St. Louis Bar & Grill

I don’t know what happened to this store. I had lots of good diary but last two times (August 23 and January 24) I went there the quality of food was not same as before. Maybe inflation affected them:)

Food was great, had a good selection of items. The service could have been a little better it was on the slower side when it wasn't that busy. Overall great food at a decent price! (Try the ribs and thank me later!)

Absolutely outstanding night tonight at St. Louis!
I was having a horrible day and figured I’d stop by for a quick snack to ease my pain. I was immediately met with a smile and warm greeting from my server BETH. Beth was extremely accommodating and turned my day around. I’m also short of hearing and I appreciate that she was patient with me and did her best to communicate.
Thankyou so much Beth and St Louis! 10/10!

Had an issue with an order and management was extremely rude and unhelpful. The wings are not cheap and its disappointing that the service is so poor. Would not recommend and will take my business elsewhere.

Delicious food as well as the drinks. Very friendly waitresses and a good atmosphere to watch sports.

A great brunch place. The Caesar salad is fantastic. Crunch and without olives (just the way I like it). The burger was good as well. I loved the wings but the spicy sauces could be hotter. Overall, great food!

Great service and It was half priced wings on Tuesday. Great location and patio on Elgin st. Will definitely be going again.

I've haven't been there in years, so I decided to go have dinner. The food was great as well as the service. It was a bit loud but that's to be expected inside. Next time I will sit outside if it's not to warm out. The prices are very reasonable, honestly would would pay around the same amount for fast food. I would recommend sending a few bucks more and getting much better food.

Disclaimer: under normal circumstances, I would give this place 4-stars. I would strongly recommend the Merivale/Clyde location instead of this one!

Long story, very short - My friends and I came here all the time pre-covid as it was a great hangout spot close to our work with really good food!

The last time I went (June 2023), it took 30 minutes to order our food (which is fine, it was a beautiful summer patio drinks type of day). They brought out all our food 20 minutes later - mine had a hair in it. I brought it to the server's attention and she immediately was apologetic and offered to get a new order for me. The second time they brought the order, it was breaded (which I can't have and had told them the first time I ordered). The server rolled her eyes, became defensive and rude and asked what I wanted her to do about it? So I requested my actual order without hair. She finally brought my order out but the wings were SO spicy and inedible. By this point, all my friends had finished their meals and I was over this place so I paid my 50$+ tab and left.

I commented on their website and the manager Tenneille Antoine emailed me back copying their franchise manager (Ed Arsenault) and apologized and offered me a $50 gift card which obviously I accepted because my friends and I truly love hanging out here (great location, typically really good food, nice atmosphere) and it has been over a month and I have yet to receive this gift card!

Needless to say, if we go back it will be the Merivale location.

Servers kept checking up on us and were kind and friendly! Food was good my only issue is I wish the serving sizes were bigger!

Would not recommend during lunch time. They're understaffed. The waitresses were not really available for orders or if they served us it felt like they're too rushed to get to the next order. The food was okay and the presentation was very basic. DONT SIT on the patio. The order took so much longer

Stopped by with my son for lunch. A lb of wings, fries, and a pint! Great food and service!

Came here for dinner and it was delicious! Poutine, Steak, Quesadillas were delicious! Our server was good and atmosphere was ok. This is a sports bar so that is all that was on the TV's. No complaints. We left happy and would visit again.

Think I went at a bad time. Was comedy night at this location. Wasn't very comedic, most of the comics were making fun of patrons who were unwilling to partake. Definitely couldn't read the room.

Burnt wings, no sound on tv for the playoffs, then live mariachi music during overtime. Worst bar for sports I've been been to

Two things which are must try here are the spicy plant based wings tossed in honey garlic sauce and the chicken wings with your favorite sauce. Both are incredibly delicious with some local beer.

My go too when I'm craving a solid wing. St Louis does it so consistant; I am never disappointed when I order. Would recommend for a damn solid 'ail du poulet'.

Matteo provided great service. Went above & beyond. Food was great, drink promos were great. Had a great time.

Our serve was fabulous. Super kind and attentive. Good food and arrived quickly. Will definitely go again

Chicken wings, chicken wings! Delicious food and excellent service. All you can eat wings for $20 - garlic parm is a good choice

They have All you can eat boneless chicken wings offers going on for $20 per person; I tried it and personally I didn’t like it; it’s like chicken nuggets and didn’t find tasty as well. I feel vegan wings or regular wings are much better than this boneless chicken wings.

However, the classic poutine was good but it’s like $12 so expensive compared to other places.

Customer service was satisfactory so giving 3 stars; the items that I choose today I won’t recommended to you all.

One of my favorite places to eat on Elgin st. The staff are amazing, friendly and cool with my clients.

I go almost every week to have their wings poutine. The food quality is great and their price are reasonable. You have a wide rang of drinks and foods.
Customer service is great and I like the atmosphere specifically when people come to watch the games.
Servers are nice and friendly.

Pretty weird experience here recently. We dined in the restaurant and were sat a few seats away from the owner/manager. The whole time we were there (just over an hour), he was sitting at a table close by discussing human resource complaints over speakerphone. It was loud
enough that we could hear him and the person on the other end of the phone in these exchanges. He made several calls during our lunch and it seemed very inappropriate/unprofessional. I have no idea why someone would think that's a good thing to do with customers in ear shot.

Other than that our server Danika was very kind and helpful. She provided great service while we were there. The food was average, we've been to other St. Louis before and the food was very similar to those experiences.

Overall just an unusual experience to have during a Friday lunch.

Two out of the three times I've come to sit out on the patio at St. Louis with my SO, we ended up leaving after having to wait 15+ minutes for anyone to ask us what we wanted to drink. It wasn't busy - the staff is just unenthusiastic and avoidant of customers. Instead of being friendly they try not to make eye contact or else they have to come serve us? Lol They would rather vape behind the bar or in the back. I give two stars because the food is okay and reasonably priced. You will find better food and service if you keep walking up Elgin! Cheers.
