They have half price wing again with any drink on Tuesday, it was there before COVID but it returns again. This branch is OK but not great one, the main problem here is staff, they are totally lost about orders and bills

The food was great, but the service was awful and poor. I won't go back there anymore.

Place looks like a dump. Waited 10 minutes just to get a menu and than we were completely ignored. Never tried the food but based on our experience there we won't be coming back. Drove 5 minutes away to Duffs and our order was taken in 2 minutes.

This place sucks, if they can’t serve a customer maybe they’re better off not working there, rather than forgetting to take a customers order and later bring them a wrong food.not only they can’t follow simple directions but they also forget that they’re working here as a waitress other than sitting and chatting with people.

I went to St. Louis the other night for a quick bite to eat with my girlfriend. The food was okay but our server Isabel was wonderful. She was such a sweetie and made our night.

Good wings, the Chipotle dry rub is fantastic. Well stocked bar, and friendly servers. Worth a visit, or take out some terrific wings.

Excellent wings. Great sauces and service The wing-sanity is neat. Though the additional orders beyond the original one, are arriving slow and small.will definitely be back!

Came to this place on Monday to watch Stanley cup final game and they closed at 11 I asked them to let me stay till the game was over and they said no there not that busy so there no point I told them this only bar in Toronto that dose not show a full game there was like 7 mins left there Lazy and service was disgusting Don’t go here at all cost

Called ahead of time to check if this store will be playing the nba game, with the sound. The waitress who picked up confirmed that they will be able to play it on the tv and turn on the sound. We got to the store, and the asian waitress who seems to be either the manager or the supervisor says that since nobody is watching the tv, she can not turn on the sound. I explained to her that we called earlier to check ahead of time, but did not seem to bother with what we had to say, and went on with her own personal rules. I know this is her personal rule, since I have been to multiple different locations, and no other locations had an issue with turning on the sound.

If I can give 0 star, I would give them 0.
Food was not delicious as in Northyork branch. Waitress service was not really nice. I spilled pop and waitress even didn't wiped floor until we leave. My kids were there and worried if they could slip.

Just came in for the first time in a while.was extremely sad to see all new faces.
Definitely didn't feel like a homily restaurant anymore.not very happy with the service. I have no clue why you would change out all the staff. The old staff were absolutely amazing and not to be rude but way way better looking!
So sad.whoever made that choice clearly isn't the brightest.totally ruined this bar.good job

The bartender was absolutely vulgar and disrespectful.
Closed at 11 said she was tired and wanted to go home so wanted everyone out of the bar.

I have been coming to this location on and off for years and man what a disappointment.all the old girls are gone.seems like they were all fired?
The new girl who served us, Maya/Miya was absolutely awful.first it took her ten minutes to come to my table.she was busy talking to some asian lady who i assume was the manager. She was rude, disrespectful, and out right miserable.we felt rushed the whole time, it was like we were inconveniencing her being there.and when it came to the bill she demanded i tip her.avoid this location unless you like being treated like garbage.

God awful experience, they raised the prices of all there items they took away the specials they started charging 1$ each sauce packet the bartender didn’t know how to make any standard cocktails, from a place that used to be a great wing place it has gone down hill drastically SAVE YOUR MONEY

Very strange place, you have to pay extra to get mayonnaise as a condiment with your meal.never have I ever had to pay extra to get mayonnaise.
Markham station up the road the service is better, same prices and you get free mayonnaise.

Young girl was by herself but was attentive to all customers. Food was served hot and presented in a timely manner

I frequent this location and can't for the life of me understand why it closes at 9 PM everyday, the staff has no idea either! I have seen many groups of people leave or get turned away and it makes no smart business sense in these "rebuilding times" when everything else is fully open!
Management is rarely available but has no explanation anyway.
Service get 5 stars!
Food gets 4 stars!
Business acumen gets 1 star!
I also heard they are getting rid of the $5.00 beer special, another bad choice!

I would leave zero stars If I could. If you enjoy bad service and poor quality I would highly recommend this place.
I recently went here and had a horrible experience. The food came cold and burnt to our table, which I can understand rarely happens. But to make the overall experience intolerable was the disgusting service from our waitress. She had attitude and was extremely unfriendly with us. I've been to many St. Louis bars but by far this was the worst one.

Ordered last night with skip the dishes. Ordered a chicken fajita wrap that consisted of chicken and lettuce and legit, 5 lbs of onion as the advertised "mixed veg", no salsa, sour cream or nachos as described in the meal. Came with fries, never ordered fries? Also, add guac usually means to PUT IT IN the wrap, not on the side.how do you add it AFTER the wrap is sealed with cheese? My husbands food was a disgusting sloppy mess that was SWIMMING in sauce.

Our server, Jackie, was great. I hope this review won’t be a reflection of her service at all. The issue I had was actually with the manager, Jenny. When I arrived at the restaurant, we mentioned we have a small dog, understandably he can’t come inside, but asked can he come on the patio with us, and we’re told no problem. At this point we had already being here for almost two hours, I had left the patio for a smoke break. When I walked back in, the manager followed me to the patio, to tell me I needed to wear a face mask, I apologized and said I had left it on the table, however was covering my face with my t-shirt while walking through, and then she proceeded to tell me that my dog couldn’t be on the patio. As she was telling me to wear my mask, her mask wasn’t even covering her nose, to which I pointed out to her, and I was actually shocked that the manager of the establishment could try to enforce rules she wouldn’t follow herself. I didn’t appreciate with the way she handled the situation, when she said the dog had to go, I said that’s fine I’ll take the bill, and she did nothing to help the server expedite the situation. I’m a server myself, I get it, I get the rules. If you want us out because of a dog we were told could be there, help her. Help her get the bill or make drinks so she could deliver it! I don’t like being chastised for following the rules incorrectly by someone doing the same. If I return it will only be for the awesome service, not for the management that made me feel unwelcome. Like I said, I’m a server as well, and if my manager had of dealt with MY guests like that, I’d be appalled.

As you know this year's Halloween was different. I just had to let my kids play safe at home. On the night of Halloween, I just went to St. Louis to get something to eat, but wow. What a surprise! They were putting goodies in takeout bags. It was good enough to make my and my kids' Halloween like before. Thank you.

I love St. Louis poutine! This time was a bit too much on the gravy but overall good portion and good quality as long as fair price. Staff was really nice while ordering take-out and picking it up. My take-out order also took around 10 minutes which is so reasonable. Nice and sustainable packaging.

Had a worst experience. The woman at reception was very rude. Didn’t feel like going, just left from the front itself. No wonder why they got 3.7 rating.

Anjelica is the best server, she is the most attentive and professional. She made the evening the best night of my life. Leah and Dina worked very hard to make our night memorable as well

My girlfriend had an allergic reaction, the chicken burger is cured in picked juice two Epipens later still not right

Our sever Anjelica was absolutely fantastic. Environment of the bar is great, and the service is quick. Good options for drinks, tasty cocktails, and good food. Highly recommend for a night out with a friend.

We just left the restaurant with my boyfriend an hour ago, and our server is very rude from the beginning. And my boyfriend's wings are cold and gummish texture like they just reheated it and serve. In the end we ask our bill and paid and decided not to give tip and she toss the receipt infront of us while rolling her eyes, walked away and threw both of her hands up in the air. Never expect tip if you've been showing attitude to customers from the beginning. And oh, its my first time coming in this location and this is what i get? Never coming back again! Definitely not a good customer service and very rude!

A nice variety for vegans, bit of slow and clumsy service.but regular for such a joint! Overall good experience, will take photos next time!

Half-price Tuesday Wings are a Must. The place is recently renovated, big flat screens to watch sports and games. The waiters are young and energetic and provide a great experience. Plenty of parking space, and offers food delivery.

Nice food，got Something to eat after the IELTS test nearby, only tried the simple grilled chicken salad with some vegetables. Tastes good. Might be coming back to try the burgers later if possible.

Awesome service! Anjelica is a great servicer! Leah and Dina are amazing as well. Tyler was awesome in the kitchen and made the night amazing. We came to St. Louis not expecting the type of service we got, I highly recommend that you come here. I give this place 5 stars plus. Trust me you will not be disappointed.

I have been going for the last 18 years once a week except for the summer months. Why? Because I like the wings and the friendly service.

Usually come here with friends and have drinks and cheap wings. The food lives up to its price, but it is nevertheless a good place for catching up with friends.

Ewwww walked into the bar at 1: 20 dead empty on a monday night to meet my friends who were already there, waitress refuses to serve me a drink saying they’re done serving.meanwhile the bartender is still pouring shots to everyone sitting at the bar.my friend went over and got a drink FOR me.i literally arrived sober and was not served, bye

Seemed cleanish, the flavors of everything here seem overwhelming and dominant. My tongue usually hurts after eating a plate of practically anything. And the poutine is basically. If your gonna get it with all the sauces on the side including gravy

The atmosphere is pretty great, usually busy around the bar with everyone socializing and enjoying their nights.

Very rude waitress, I have never seen before, she destroyed our night, one star is more for this place, I won't recommend for anyone at all.

Absolutely the worst service you can get. Safe to say the staff is more concerned with powdering their noses in the washroom then tending to their tables. It's unfortunate because the food is good. Not sure how the owner can allow such obvious drug use by the staff.

Horrible service. Waitress with tattoo on her collarbone is super rude. Took our food away before we were done, and was so careless about everything.

Came here for all you can eat and got scammed. Waiter told me I can’t get more wings after the third round, and I foolishly believed her. Do not come here. Their wings aren’t good and the waiters are just trying to leave.

Went for game 6 against Milwaukee. The TV positioning wasn't great for when you were eating but was fine if you turned your chair, atmosphere was nice overall. Service was ok but I felt like the waitress could have checked in a little more as they weren't on the restaurant floor too much. Wings took a full hour, were slightly burned and were mediocre at best. I understand the place was packed but it seems a little long of a wait just for wings. Overall the place was just very mediocre and I feel like Allstar wings is a much better option that is only a plaza away.

Worst experience I have ever had. Wish there was an option of giving them 0 stars and I would. We went there before their renovations and all we got was careless waitresses with tons of attitude and burnt wings. Never going back, not only to this branch but to any other St. Louis branches.
Added Note: upon a second visit, we were very well recieved. Thank you Eric for being a great host and making us feel extremely welcomed. Their service has improved greatly after renovations and they definitely deserve the 5 starts I'm giving them now.

This franchise spot is another average bar & grill, also a favourite of your midday drunks. The food and beer are pretty good for the most part. Their service is nice too, but it is very, very slow, almost like they're consistently understaffed. Not much else to say, but could someone please tell corporate not to add Sirarcha on top of chicken waffles? Belgian waffles with Sirarcha, try eating it, I dare you.

Terrible Service and the waitress (Emily) is so rude! We will never come back to this location again, Bayview and 16th location is much better service and the staffs are a lot nicer!

Great food! This location was very busy at the time I went (around 6) but the service was friendly and food came out quickly! Although it's a smaller one, it is definitely one of the more welcoming locations.

My favourite wing place but prices keep going up and portions keep getting smaller. Try the deep fried pickles or a cobb salad with your wings.

So funny. I read the reviews. Only in Richmond Hill. Too many kings and queens. Service is awesome. Food is mouth watering. I feel at home whenever i come here.

Amazing food and service. Great place to watch sports as they have many TVs with sports on! Only rating it 4 star because it took a little too long for anyone to even notice we were waiting to be seated

The wing waaass aaaawful! You cant draw comparison between this branch and 16 th one! I wont try it again
