Rude service, did not honour a coupon that was clearly valid. When requesting to speak to the Manager the server cited he was in the middle of the meeting despite going back multiple times to let us know they can't honour the coupon. Instead of trying to mediate the situation the waiter spoke in a condescending and dismissive manner. Many better St Louis locations out there.

Anchal was a great server. Always checking on us and extremely friendly! Food was amazing as well! Highly recommend

Our first time to try this location. The food was awesome, as always. The service was phenomenal. It wasnt pretentious, was very sincere and friendly. Charles was great and funny, able to strike a rapport with us right away. And he was great with other guests as well, has a great sense of humor. Would definitely recommend trying out this location.

The first time coming to this place with my husband for dinner and we was abandoned for one hour. When they do take our order, the waiter was forgetful.we weren't done yet and she brought us our tab.

Great establishment with great staff.
I mainly go for wings, but they have plenty of good choices.
Charles was my groups server, he was the perfect waiter, attentive but not overbearing, also fun to interact with.
There are plenty of TV's. There are plenty of tables, plenty of high tables, and a large bar to sit at.

My family and I dined here last night and our experience was an absolutely awful one.

There were only 2 staff working, and the service was atrocious. We waited over an hour for our food, our appetizer came out with the meals, and 1 entire meal was forgotten about. The missed order was not delivered in a decent time, as the rest of the table had already finished their meals.

The manager stated he would remove the forgotten item from the bill - but when providing my parents with their debit machine, my mother noticed the item was not removed, and he tried to charge her for the missing/late item.

The manager was unapologetic and seemed annoyed to want to help us.

When all 3 receipts were provided, every single one of them had mistakes, which took another 15-20 minutes to resolve.

I would NOT recommend this location to anyone. The staff were unprofessional, unapologetic and overall disinterested in offering any form of customer service.

In a market where business is essential, our experience last nice proved to be the complete opposite.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service and the lack of empathy for the wait time, error in orders, mistakes on the bills and the overall service as it was terrible.

We spent $166.00 and our business meant nothing to the server and the manager on duty. I have never experienced such a horrendous experience at a restaurant.

The tables were also dirty, and previous tables were not cleared the entire time we were there.

Not impressed at all.

We got Wings here on a Tuesday evening. They don't do the Tuesday wing meal deal anymore, much to our chagrin

The food was awesome! Super affordable and the barman was super friendly and quick! Ill be going back

I got the two pound of wings with fries special. Was able to customize each pound with a different sauce. Food was hot and fresh. Service was prompt and friendly. Also added a dessert that was yummy. The brownie was warm and the ice cream was good. Location was clean and welcoming.

It was a very nice experience that night. We came there after spending a day at Toronto and Sonia was the helper who is the served me and my friends. She was a very nice girl as she served us with a big smile on her face and suggested as many vegan options and made us virgin drinks. It was a memorable experience and I would love to visit there again and get served by Sonia?

I love st louis. This Branch is my favorite in the GTA. Nice comfy patio and as usual best wings I have ever had anywhere. Top wings.

Marvellous place to satisfy the hunger. Wings are mouth watering and my friend is die heart fan of wings poutine love it ️️️

I visited this place few times and food was very good especially fries and tender chicken. I loved their dill sauce.
One thing, Sonia (bartender and server) is doing great job; greeting to serve food her service was amazing.

My sister, brother-in-law and I went to eat here. The food was wonderful, but the service was even better. Our waiter was Charles, and we traded dad jokes all night. It’s the best dinner out I’ve had in years! I highly recommend this location, and don’t forget to bring your best dad jokes!

Finally found a place to have fun with friends. Nice and amazing food, pleasant behaviour of the server Sonia.

The environment of this bar is very good. The food was very delicious. The bar tender was very polite and kind. Over all my experience was excellent there. Must visit place.

Came here for a local rock show and was treated pretty poorly by the staff.but i give 3 stars bc the show was great
