St. Louis Bar & Grill

This has been my go to spot for quite some time. It was less busy today than we usually see and we didn’t see our favourite waitress, Jessica, but nonetheless service was great and food was good! Would come here again.

Food is usually good here, but today was pretty bad: (

Wings were over-salted and meat was super dried out. Powder was sticking to my lips…

I didn’t know “dry rub” flavour meant dehydration…and all the flavours were just as bad.

I feel like they hired some random guy off the street to cook for them today.

FOOD IS ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING! Chicken is bad has a nasty taste and smell. Called the restaurant to let them know as I did takeout and the so called “owner” on the phone was explaining to the cooks as what I was saying to him as “blah blah blah” so very unprofessional and immature service from the owner. Wasted $80 on this establishment will definitely never ever return or recommend to anyone at all.

I invited my colleagues for dinner last night, I can say our table was about 220$, but for a simple test of beer or changes of sauce, which might have a couple sent cost for St. Louis.waitress told us my manager said the client has to pay for that
finally, I said to add them to my bill, but don't mention it in front of my guests.

That was a very cheap behavior of a manager.
I don't think to go any more to St. Louis, any more.

Luv this place. The food is amazing affordable, and the staff is amazing we really enjoy coming when Richard is working he is friendly and professional. My husband and hope he never leaves.

If I could give zero I would. Used to come here all the time but ever since new management took over the service, portion size and quality of food has become horrible. Carm was our server and got everything we order wrong. She then refused to give my friend the correct food and when the manager was involved she refused as well because my friend too a bite before she realized. Horrible experience and will not be back. Way emptier than it used to be in the past so clearly other people have realized as well. Noticed multiple other tables have to sent food back as well due to her getting their order wrong. Will not be back. And I do not recommend at all.

New management, terrible service. Been coming here for years and not once have I received a bad service from this location until today. Go dine somewhere else and save yourself the trip.

Head down the street to All Stars Wings. Seriously. This St Louis location will give you something you didn't order, charge you for it and refuse to take it off the bill. Manager was not helpful at all. New management has run this place into the ground. Don't usually give bad reviews but experience today was too much.

Service and atmosphere were amazing.the fried chicken sandwich was a bit dry.fries were the best as usual. The wings were good. I had an orange juice which was just average.will definitely visit again, though.

Terrible food.nothing is fresh, everything was microwaved.very sad for a big franchise like this.

Nice atmosphere and tv's at every angle. Great place to hang out with loved ones, or the Boys.

Came in to dine in on Saturday, witnessed the manager yelling at a server, which is not okay but also worst that it was in front of customers. Food is okay, and my server was okay, but the manager has little respect for her staff.

Ordered 1lb HOT chicken wings over the phone Saturday around 12am Nov 4th. Received wings with s sprinkle of seasoning salt and sugar with tastes awful. Nothing like the original wings. Not even a hot sauce in the bag. This location always messing with my order

The service here was decent, our server seemed to be rushing our dinner a bit even though they weren’t busy. On the bright side, at least it was fast.

My partner got the wings poutine and it was solid. Nothing special but was decent. I ordered two lbs of original wings in the Southwest BBQ and Spicy garlic parm sauces. They were leaning on the drier side and the meat itself had a tingy aftertaste indicating it might be running a bit old. The sauces were good but wished they were tossed in more generously to help with the dryness. Overall, I would not recommend to others to come here and to find a different wings place. However, if you catch their Tuesday deal, it would be hard to complain about the quality.

I will definitely return to St Louis Bar & Grill! The food was good and affordable and the service was excellent! I had problems finding the parking lot (underground) and the manager left her post and came to meet me and escort me to restaurant! Who does that? 10/10 The waitress/server was very friendly, polite and courteous! This place is fully endorsed by me!

What happened to this place? It used to be so much better. Vibrant and full of energy. Now it's always relatively empty, atmosphere is depressing. They run out of different beverages at the bar. Food quality is not what it used to be. The patio is now lifeless, no hanging flower pots, the light bulbs don't even work in the lanterns. This place was way better with the old management and staff. Too many other options around the area to be this this lackluster.

Great drinks and food! My server Ashley is what really made the experience wonderful. She had awesome suggestions for appetizers and made our experience special. She truly went above and beyond helping me and my hubby celebrate our anniversary. Will definitely be back just because of her attention to detail and care.

The outlet was severely understaffed. Went there with family (off-peak) for All You Can Eat Wings, and only had 2 servers present.

Servers only managed to check on us/take our orders once in 2 hours. We were served 2 plates of chicken/person in that period.

Sad experience.

Not recommeded for wings. We went here 2 times and both times we got burnt (black) wings and service was very slow. Waited for 1 hour to receive our food. Not at all satisfied with the product and service we recvd.

I have been coming here since they first opened and let me tell you…this place is just COMPLETE GARBAGE now. Ever since Jack and his wife stepped away it just went downhill. Back then the servers were attentive and really on the ball, I mean there would be a full house, people outside waiting and the service was still on point. Last time I went it was probably just over 60% occupancy and me and my son had to wait no lie 40 mins for a glass of water. A good hour for his and my niece’s burger that was burnt! Okay 1/2 burgers is understandable but both!? !? I don’t want to be bashful so I’ll give the wings I got 2.5/10. At the end we asked for 3 plates cause we were cutting a cake and the servers response was “we don’t have clean plates at the moment” okay so you’re not even 3/4 full and you don’t have clean plates…. AND to end off this wonderful experience they were BLASTING the audio from the program on the tv towards the end. I really wish I recorded a video but I was over it at that point. I hope jack and his wife come back as a plot twist and save the day cause this st.louis has been black listed in my books. The worst part about this whole thing is I have a solid 3 more horrible experiences and I kept giving this place a chance and it’s failed me EVERY single time.

If I wasn't so busy I'd always come here. The food is still great and fresh, service is always good! Why would I go across the street for All-Star wings when the better wing spot is near Scarborough town centre.

Quite possibly the worst service I have ever experienced in a restaurant. Wings were okay, the wingsanity deal is pound and a half, pound, then half a pound, but we were only served half a pound after the first round. The chefs in the back were ringing the bell 15 times before the food was picked up. Servers don’t have a clue as to what is going on and what customer service is. 0/5
