Not to organized had a 7pm reservation did'nt get seated til 7: 35 got serviced at 8: 15.all you can eat chicken bites and they run out of bites at 9: 45 pm.wow is all I can say. 1: 59 dollars later what a disappointing night.

I ordered half a pound of chicken wings for delivery which should be 226.7 grams and when I weighed them it was only 186 grams missing 40 grams or around 30 percent and only five ugly looking skinny wings which looked like they were left over from the afternoon lunch this was supposed to be a treat for me because I'm having most my teeth removed tomorrow and won't be able to eat any solid food for a while thanks alot.what a bunch of cheap idiots.what a way to end the new year if you plan on going there make sure you bring a scale. I wonder how many other people they ripped off like this!?

Park in front of any of the shops, anywhere in the plaza if you need more parking space for your friends. No worries. This place has the juiciest burgers ever!

The burger was juicy, but I wish they added ketchup and mayo. I asked for it but I didn't see any mayo and they gave me ketchup on the side. The boneless chicken is really good, plain and with memphis bbq. The coleslaw had a bit too much vinegar for my liking. The mozzarella sticks were a little doughy. I love their fries.

Service is horrible. This, place has been suffering from staff shortage for few years now, food preparation is good, quality of food is ok.expect long wait for food, we were ignored at our table for at least 20 minutes, it was so bad that we had to walk to the bar and complain.time waisted here.free parking is available. Tables and washrooms are clean.

Enjoyed dining in on their patio and watching endless planes fly over head of us. Their wings and fries are always a good hit.

Our server was great, but she was stretched thin and the other staff barely did anything to help while she was running around to over a dozen or more tables (larger groups as well).

Wing bones stayed on table for 20+ minutes, bathrooms were in awful shape and dirty beyond belief.

The wings were on point, done to perfection. I will definitely be back!
The young person who took my owner was pleasant and quite helpful when I couldn't decide what kind of wings to order.

Only one of the girls was nice, the others no, and one of them was super rude when my daughter through up because she was not feeling well. Never coming back!

Basically a Canadian Buffalo Wild Wings, but you can get wing poutine. Great bar food. Excellent service. Hockey on every TV. And some really reasonably priced specials. Highly recommend.

My friends and I (which is a total of 7 adults) requested at the front desk for service. The waitress at the front went to the back to talk to a manager and came back to tell us word for word “we don't have enough tables” when clearly there was two tables with chairs stacked up on them. Then she replied with “we don't have enough servers available” there were people behind us waiting to be served as well and got taken in before us. We ended up leaving the restaurant very disgusted, annoyed and disappointed at the fact that this really happened. I hope many people see this and understand how horrible of a restaurant this is just at the front door. Regardless, if the servers are in a horrible mood or inexperienced there are different ways to approach this situation positively but this place has too much negative energy. I hope this place does strive because people deserve to be treated and served well

I went for the wingsanity night. Great place for wings plus beer with friendly service and a good atmosphere.

Service was terrible our server Lorenza is extremely forgetful we had to reminder her of a lot of things that we ordered - Keep in mind she wrote down our orders. My sister's fish-and-chips were burned and we told her that we didn't like them and her response was "it's OK". It really sucked having to wait as long as we did for food that came out cold, burnt and items missing. We also had to wait 15 minutes for her to bring back our change. Lorenza seemed like she did not care at all. Location a write off.

Had the all you can eat wings. Unfortunately the wings were harder than norm, but the server was amazing and she made it a great experience.

Food was really delicious, i dined inn at busy time so servers were really busy but i am satisfied with service. Pina colada was so good

I usually get the takeout wing special, but for indoor dining, I wanted to try something I don’t usually get. I got their special poutine, and it was delicious! They ask you to pick a wing sauce, so I picked my favourite - hot honey! This was around $16. The sanitation wipes are something I look forward to, when I go to St Louis!

Waited an hour for my food, to still not be able to receive it and be told that I can’t take it home after I paid for it.

On Father’s Day the hostess looked very irritated when I asked to sit with my whole family, my kids and grandkids. She then went to call another server and that server said we couldn’t seat together. They wouldn’t accommodate me even though there were empty tables. They said they wouldn’t put tables together for us or even close to us. We sat down and then the rest of my family came and we were far from each other. Another server noted that we were together and offered to put us close together. He was very good and helpful.

I've been to this St Louis a few times, and it never disappoints. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and the food is always good.

They have all the information on the tablet provided by skip but yet they want to waste couriers time asking for the same information

This St. Louis is super. Wings are great, servers are great. And the seating is good for bigger groups.

Honestly I should've just gone to McDonald's.
The burger came with no mustard, ketchup, etc. Plain. Couldn't ask for any because I never saw my server again. The poutine (in place of fries) was in a very small dessert bowl. Probably 10 fries.
No value.
Service was poor, just an overall poor experience.

It is a very nice place and a very good customer service and I liked it more because they put the final of the champions

Let me start by saying this is my first ever review, that’s how bad this experience was. We had a party of 9 to come watch the UFC event. 3 showed up late. They placed us at the upper portion of the restaurant, when our friends got there for the main card at 10 PM we were kicked out, forced to pay and leave food on the table because they had a child and then kid. We asked to sit elsewhere but were told it was full. The place was quite empty when we got there, how are we supposed to know where kids can and can not sit someone could have asked if a child will be coming later so they can seat us accordingly and not have to kick us out. To make matters worse. There were empty seats at the bottom and there were empty seats outside at the patio when we left. Also. The main event wasn’t giving on the tv that was positioned for our table, they had to buy the PPV when the server told the manager she just shrugged her shoulders “oh well”. Ridiculous. Server was nice so nothing was her fault. Manager questionable. Good luck to anyone that goes here.

Loved the food especially the Special St Louis Poutine with wings! Highly recommend!

I went to the one close to the Toronto congress Center in Mississauga around 6PM and the place had a good atmosphere. Not the loud kind. It is nice and quiet.

The service is good except for that one particular waitress who was giving all of my friends attitude because they came late. She even intentionally not give them ustensiles which I thought was really uncessary. Also hated that she kept staring at the credit card machine when I was on the tipping screen.

But otherwise, good food, good restaurant.
