It was one of my worst experiences ever at St. Louis!

No one welcomed us, and when we asked a server to seat us, they told us that it was not in their zone of service.

There was a very aggressive guy serving drinks at the bar.

Only one server, Shams, tried to make up for the poor service and be nice to customers.

The fish was not cooked properly, and they did not provide us with plates, forks, or spoons!

I would not recommend this location at all.

Food was delicious and service was wonderful!
9/1/23: had a very good dinner here again tonight, but there was something weird going on with their sound system. Music went from a nice comfortable volume to almost full blast for a few minutes. Then it would turn down again, and you could hear different speakers turning on and off throughout the restaurant. Made it a little difficult to have a conversation, but it was bearable. Hopefully they'll have it fixed soon.
Looking forward to going back again.

I will never go to another St Louis aside from this one. Even though it's a franchise restaurant, the one by 16th and Leslie is easy the best in terms of food and service.

Shout out to (Jennie?). Super nice and also was able to take care of a lot of patrons all by her self.

I come here a lot! Really close to where I used to live. Love the atmosphere, the bar food is great, and service is really good.

Went for AYCE wings. Very poor quality wings and sauces.
Maybe 2 of the sauces were enjoyable of the 9.
Wouldn't come back for the wings after that.

Came here for AYCE wings (around $32 including tax and tip). Service here was fantastic. Our server was very nice and attentive. We sat on the patio which was really nice as well.

Wings were good enough. Will be honest that St. Louis has always been a bit lower on my list for wings but the fries and dill sauce are amazing every time.

Nice and welcoming place withkind and service oriented staff. We were happy to stay there till late (almost clossing time) and still receive a pleasant response which isn't the case with some other spots in the town. The food was delicious as always. Overall, a wonderful experience! Thank you guys

We had to set the chairs ourselves in balcony area, no one came to see if there is anything set up. The nacho was not that great either!
Even though there was not so many customers in, we had to wait to pay our bill. Not such a great customer service!

Food was awesome and the server was amazing. Felt sad that she was the only employee seating and serving people, short staffed? October 5,7pm (didn’t get name) your server should get a raise! Hope everyone is as patient as us tonight. Super slow because of this but she was apologetic!

Ribs were moist, half off apps is always great. Mom's Cauliflower is my favourite! Great prices due to half of apps thursday with the order of two drinks and all you can eat wings make this meal all the more affordable.

When I call them to check if they have table available for the night, the woman answered the phone was very rude and impolite.

Typical St. Louis with good service and a nice small space that leads to a good atmosphere when watching games. Also has a good patio with tv's.

I've eaten here before and it's pretty standard. I ordered a double order of wings, takeout from here Sunday afternoon. Really wished I had checked the container before I left. The wings were over cooked (burnt) and dry. Sorry no Picts.

Won't order from here again. Pretty sad that you can mess up a batch of wings when the only people in the restaurant are your employees.

Superb service and quality of food! The servers are absolutely a pleasure to talk to; very friendly and professional. I would like to commend Tony the manager for being accommodating and overseeing the high quality of service provided. Will definitely be returning!

I used to go here every Tuesday with my coworkers for their half priced wings during lunch time. I started a new job in another city so I haven't been back since, but the food was always great, the staff, even better. They would always know our drinks, and were always friendly. I had forgotten my scarf once and they even remembered it was mine and returned it the next time my coworkers went even though I was away.

Samantha and Tash are always amazing and welcoming. I told them about an awful lot experience I just had tonight at another restaurant and they made my night much better. Good food. Good price. Sam and tash are awesome!

Very impressed with this location. Went for a Raptors playoff game, and was super impressed with the overall level of organization, food preparation time, and quality. Will definitely be back for another game.

Great selection on chicken wing flavours! 1/2 off Tuesdays, it's nice to come in for lunch or after work and watching sports.

Waiting for the drink served for 30min and not sure when food will be served. Need more manpower!

They messed my friend's order, when it was not busy at all. Only 3 tables, total of 8 customersin the store. It was 2 PM. They messed up orders from each table and they kept blaming it on "new cook". Since there were 2 of us, and I had to wait for my friend's food to come my friend told Sahel that the other meal will get cold by the time her order comes and all Sahal said "sorry we have a new cook". This is unacceptable, we will think twice before returning back to this location. One employee of a company should NEVER blame another employee of the same company for errors. Her attitude and behavior was unprofessional!

Pretty good! Got a few beers here before heading downtown, the crowd was a little wack but the place was nice and the food and service was good.

Standard st. Louis chain restaurant. Food quality is on par with the rest. Can't give it 5 starts because of 2 reasons. 1. They collected our plate with a full coleslaw on there that was untouched. Although they comped us wihh a larger coleslaw afterwards, waitress could've asked if we were done before grabbing the plate. 2. Another waitress was literally in the most inappropriately revealing top. Not that I have a problem with that but I did not expect to walk into a hooters.

Ended up coming to this location after walking away from the All Star's that is close by. We were greeted and seated immediately as it was nearly empty inside. Coming to the food- it sucked! My nachos lacked flavor and toppings.

I ordered an order of suicide wings, which was nothing near hot! On top of that the service absolutely sucked! The waitress was nowhere to be found, she kept running into the kitchen and would not come out. Never came to ask if we needed more booze or anything

$100 went down the drain. I had no choice but to come here. I would not be back!

Given average price average food average service, will only visit again if no other options

My favourite wing place but prices keep going up and portions keep getting smaller. Try the deep fried pickles or cobb salad with your wings.

Last time I came here, I ordered a pound of wings with half a rack of ribs, the Friday special. It came with a side of fries and a bottomless drink. Very filling and delicious, a classic taste of American barbecue. Would return again.

My family and I always go to this location,
Today we went to this location as usual. The staff have changed. The waitress asked for my order I told I want chicken tacos and I want it to be lettuce wrapped. After bringing everyone else’ food, she came to me asked what my order was again! So I reorder, after like 40 minutes I asked for my food and she replied with did you want chicken tacos or fish tacos. After waiting for my food for over an hour and talking to the very rude manager, she brought me chicken tacos with tortillas and said we don't have lettuce wraps
Even though this is what I always order.
P. S some of the other orders were wrong as well.

Highly disappointed.
