Ordered 2 lbs of Buffalo Wings to split with a friend. It came with fries in a small basket. It also came with 2 small tubs of ranch dressing. The wings were well done, as were the fries. Very polite servers. 2 bottles of beer and a draft came to $65.00. *man, I miss the old 15 cent wing days* I'll have to save for a while before I visit again. The food here is famously delish but packs heavy prices.

Trailer park atmosphere due to the bartenders kids bouncing around and the drunk baby daddy lingering around. Honey Cajun chicken was phenomenal but unless you’re cool with disgusting bathrooms, horrible service and loud cussing then I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

In the past, I would go here for wings and wings only. Not anymore, the quality has gotten worse and now rivals the rest of their terrible offerings. Over brined wings with literally a tablespoon worth of sauce for the pound. This was the supposed to be their spiciest sauce they had but no heat or flavour. My son got the dusted wings with salt and pepper, and it was fried chicken with all the batter, definitely not dusted, and they use large grain salt. Top it off with zero local beer on tap and the one I got was stale.

Great service we were taken care of and enjoyed our lunch and drinks. Clean place friendly servers great wings

Went dor dinner with the family to try out the all you can eat wings, big selection of different sauces, wings are ok size, unfortunately it took over 30 minutes to get a sencond batch of wings, waitresses are not trained properly unfortunately, we wouldn't be going back ever.

Went with a group of 9 on Saturday. We didn’t make a reservation and we’re very thankful and appreciative that they accommodated us very quickly and with a smile so sorry about that. Service was quick food was good. We all got our food around the same time except my one friend and we waited a little to see if maybe it would take a little longer. Unfortunately his order didn’t go through to the kitchen or might’ve just been missed as an honest mistake. He wasn’t too upset by it and the wait staff made it right by taking his bill off and offering him a complimentary app or dessert which was very nice of them. Thank you guys for your hard work and friendly service we all appreciate it and we will come back!

My husband, mother and I went out for lunch at this location. We are extremely disappointed with the service here. We have always loved St. Louis. Their food is amazing and are never disappointed. This time was different. We got seated and ordered, our waitress was very nice, attentive and super helpful. When we got our food everything was very much room temperature and for myself and my mother we don’t mind as we don’t like our food too hot anyways. That being said our food should be hot. My husband just told our waitress it wasn’t hot and she asked if she could get him a new one and we said yes that would be great. That was amazing service and we appreciate it. However the manager (we think) came over to us and asked how everything was and my husband just said his wasn’t too hot and she was getting him a new one. He proceeded to argue with my husband saying my mothers fries were made the same as his and his food was hot. We said we understand what he is saying but we don’t agree that as it wasn’t hot. He continued to argue with my husband about it instead of simply apologizing or even just leaving it at “okay no worries”. Super unprofessional and ridiculous honestly. I don’t really think someone who is looking to fight customers on their food order should be a manager. If you’ve gotten this far my advice is to simply go to a different restaurant or different St. Louis or st louis needs to get a manager who respects customers and doesn’t have an attitude. I’ve been in the food service business enough to know people like this manager won’t change their mind on how they approach people or situations. Super ridiculous and pathetic honestly.

They opened up earlier to play the World Cup final which I appreciated immensely. The owner even burned incense which I felt was an added bonus. There are a ton of TVs if you’re going to watch a sporting event

As for food, I’d request more cheese curds on my poutine next time, but after living in America the past 2 years… this poutine still hit the spot ️ ps. I love their St. Louis sauce to dip fries in, but couldn’t sacrifice the poutine this time around.

Bought a wing poutine for lunch for pick up and in it was the wrong sauce. I don't do well with hot sauce so I brought it back. They fixed up my order after a 10 minute wait or so and I was happy. However, when I finally got to use my last 5 mins of break to eat all they did was put some of the sauce I asked for on top. Wouldn't have been terrible if it didn't take so long for someone to do such a minute task. So here I sit with the most mushy fries ever

It was awful service we got left to wait for our bill for 35 minutes the dinner was awful (boneless wings) they were fatty, Chewy and flavourless if I could’ve I would’ve paid $0 for that garbage don’t ever go here if you are expecting good service or food I regret spending my money here.

Pretty abysmal service, the food is actually not bad, the manager with all the bracelets is really rough with staff and hovers around very annoyingly

Went for a date night with my boyfriend and got all you can eat wings. Our server Mikayla was absolutely amazing. Constantly checking in on us, getting us refills on our wings and drinks. She was extremely friendly and made our night a very enjoyable experience. Thank you for the exceptional service Mikayla. I’m a strong believer of giving credit where credit is due!

Went out to dinner with hubby. He ordered wings and rib combo and I ordered California Quinoa salad. Food was brought over, but no utensils and no dressing for my salad. The wings were okay, but the ribs were dried out. Waitress said there are made from frozen.

Waitresses spent most of their time chatting with clients at the bar and seemed to treat those ordering food as an afterthought.

Bibi is amazing and such a beautiful person.she serves me every time I go to St Louis as well as Sabrina! Thanks ladies for putting up with my boys xoxo

Had cheese sticks, they were crunchy but cold inside, also had Cajun wings with basically no Cajun, had to send both back.

Our group of 4 were excited to go here for the Euro final this past Sunday and to say it was a disappointing experience would be an understatement. The wings and ribs I personally had were burnt and not edible as were the chicken tenders one of the group had. Neither meal was touched beyond an initial taste. My wife had asked for brown bread on her club sandwich and the server said she would check on the types of bread but never came back and simply brought the sandwich on white bread. My wife is diabetic and could only eat half of the sandwich.

It took us asking our server 4 times for a glass of water before we had to go in and ask for it ourselves then after bringing the food issues to the servers attention, she apologized but to our surprise the receipt was not discounted at all. We asked for the manager who had not been informed of the issues we raised and only discounted the chicken tenders and an additional $5.00 off the bill.

Needless to say we won't be back. There were numerous other issues, including types of wings being mixed up and Ragu or some cheap pasta sauce on the nacho's which was gross.

I'm honestly glad to be able to go out once in a while. There's a big screen outside for the game. The burger was a little overdone for my liking, but I didn't specify what I wanted, so maybe that's on me. I had to ask for some stuff multiple times, but the staff is friendly, and it seems like they're really trying, so I didn't mind too much. Covid has been a trip, and I'd eat here again.

Service was terrible.food wings were extremely dry. This is my second time at this place with the same experience. Theyve been given a second chance they won't get a third as I won't be back here

Worst experience, the management lied about the seating and then gave exactly what we asked to another customer, then was being rude infront of my father for Father’s Day and acting as if he was apologizing but never did. The glasses were dirty and I will never be coming back to this location. Bad name for St. Louis never experienced this anywhere else.

I came here the other night and had the best time ever. Hannah made my family’s flights and we were so happy with the results, will most DEFINITELY be returning thanks to her amazing service!

Oh man first time at St Louis Bar and Grill and grabbed a pound d on Smokey Hot BBQ wings and they are absolutely delicious! Leaves myips and tongue tingling in the best way! Definitely recommend, and with the patio open it was a great day. Hostess and manager were personable and great to interact with! Have fun!

I went to St Louis Wednesday, our waitress Hannah was amazing. She was very sweet and kind, came back to our table on a regular basis asking if we needed anything. She was great at conversation, and you can tell she prioritizes the people she is serving. It’s people like her that make it very enjoyable to go out and have a few drinks during this pandemic.

I went to St. Louis this past Saturday with my family. The waitress (Hannah) was pleasant and friendly. She was attentive and came by frequently enough to make sure we had everything we needed. The service was fast. Food portions were great. Everything was cooked perfectly and so tasty! Definitely going to be coming back soon!

Had a reservation booked and confirmed for 8pm for a party of six. Showed up with that party and the manager basically said tough luck, there are no tables. Then he said if they could find a table, i would need to leave a hour as the fights were starting. When I called, I confirmed I could make the reservation and still stay to watch the fights.

The management at this place is a joke and I don't know how the manager still has his job. I have contacted St. Louis corporate as it seems others have had the same dilemma. Needless to say I will not be going here ever again.

St. Louis is one of my favorite restaurants. We order food often. So I booked reservation for Father's Day (one day prior).

Unfortunately they didn't put my name in their list. I said I planned for everything and I don't know why I have to wait and don't know for how long.

I can tell OWNER took it personally when I said don't know where is the reservation and the way he attacked me verbally with his rudely, mannerless and unprofessional attitude made it look it's all my fault. Buddy you don't talk to people like that, never mind customers. He talked to me like he did a favour to me. (BTW Manager said 15 min but my dad and I waited 35-40 min outside).

He is a complete disrespectful, discourtice, impolite person. Wish I could never talked to him. I had no choice because all bars near me was packed and I just wanted to enjoy with father -son moment and have some drinks.

My family, friends and I would never step into this place again.

Really nice patio setup and a great restaurant. But not the best location. You can tell you are in a parking lot and that's where the patio is and that is not the best place to eat

I loved St. Louis before my terrible experience at this location. The manager was being racist and placing blame on the customers.

I've never actually dined in, but my family has been ordering here since the start of the pandemic through Skip. The food has always been great, delivery is fast, and the prices are very fair. Definitely ordering again soon and will be checking it out in person sometime.

Manager very rude and egoistic, had problem with the table seating for fathers day asked for manager, manager kept on saying this is my location, unprofessional I would skip this location and find another one

The worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant in my life. Owner/management was completely rude, and didn’t let us enjoy Father’s Day. Booked in advance and still did not have the table for us ready, but instead set it for others coming in after. Never coming back to this location and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone else. Only gave 1 star because there was no option for no star rating.

St Louis was one of my favorite places in NS there was a spot right around the corner from me and the Oshawa location is just as good. Try the hotter than hell wings if you're looking for a good kick
