I usually get take-out but the few times I’ve dined in, I’ve had a good experience. They have an app for ordering online and it is great. They have a points system to earn towards discounts. When I pick up my order I always receive great and friendly service no matter how busy they are. Food never disappoints. Always tasty.

Sweetest bartenders and the quinoa salad is honestly my favorite. Not usually. A big salad eater but it's to die for. Order it everytime

First time eating here and the service wasn’t the greatest had to wait 40 mins for our food after asking the waitress if our food was coming? Walked by us 3 times with 2 empty drinks on the table had to ask for a refill and all food and appetizers came out together

I was having a horrible night yesterday and our server was able to totally turn it around without even trying! She was so nice and easy going! I don’t normally enjoy going to St. Louis but I will definitely be back to this specific location just for the amazing service. Thanks again to the server/bartender with the wicked tattoos!

Ordered takeout poutine here and compared to others Louis the quality wasn’t there. Fries were soggy, so much gravy but none of the dill sauce they usually put on and very little honey garlic pieces. Also no napkins, no fork in takeout bag.

Other St. Louis I’ve ordered the wings poutine from serves their fries, sauce and cheese on the side, that way you can put it together yourself. I think this place should do the same!

The food was amazing! I loved that they had the soccer game (la liga) on the tv, not many places show la liga games. Only thing I dislike are the sticky tables, and having to tell the waitress what comes with my food, she forgot to bring cutlery, the dill sauce for my boneless bites, and the gravy I ordered for my fries.

Stopped here for a quick bite feel like the food was just ok, think it was some hot honey or something that tasted like medicine the other flavours weren’t that great, it’s been a while since I’ve been to a St. Louis and I realize why I stick to certain places for wings. 3/5

We were 15year+ regular clients and, when the change in ownership occurred, the quality of food and service significantly decreased. We visited a couple of times since and wasn’t impressed. Today (Feb 28 23) we visited and the food was fantastic, drinks were perfect, service was what you’d expect! Well done! Great improvements made and we’ll be back!

Atmosphere was cool, food was just okay, service was great, I felt nickel and dimed every time I asked her something small and it was added to my bill and the portions are kind of small as well. Friendly staff for sure!

They have great wings, fries and Caesar. They don’t offer anymore sweet potato fries and that’s fine. Flavors I like for wings: original mild, Buffalo spicy, Louis 92.

Best wings and frozen daiquiri! Haven't been for awhile and my fav waitress is not only still there (she makes the best daiquiris from anywhere hands down)
only thing I notices since a mo ago is honey garlic wing sauce tastes watered down
otherwise always happy to eat there

As a table of 6 we decided to have an early dinner at St. Louis Whitby. Our waitress took our drink order and on serving the drinks at the table, she accidentally spilled all the drinks over us all. Now, I understand accidents happen. However, since we were coming from a formal event, we were all in suits and formal clothes. The waitress was very apologetic but that’s where it ended. She brought us the full bill at the end of our meal, not even the drinks were offered for this error. The person I assume to be the manager came out after we left and added insult to injury by giving us a 15% discount card for the next visit. What next visit? The cost of dry cleaning these clothes is going to be so much more than the bill. I blame poor management in this case, they could have done something to take care of their mistake. Will not be going here again. So disappointed!

My friends and I all had a great time, servers are all very friendly. The food and drinks are amazing.

Asked for nachos with added beef brisket for an extra 5 dollars. Received ground beef mix with beans… something that would be served on a taco… not impressed and never going back. Gave waitress a 10 dollar tip because place wasn’t empty and she brought my two drinks fast. Although the place was empty. Wasn’t her fault. Ate a few bites of the nachos and wasn’t willing to eat anymore. Left the full plate with the nasty ground beef untouched! 60 dollar lunch.

My favorite place to get uncomplicated wings and delicious French fries. My usual order is the wing and French fries combo with the lemon pepper spice (regular wings, not dusted) with a side of hotter than hell sauce so I can spice each wing at my leisure. Great staff too at the Whitby location on Broadleaf Ave.

I came here with the gf a couple weeks ago. We came around 9PM and were seated at a table. The table was not cleaned. We sat at the uncleaned table for about 5-10 min until someone arrived to take our order. We had to tell the server that it needs to be wiped down, she came back 10 minutes later and did a poor 2 sec job of wiping down the table (with attitude). Food was good but service needs to be better.

Walked in for dinner on a Tuesday night and sat at the bar. The bartender, Silvia, couldn’t have been nicer, during our stay we had 3 completely different cocktails that were beyond description. Will definitely come back

Decent place, recommend confirming your order with the waiter. Order all you can eat wings with a side of beyond poutine. All you can eat wings comes with a side of fries. I expected a extra charge but was charged for the regular menu price. It would be appreciated if the customer was advised it's the menu price. Prefer the order to be taken correctly as well.

We had an amazing family dinner with our toddler here. Madison was our server and she was incredible!

We were regular clients at Yonge and Eglinton restaurant, we really loved the place and service. We went twice to Whitby restaurant but our experience was not so good. Wings appeared to be stale, sauce quantity was less and less dill sauce was provided (only 1 pouch for 2lb wings).

Food is good, service is good place is just average. Nothing special about it but nothing really wrong with it either.

Consistent yumminess! Our goto choice for wings. Try the bacon mac and cheese. Great for. Kids too.
