St. Louis Bar & Grill

I have absolutely no words to describe the service we got Saturday night.
For someone who's been working in the restaurant industry for so long this had to be one of the worst experience i've ever had.it took 45 minutes for our drinks to come, especially for water & soft drinks, are food arrived before the drinks. We had a FAMILY of 7 not a party and the server even asked how we all knew each other and we told her were all FAMILY.we ordered a few burgers and nachos, nachos came with no salsa and sour cream, and not even the right wing sauce we asked for, it took 25 mins to even get that meanwhile everyone was already done eating.are server was just standing around while we had to get the Host to get stuff for us. I for one don't have a problem with Auto gratting a PARTY because i've been there and done that, I asked the server what their LARGE party consists of and her response was 5.oh boy i was in shock.a large party should be 15-20. As a table of 7 and you had to auto grat the table because your service was terrible, that just shows how poorly you knew it was.

Stopped in for lunch around 2pm with my fiancé after a morning/afternoon at Canadas Wonderland. We decided a sit down lunch would be better than pizza or subs at the same price point inside the park, took a walk down Jane and was impressed and happy we chose here. In and out in less than an Hour. Our server was efficient and kind. Food came quick and was delicious. I always ask for all flat wings everywhere I go and they rarely accommodate and they do here. Thanks so much server Emma!

Alright food but extremely slow service. Was there for an early dinner, only about 12 people seated in the entire restaurant, and for some reason it took a very long time for anything l, including the get the bill. At least the staff were polite

Vegan wings and sangria were amazing. The only issue we had was our burgers missing sauce.

I am glad I stopped in and I will definitely be back again. Everything was amazing. I had chicken wings, fires and a Beer. The service was incredible, the food was delicious.

Worst wings ever! Overcooked, dry, salty. Had 4 adults, 2 kids did not eat, mandatory 16% tip. Outrageous

If wings are what you're looking for than this is your place. Always fresh (not frozen) wings used. Consistently moist and tender. As for the rest of the experience, if you closed your eyes and didn't see a logo you'd swear you were in any of the ubiquitous sports bars, with sports memorobilia, lame jokes and a patio. Come for the wings and stay for the game.

Jasmine our waitress was incredible. She’s super friendly, welcoming, relaxed, and overall we had a nice casual lunch with excellent service, definitely coming back.

Nice place to visit after Wonderland to cool down with cold beer and hot wings! Only thing is the boneless chicken was little bit dry.
Stephany is the best server ever

A month ago with my friend was eating some wings there. The service was ok, but the drink was seriously watered. The stupid way. I was drinking gin, which has a unique taste and smell.
I ordered 3 times just to make sure it is not a mistake. But all the 3 times the gin was tasting gin for babies.
Another thing, the wings was lightly undercooked.
Be aware for the liqueur when you ordering.
I ordered strait and this happened.what are they serving when you asking in a cocktail?

The food isn't great, and the service is lacklustre. You'll find better food and better service at just about any other Grill in the city.

The restaurant is very nice, and the service is pleasant, although the food is not that good.

Looks like st Louis is serving half portions now. Fries are very expensive now days or inflation is doing the job. Not worth the $ I paid for it. Used to be good. Very disappointed.

Waited for over an hour to get my food. The services was low, and my table was not checked upon for the whole entire hour.

Me and my sister were there a couple days ago. And honestly I’ve had one of the best experience I had compared to any other St. Louis location. The server we had, I swear her name started with an L (I believe her name is Leora, the blonde one) was so sweet and quick to get our orders. Even when my sister kept changing her order and the place was packed, she was accommodating and so patient with us. 10/10 recommend and will come again. (Trust me, the blonde hair server was the best)

We went for game 5 Leafs against Tampa, it was packed but the service was still amazing, the bartender that day, I didn’t catch her name but she had long brown big curls, was very busy but still made time to make sure we were good, and the other servers were helping her as well, I love the team work and appreciate the hustle!

They were understaffed. Especially for a long weekend. That aside service was meh, not bad, not good. Food was not good, burgers were dry and flavourless, and the wings were chewy. The wings were obviously pre-cooked and re-dropped. Little overpriced considering quality, will not return.

CATHY is amazing and very cheerful girl amazing expiring, every bit made us smile thank you Cathy for amazing service. Luckily the wether was amazing too we set outside

Great wings and service not as good as all stars but this is like a local wing experience.

Our waitress Ranya was professional and pleasant! The food was good and the beer was cold. We will definitely be returning!

Great place to go and have some drinks and wings. Kid friendly, safe very polite. Great service. Bartender is super energetic and kind.

I normally never go to pubs but I took a visit here with my family and it was pretty interesting. It reminded me why I don't do pubs lol it was fairly busy for my liking. But let me explain why I'll give them good ratings.

The staff was very kind and responded to our food and drink requests professionally. There are TV screens streaming sports games, they set up the TV screens in a way you can watch the game from almost any seat in the pub.

The pricing is affordable but that will always vary depending on how many people you go with.
Overall if pubs are your thing, you can definitely visit this location.

Sat there throughout the entire Masters tournament. Our orders weren’t taken because the waitress was alone and too busy for us. Seemed like she was the waitress, the bartender, and the cook. Her attitude surely seemed like she was all of the above and more. We were patient but her attitude was exhausting so we left. (3: 40 pm, Sun, April 9th, 2023)
