I recently visited this restaurant and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. Despite being a Friday night, the service was slow with one person handling too many tables. It took 15 minutes to get a table, another 20 to order, and an additional 20 for the food to arrive. The quality was subpar – the wings were overly salty, and the burger arrived soggy. Overall, a frustrating dining experience.

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food. The wings were outstanding and i loved the thick cut fries. The dill sauce was to die for. Had a cesar also great quality. Would definitely revisit and recommend. Lots of parking in the area and free wifi.

Sat at the bar, and Jimmy had amazing service. Saw multiple instances of Jimmy providing a large beer to customers requesting a small because it was in special for a cheaper price. He knows how to treat his customers. Ordered a pound of hot wings, and they were so great I ordered 2 pounds to go. Great place to stop in for a beer.

The manager asked me as a customer to pay before eat and drink anything. Because I am a black. Just now 2023/08/10 at 8: 25 pm. I just give 59$ tips with out take nothing.

Our waitress, Mali, was great, and her service was exceptional. She was the only wait staff on shift at the time, and the place was busy. Service with a smile.

Food was served in a reasonable time, was yummy, and worth the price.

I go here often, the food and service always stays consistently high. Food is tasty and fresh with friendly service by Katrina. She takes our order smoothly, checks in, and answers our questions with ease.

Yes! There is no doubt these were the best Nachos I have ever had. Draught Budweiser was Okay. We also ordered Virgin Mojito which we didn't like but the server was cool enough to replace it with another drink. Supa friendly service. Amazing ambience.definitely will go back and try different items as the menu looks tempting!

This place had perfect vibes for a part mode. We were there last weekend and had fun! We ordered chicken wings - hot as hell, bbq flavour, chicken quesadilla with onion rings, pork ribs, nachos and many more! I must say, the food tasted delicious! We were really full, still kept ordering as it was very tasty. Our waitress was very sweet and friendly.

I bought 1lb of wings and fries for lunch and they both were burnt. Not very appetizing at all. Don't think I'll be returning.

Came here with a large group of friends over the weekend to celebrate my birthday and all the staff did an amazing job! They were able to accommodate 20+ people and provide our food and drinks efficiently. The staff was very organized and caring. Special shoutout to Lilah! She deserves a huge raise!

I FOUND A LITERAL METAL NAIL IN MY CHICKEN TACOS.
THEY DID NOTHING ABOUT IT! The owner/chef did not even come out and apologize - and they were going to make us pay for the meal even though it was inedible and A COMPLETE HEALTH VIOLATION, until i had to ask by myself to waive off just the food cost, I still paid for the service/drinks but it made no sense to pay for that food. Watch out! You might find a hammer inside ur food the next time u order from there! Terrible experience, would not ever recommend anyone to go here. First time ordering and will be last. Ordered online asking for honey Cajun dipped chicken bites and got home and the chicken was dry as hell, maybe 3 cm of sauce in a tiny corner. Can staff follow instructions on a simple order?

Great service from three separate women at this location. Nawal was absolutely amazing and sweet, our food came out quickly and perfect. Mali and Lily also served us a different time and both were amazing and constantly checking on us the entire time, loved my time there. I look forward to coming back!

7th game Leafs. Needed more staff on the bar - actually more staff, period. Sat for 20 min, NO ONE acknowledged me. Too busy trying to fill drinks for the ENTIRE restaurant AND patio! Get more staff! After 2+ years of Covid.aren't people ready to work? God only knows what the kitchen was dealing with.

The service at this location is great! All the staff are really attentive to their respective tables. Nawal was our server, she greeted us with a bright smile and the eagerness to take our order the second we sat down. She was regular with check-ins, making sure our food was tasting good and up to expectation. Even our baby girl enjoyed her greeting and attempts to make her smile. She should be kept at this location because we’ll be back real soon! Thanks again to the manager for talking to us and the rest of the team for their work as well.

Visited this location today between 2-3pm, it was a bit busy with 1 server but she held it down! There was no long wait between her checking in or getting the food to us. Well done! She deserves a raise!

The experience I had today was totally horrendous. A close friend was planning to surprise me with her pregnancy.i suggested St. Louis It was memorable for all the wrong reasons
I had ordered the all you can eat tenders and she ordered nachos as she was feeling queasy and just wanted to nibble. Upon recieving the tenders I shared one with her so she could see if she liked the taste and the waiter promptly swooped in and reprimanded us for sharing, leaving us slightly embarrased but I thought it no big deal. We ate our own meals, though she wanted to try the sauce that came with my tenders so I offered her another piece with some sauce, which she felt anxious taking after being chided by the waiter once, but on my insistence she took the half piece tender, again at this point out of my 10 tenders she has had 1 and a little less than a half and a couple of fries, feeling full anyway. The waiter promptly appeared again and scolded us again, I have honestly never seen a waiter appear so fast. I apologized and realized its a big deal to share this meal, and we made sure to keep our meal separate as not to be embarassed further.
This is where it all goes down hill, finishing my tenders I asked for a refill from a different waiter as our waiter has now been awol for 20 mins, she refuses me service and says shes not allowed to serve us any tenders. I was shocked and asked why, she then proceeded to say the store owner (Jimmy) has been watching us and told all the waiters not serve us! I was appalled and asked to speak to the owner, knowing better than to blame the waiteress.
The owners comes out as if I am some sort of enemy to him personally, which also confounded me more, as to why this man was so upset over a tender. He then proceedes to talk to me in manner I could not abide, talking down to me, tellling me he has been watching us and what I dont understand about warning. He cut me off multiple times to say "WHAT DONT YOU UNDERSTAND" I caps because he said this in such a venomous tone. My friend was very embarassed but I turned to the owner and said I came here to enjoy, not spend 20$ to be yelled at and argue, and that if he has been watching us (Who says to customers that they have been watching them since they entered, that has some serious racial undertones) how many tenders did my friend eat, to which he responded "I dont know and it doesnt matter, you shared with her and you dont get anymore, its about principle". I said theres no print nor did the waiter say I would be refused service, he ignored me, I told him He could sit next to me and watch me eat the tenders, I just wanted to eat more tenders to which he said no, you dont get service. I was refused service over a tender and a half, he was acting as if I had robbed him! I asked why no one had come and told me I would not be recieving service anymore as I was there for 30 mins and only when I flailed my arms did a waitress come over and tell me this to which he responded "what do you think would happen? " like I was some sort of idiot for sharing a tender with my pregnant friend! I refused to pay full price and id pay for just tenders and nachos he said fine and stormed off.
I was mortified at this behaviour from the store owner! I dont need him to beg and scrape or grovel, but some decency would be nice! He acted like I was some sort of ruffian that dusrupted his whole business for sharing a tender and a half, that he had to watch us over our meal, how uncomfortbale is that!
The waiter and waiteress had both apologized, saying they would have usually done it (the waiteress said i just work here) and the waiter said that they would change whole meals if someone was unsatisfied and it wasnt a big deal, the owner was just putting on a show for HO
And in the end I still got charged for full price tenders! We didnt even eat the nachos cuz we were full!
Moral of this long tedious story is that if your not an old white man, they'll treat you like your some kind of crook because thats how I felt sharing a tender with a pregnant 35 yr old woman. I wont be back there.

Great place to enjoy dinner with your family. I just had my sons birthday party here and the food and service was incredible. I was also very pleased to see how diverse the staff was! Would recommend to a friend and will be coming back soon!

I haven't been to this location since last summer (June), but previous experiences were good, fries were maybe a little soggy, but service was good and didn't have any issues when it came to sharing food. Our group had two of us order a couple of the various poutine options (can't remember the exact ones), and our third ordered nachos and I believe at the time they had a promotion for all you can eat wings. Of course with so much between the three of us and so much variety we shared and tasted each others food. The servers at that time had no issue with it, and the experience was good so it's a shame to hear that things have changed so much in such a short time. Friends had told me about their recent negative experiences and it's sad to see that recent reviews show that experience is a seemingly consistent one. It must be due to a management or ownership change, because I'm fairly certain many of the frontline, and kitchen staff are the same as they were previously.

This spot knows how to please their customers. Constantly with a kind mindset. The food is reasonably priced, constantly flavorful and neat.

WE had to flag one of the servers and when we did they acted dismissive and said they were tending to another table. If you're busy, at the very least let your customers know.

I would not recommend this place as as reputable establishment. The food was decent but the environment felt uneasy. I felt uncomfortable there the entire time and looking at the conflicting views in the reviews, it seems they are trying to get other users to leave them positive reviews to bury the negative ones, and they are dealing with the negative reviews with such immaturity. Not going back and not recommending to others.

My wife and I regularly visit this establishment for their great atmosphere, doting and friendly staff, and tasty food. We often share a large wings poutine, and we have come to enjoy these moments during a long and hectic week. The staff is really what makes them special, from bartenders and servers like Ryan and Mya, to cooks like Brandon and the owners Tony and Jimmy, they have all worked hard to create a place that not only serves as our local casual watering hole, but also as a center for all of life's milestones. I would recommend this place to anyone who would like to share in this inclusive and inviting experience. Cheers, to a great bar and restaurant.

It's very hard to believe the authenticity and credibility of the past few reviews because of them being by people who only have 1 other review? No one just goes "oh let me take time to write a review on how great my experience was at ST LOUIS, " unless they're a frequent reviewer! Not to mention that one specific post which states straightforward, "no racism here, " haha. Anyways, the food is great, just like any other st.louis but I would like to point out the arrogance and immaturity of how management and staff try to resolve issues brought up by customers. I had noticed a response on here which directly replied to someone's review in which the "apology" (idk if you want to call it that) was super passive aggressive and at the end, really just made management look quite irresponsible. If this customer was a Karen (blonde, middle aged caucasian woman), I'm sure management would have taken their response privately via email just as they have replied to everyone else on here. As a customer service worker, no, I don't agree with "the customer is always right" because they really aren't most of the time! But in cases like this, deal with the situation in a more professional manner. If the customer was spoken to with a little bit of dignity and respect, rather than being dismissive and belittling them, it would not have led to public humiliation on both sides. It was smaller than I expected but the place was quiet at the time. Our hostess was great. Checked in on us regularly. The food was good as well. TVs were locked onto sports and cp24. The tables send a tad too high for the both benches but we made due.

Awesome establishment. Great sporting atmosphere. Friendly servers. There are HD TV pretty much in all directions.

I always go on Tuesdays for cheap wings. Wings taste great. Very nice servers. Highly recommend. There are deals everyday during the week.

Food and service was good. Price was ok. You gotta really limit yourself from other options to really utilize the deal of the day. Nachos was the best deal.
