a fridge or freezer for quite some time. Although we generally enjoy the food from this company, this particular restaurant is of greatly inferior quality. To the management, I strongly suggest you review staff efficiency and training, as it is sorely lacking. You've permanently lost a customer.

Visit this place frequently with friends from school. A great place for students who have wallet restrictions because of tuition. Food is awesome (I recommend the wings, by far the best I have had for the price offered) and the service is fast. The servers are always friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming. Have eaten here at least 20+ times and would give the same review every time.

Fantastic place to eat! I love this place when I first went here and so far is one of my favourite bar & grills establishments. The staff is very friendly and the overall experience is fantastic.

Wish I could put 0 stars.terrible service, messed up on everyone’s order, and NO GRAVY ON THE POUTINE? !? ! Come on guys this is Canada, we all know how to make a poutine.

Stopped by to have dinner before we headed home to Bobcaygeon. My husband had wings and fries with a pop, I was having the tomato soup and some fries. Our waitress Emily H.could see I was cold and said, I don't judge, it doesn't matter if you get a drink or not I just want to take care of you and asked if I would like some hot lemon water to help warm me up. She was so thoughtful and considerate, such a sweet girl. My husband and I have noticed that the group of girls there are all so nice and really seem to help each other out and enjoy working together. We enjoy coming here but only since it has changed owners. Thanks girls for such a great job, we'll see you again soon. Thanks Carol and Tim
