I have always loved st. Louis and all the other locations I’ve been to have been great. But the two times I decided to give this location a try, the portion sizes of some of their foods were less than half of other locations and they lied saying that it’s their new policy (while this wasn’t the case for any other location). The other time we went, their coleslaw and salad had multiple moldy and disgusting lettuce in them, and the ribs wasn’t as we requested them; and again the poutine and burger were smaller than normal. Also there were two staff that were rude to us.
St. Louis as a chain has amazing food but I don’t recommend going to this location at all.

They should not have tacos on their menu! Hated every bite of my chicken tacos (cold, very salty & soggy) and crispy fish tacos that my husband ordered (not crispy at all and soggy)

My husband and I went out to St. Louis Fairview mall on Saturday night we had sat on the patio and our server by the name of Shadisa was fantastic she gave me suggestions for a drink the food came out fast and her service was so amazing that I had asked to speak with her manager to let them know what an amazing employee they have. Shadisa you are amazing thank you so much for the fantastic experience 10 gold/platinum stars ️

Wings were dry and meat was tough. I got “3 flames” spicy level but it was mild…literally zero spice. Fries were cold and really hard. The only thing I enjoyed here was the beer…which says a lot. And the service was pretty bad. Waited 10 mins to get seated, 15 mins to order, 30 mins for food to arrive, and another 10 mins to get bill. Pretty much ignored the whole night.

What happened to this location? I don’t remember being like this last time I was here…which was years ago.

I've been here a couple of times with the family and the food is generally good. The wings are good, I normally go for the Cajun rub for the kids and hotter than hell for myself.
The mozzarella stix are good but I feel they could be presented as little better. The last time I had them they were on a bed of dried out lettuce.

The staff is great, they are generally rushed off their feet but are working hard to attend to everyone

Chips are good. You just need to sort out the portions sizes

I have to say, bar none THE BEST Server I have encountered in a very long time, Her name was Delaney, Pleasant, Thorough, and all around nice Gal. Thank You.

The service was good, everyone was nice but the wings were a bit too dry for me. I’ve been to this location and before it was awesome. Got a pound with honey garlic sauce on the side. The fries were good per usual. Gonna come back soon to see if anything changes.

This is my first time dining at St. Louis Bar & Grill at Fairview Mall. The server was very friendly and checked on us every so often. The food tastes great and is reasonably priced. Free parking at the mall.

St. Louis is one of me and my fiancé’s to go restaurant to eat wings. We visited Tuesday because we thought it was a Wing Tuesdays were the price is cheaper than the regular days. We were charged for the full price. Not really a big deal, it’s fine. The only problem was our server, Mia, she wasn’t really paying attention we do understand that she might be tired and busy but we her couple times just standing next to the POS. We asked for two glasses of water but we waited for like almost 20mins and still no water being served and I have to go to the bar to asked for it. This is not our first time in the restaurant, our servers were usually friendly, smiling face and accommodating.

The bartender was the worse I’ve ever dealt with. First she forgot to punch the order in and then was really rude and unapologetic for what she did. Waiting over an hour for a take out

I dont know her name but the server at the bar was very rude. Will never go back to that location even though its just 100 steps away from my apartment.

Good place to hang out with your buddies. They have both outside and inside space to choose but normally we'll have a waiting time if you prefer outside during summer time.

Nice atmosphere, good vibes, great service from the bartenders (especially Meagan) to the servers and the food is always fresh!

3.7 / 5 is fair. Service was great. Food - mmm not as good as the other St Louis’s I’ve been to. I had wings (spicy bbq - 3rd hottest they have) and they were spicier than usual and too saucy. But dried out. Left 3 behind.

Chicken with the side salad was amazing. I was shocked. Plump, flavourful. I would go back just for a side chicken. Side Salad was sloppy. Mostly spinach (which I like), but they diced all the vegetables (carrots, cucumbers, onions), and made it impossible to eat. Really a dumb idea, or lazy. I didn’t get that at other locations (or I forget).

Crowd from the mall is interesting. Random for sure. The staff I gave a 5.0. They were so polite to me and everyone and hustling. I’d go back just to support them and watch a game.

Their service has greatly improved with new staff. Enjoying my visits much more now. Thank you to the management for listening.

Too small of a place to eat.service was slow.my vrggie burger bun was soggy due to not draining the pickles.my brownie dessert had ice inside.probably from it melting a bit before storing it.not a great experience for me.but others I was with enjoy it tremendously.only my personal opinion only

Tuesday deals are the best! Bring an empty stomach. I just had plain fried wings, and it's good. This is a good place to hang out. The fries is so good. The host was extremely helpful as well.

I'm a professional cook in the hospitality industry for ten years.

My friend and I decided to order take-out and ended up standing outside their restaurant for 45 minutes. Red flag, right? How long does it take to fry up two portions of wings? After asking the hostess/waitress numerous times if our order was ready, she finally went in to actually check up on it.

Oh look, she walked out almost immediately with our order. Now as a cook, I know for a fact that our order has been sitting there for at least a half hour. People AFTER us were getting their orders before ours. When we got to the car, I had to check. Lo and behold, I was correct. Now I wasn't about to pay for some limp soggy fries and spongy wings! But wait, these weren't just some ordinary spongy wings. They were re-fried spongy wings! Burnt around the edges as well. You can tell that the cook decided to fry a bunch of wings way too early.

Now my friend and I were hangry. If I'm going to pay for fried food, that food better be crispy. We brought it back and let them know what happened. Here's the best part: they won't give you a refund.
Back up, a large chain like St. Louis won't refund a guest that's been waiting 45 minutes outside for re-fried, soggy food? Okay, what's our option? I'm still hangry. Re-make it, right? Fine.

So we finally got our food and rushed home. Opened up the box and what did I find? Blackened, leathery, shriveled pieces of chicken wing. Immediately I knew that the cook just took the SAME wings and tossed it in the fryer. The phrase "third time's a charm" does NOT apply to chicken wings. I am absolutely flabbergasted that someone decided that it was okay to send these out to a paying guest.

So what did I learn today?
1. Never order from St. Louis, particularly this location.
2. There are some really questionable people out there.
3. Incompetence is the true crisis.

Ambience is good. Food is delicious and a pleasant place.patio is open. Happy hours from 9PM to close.overall a good one to spend some quality time with friends

Very flashy bar and they try to make all the waiter/waitresses more presentable.

Chicken wings here are very good, but everything else is just okay.

Really disappointed, it's not even 10: 00 pm and she says we are closed for the night! Just take out? ! I am coming to this location more than 15 years and never had such a bad and rude facing form she staff, I might stop going.
