St. Louis Bar & Grill

Even though it was a Sunday night at 9pm, the place wasn't that busy. We had a server who didn't really made our whole experience that nice at all. She forgot our orders and she didn't even bother checking on us after we got our food. Then once it's time to pay, she stood there and I didn't feel like tipping her at all. She also didn't give us the options for our meals. The whole experience wasn't great. We knew that she was not having a good day and it was very evident on her face as she didn't even bother try to hide it.

1st time going to this location and I must say the staff was really nice, placed my take out order and got my food in a timely fashion. Wings were really good as well. Will definitely be back

Ate there last night July 15 on the patio.service excellent, wings, ribs, fries excellent beer cold excellent, cleanliness excellent. Will definitely make this one of our go to restaurants.

We ordered boneless chicken combo with bbq sauce heart, what an awesome taste and we had that raspberry lemonade drink. Overall a clear 5/5 to have a great evening!

Had to wait a little bit longer than usually expected at a wings restaurant but it was super busy (we could see all the uber eats orders being made in the kitchen)! But the food was fresh and piping hot and so delicious. Service was courteous too. Will be back!:)

Got my drinks in 5 mins and waited 15 to 20 mins, and no one came to take my order. Disappointed with the service, since a table came after me got their order within 5 mins.

Good location. AYCE boneless chicken was worth it and the bud light special is good. Walked in on a busy Saturday night and was seated immediately. Service was little slower than usual but understandable on a busy night like this. Overall good experience.

Mel was our bartender and is an absolute delight! Our food came in a timely fashion and her attitude was amazing. She deserves a raise! And then some.

Best chicken wings and best dill sauce. Always consistent experience, if you've not had St. Louis chicken wings you must try!

Ordered wings meal for kids. The wings tasted very dry and flavourless which was disgusting. They didn't even finish them. Will not be visiting this location again.

Been dining here since 2016, I'm not sure if my tastes buds have evolved over the years or If the food quality has gone down. It's okay for a quick bite but I do feel less than satisfied at the end of it. Service is good, people need to be more hospitable but there's a culture change here that's not uncommon across all places in the GTA nowadays.

Update: We visited about a year ago. Visited again on November 6,2022. We thought we would give it another shot. Equally as disappointed. We waited 15 minutes to be greeted, but then not seated for another 10, another 45 minutes for drinks and almost an hour for food. We were a party of 5. The restaurant was fairly busy, but not full by any means. Very slow service and way understaffed. We had to get up and ask if our orders were even in yet because no one at our table had drinks or food after being seated for 45 minutes. One person from our party had leave for another appointment because it took so long. Other people came in after us and were given drinks right away. They seemed like regular customers since they were acknowledged immediately by the staff. At the end of our meal, our bills came out all wrong. I can't believe that since our last visit not much has improved. I don't know if this only happens to us every time we come, but this was so disappointing. I'm not one to write negative reviews, but customer service did not seem to be priority here. Please train the staff to be attentive to customers.
I have worked in customer service for years and the service here was terrible. The only positive was that the food was good when it finally arrived.

We've always like coming here for wings and beer as our local spot. However, we were so disappointed the other night about what we experienced during a pandemic. Every table on a Friday night was occupied in the restaurant. The line up for skip the dishes and other people picking up food was right by our table near the bar. A line up of people were standing right next to us talking and there was no distancing at all. We were seated, but our food took so long because the restaurant was packed, and we ended up having to ask to get take out containers to take it home with us by the time it arrived. We also got the wrong order for our appetizer but just ate it because it took so long to come and we were starving.
The waitresses were friendly and trying their best but I was shocked that management would allow overcrowding in an establishment during a pandemic. We did not feel safe at all and we are not likely to return anytime soon which is highly disappointing.

Friendly staff. Always a decent locatiojenvironment. St.louis in general is one of our go to places to have wings.

Very poor service, food even beers took forever. Didn't get side plates, didn't get napkins. They must have gotten rid of the good server/bartender that use to be there. She was way better and so attentive, never let our beers go to empty without having another one ready for us. Looks like very inexperienced servers there that lack skills and customer service. Management fault for allowing this to happen. Going to find another local bar to go to.

The wing poutine will FOREVER BE my weak spot. If I'm ever on death row this will be my last meal.

Bring your own appetizers for the wait!

Was excited for wingsanity and trying this location for the first time before the promo ends in 2 days. We sat on the patio at 6: 30pm, took 15 mins or so for someone to take our drink order, we learned it wasn't keyed in, another drink order was done and these didn't come to the table until 7: 30pm. We asked for 2 waters and got 1. We saw 3 tables getting restless from wait, they got up and left due to no service either. We continued to wait, and finally placed a food order, Another family went to their car and brought snacks for the wait. We saw few customers go inside to ask for service which didn't help as we all continued to wait. I tried calling the store from the patio twice and no answer either. I asked our waitress if we can speak to the manager on the patio, she said the manager wasn't in but the owner is here but cooking, we asked to speak with him on the patio but he never came. We followed up with our waitress who said she tried asking the owner to visit us but apparently the owner shrugged his shoulders and said he's busy cooking and seemed to have gotten upset at the waitress for even asking for us (our jaws dropped). At this point we had such negative experience and saw how our waitress was treated for trying to help, we decided to leave without our food, who knows how long our next wingsanity order would take to arrive (time was 7: 45pm at this point and still no food). It's sad to learn this location is close but we need to travel to another location for wings and service.

However we met some really great customers on the patio, I really hope they were able to eventually eat, they were super nice (that was the only positive here.

Love their wings here but will need to travel outside pickering to have them with better service/management.

Lunch times with lovely bartender Maddie (sitting at the bar) are days I honestly look forward to! Incredible quick food and beverage service from an awesome person with a friendly smile! St. Louis has become a new favourite sanctuary reprieve at lunch because of some of the staff like Maddie and Jade ️️. Keep up the good vibes!

Wanted to eat on the patio. Before even getting out of the car, noticed how almost all of the patio tables were dirty. There was no one sitting on the patio so it didn’t seem that the restaurant was very busy, so I don’t know why all the tables were dirty. Sat in the parking lot for a while contemplating and looking for somewhere else to go and no one came out to clean the tables at any point. Decided not to eat here, it didn’t seem very sanitary. The leftover food and dishes would attract bugs and it just made me question the restaurant’s general hygiene.

Great staff! Good food! We love the daily specials because Wednesdays we get a burger and fries for 5 something bucks and they are super delicious! Great if you love sports too! Tons of tvs covering every sport!

Sat at the patio. Caution where the sun shines when you sit down. Food was okay. Ordered wings. A little pricey imo. Service was non existent. Food took a while. Had to ask another waiter for napkins. No utensils were given. No bowl for chicken wing bone.

Pretty good food/drink options.patio often has space. Service was pretty slow. I'll be back.

Food was good but I think we were 27yrs too old for this place. Happening place. Too loud for late dinner.all patrons were well on their way but having fun. Bartender would rather flaunt her way around the bar in her younger sisters dress. All customers seemed 20ish.
Will never visit St Louis Bar & Grill again. First impressions I suppose

I had ordered from this restaurant on Saturday Sep 18th I was missing an item from my order in which the restaurant had told the skip driver that they would call me in order to which the item. When the order came to me i was unaware of the mistake nor did I receive a call. My girlfriend had called to try and rectify the situation as to no solution came into place.i tried calling the general manger and left her a voicemail as to which she did not answer I called back and she had blocked my number. I wrote my complaint to head office because i did not feel that this restaurant did not handle my situation correctly from this message i still did not hear from the owner i am very upset at she had handled the situation it is very unprofessional.

The servers were very nice and the food was awesome. I was surprised about the large portion sizes I got.

I just have to give a shout out to this bar.
It was my first time there on Sunday and I was more than pleased with our experience.
Our server was friendly and efficient.
I highly recommend the plant based wings and cauliflower bites. So good!
We will be return costumers for sure!

Stopped by to watch the Jays final game of the year. The server happily ensured we could have the ball game on adjacent to our table.
Staff served us promptly and gave great recommendations.
Tried for the first time the “Not your Moms Cauliflower” with Salt and pepper dry rub and the Plant Based wings.
Both items were terrific! Trying to eat vegan, at a sports bar is sometimes difficult. Well not here, the Plant based wings tasted great and no bones to deal with as well.
The local Chef, and Servers did a great job in preparing and serving, and the St. Louis Wings Company has nailed the Plant Based Wing item. That along with Ice Cold Beer, makes this a great spot to catch a game. We will be back!

This place is pretty fun to be around with a upbeat atmosphere, I just don’t wanna talk about the wait time.

Placed a order Thursday Aug 19th for p.u, once I brought it home I realized an item was missing.

I called the restaurant and was told a manager would be in touch the next day re: replacement of the missing item. I waited out the weekend thinking maybe they were just busy but now as we approach a week I am beyond frustrated.

The food has always been good at this location with the service being so so.and now this.

Restaurant was over staffed with servers yet we still had horrible service, drinks and food. Took way too long for dinner to come out when there was quite literally 4 tables seated in the whole restaurant. Will not be coming back. Giving one star because they took the sandwich off the bill because it was gross.

Loved the ambience and patio! Got a lot of vegeterian food options, the staff is just wonderful and loved all their recommendations.the portions are also great. Highly recommend St. Louis Bar and Grill in Pickering.

Eh… pretty disappointing food wise. Fish and chips are clearly frozen and fall apart as you eat it. Fries aren’t that good and it’s a pretty small portion. Underwhelming for sure, you could find better fish and chips pretty much anywhere else.
Service was so so, not terrible but not good either. Lots of servers around but it took forever to get the bill despite asking for it.

Food was good but that day that I went was kinda cold, cold enough that I had to go grab a sweater. Would be nice if they had heaters or something the drinks weren't good no offence that margarita was not a margarita lol even my friend was not impressed with her drink but over all food was good

Front house staff is rude. They also have me the wrong order for take out. When I drove all the way back I didn't even get a sorry for the mix-up. The portions are also small.

Absolutely horrible! I understand that we are in a pandemic, and it's the Superbowl, but they should have planned to have more staff. There were up to 10 people at a time (in a confined space) trying to see where their order was. There was no social distancing what so ever. The people that were there from " Skip the dishes " just took up all the space so people could not even see if there food was ready.

There should have been staff at the door taking names and checking on orders. Skip the dishes should have been using the other door. After a 49 min wait from my scheduled pick up time, my order was missing items. And, the food i did receive was cold. Zero Stars!

I understand that it's not on the two girls working there, it's not their fault. C'mon Management, step up your game!

I get its superbowl and they are busy but why let me order my food for 6pm and then after I get there tell me its gonna be another hour.now I'm missing almost half the game.last time I order anything from this place and I WAS a loyal customer.extremely unhappy

I was there for lunch last Friday and the service was impeccable. Normally I don't get the service I'd expect from a St Louis but Linda really topped it off. Everything was on time and efficient. Food was good drinks were better. 5/5, highly recommend. #ShekApproved

I always enjoy my visits to St. Louis The Bartender Lindsay is very friendly and fast when taken my order (always remember my favorite alcohol beverage) the overall service and people that work there keep me coming back

Found this industrial area location by accident recently, and glad I did. I've gone three times now and the wings are amazing. It's quality meat, the wings are big, and the sauces I've tried taste like they were made from scratch the same day, and the waitresses make great drinks as well.

0 stars after the waitress challenged me on the 0 tip.

20 mins for beer. Ordered 2 got 1 tall beer came in 2 glasses. Ordered 2 pounds of wings with a side of mayo 0.99 extra

No fork and knife. I understand wing night but it's not a given.

Asked for the second beer. We were specifically warned and told prior by the waitress that we had to order drinks to get half price wings.

No soap in washroom

Tip to the server. Dont think everything is a given. You didn't even come back to the table once. I had to flag you for beers. No forks and knives. Food and beers took forever.

I used to go to st. Louis a lot but stopped a few years back after the quality went down hill. We stopped in at this location on a whim and what a pleasant surprise. Better menu Better service, and Better experiance. Over all VERY good. We will be back.
