Been to a couple of St. Louis Bar & Grills but none of them add up to this Location! Food/ Drinks/ Atmosphere all added up to our expectations! GIGI was our server and was hands down what made our experience that much more special.she was super polite and professional and will most definitely stop by again soon! ️️️️️

Wings were fantastic. I had two pounds of different flavours with the fries (extra saucy) and they were perfect. Patty was my server and she was so nice and on the ball with my drinks and food. Patty also added to the experience with an amazing personality. Also loved the 5$ pints

Terrible. I was apparently lucky to be seated and provided a menu. I waited 15 minutes and not a server checked in to take my order. Other customers who came in after me already had drinks and were attended too. The waitresses present at 5.15 pm on July 14,2023 did see me but decided they were too busy to take my order- there were not many customers at the restaurant. I left- they did not seem to care. Discrimination of some sort at its highest.

Really slow service the first and only time I went there. Midday for lunch. Not even busy. Took forever to get even some cutlery once out food arrived. I had to go get it myself. I wasn't even sure who our server was? Different people were coming and going for our table. I had the chicken and waffles. First time ever. Waffle was good. Chicken was meh. Unflavorful meal. May it was just me. Portions were small I found. On the plus side it was nice a quiet for my family to have lunch.

Worst place ever, DO NOT GO HERE EVER, such a waste of money and your time.
Our server was rude, unprofessional and had absolutely no paitance to serve us.
The restaurant itself was extremely dirty, smelled like pee and our table was so unclean as if it was not wiped out for month.
The food came out cold and almost frozen, my burger was so old and burnt that I could berly eat it.
We were not the only table that complained about the food, The restaurant manager was so unprofessional and low standard that not only didn’t offer the other table or us a free meal but also give us attitude for complaining.

They offer great pub food in this neighborhood, one of the best st louis location, very friendly service. Daily deals are available for all 7 days, like 1/2 price wings on tuesday night, 1/2price burger on wednesday night etc.

What a joke of a place! My cousin, his wife, my wife and myself went there on a Sunday afternoon for wings and beer. We’ve decided to sit in a patio; patio was dirty and the decor was outdated, I could smell urinate around us and our table was very dirty and it seemed that it was not cleaned up for a long time. We’ve asked one of the servers to wipe it down, she decided to spray the table and to wipe it, the problem was the table top was not a solid peace and had one inch gaps so as she was spraying the table she was spraying my legs and my cousin’s phone which was on the seat beside him! Then came our server, I think she was overwhelmed and did not have proper training on customer service. She was rude and unprofessional. Our wings were extremely cold and undercooked. The table beside us complained and asked for the manager, the lady manager came over and told the old gentlemen beside us that “that is normal and that’s how they cook their wings”! She only offered to replace their food after we’ve started complaining. I used to own two restaurants in the past so I can tell you the manager did not handle the situation right and she got lucky the table beside us didn’t tell her anything; she didn’t even comeback to check on us even though she heard us complaining about the temperature of the food, I mean for God’s sake, that chicken is going to send someone to the hospital. I think this place need to be shut, the shift manager and the store manager to be fired and the district manager to be held accountable for not checking on his/her stores.

Went here for a late lunch on Sunday. Ordered original wings with sweet chilli sauce with a aside of tortilla chips and a honey Cajun chicken sandwich.
The chicken wings were good, tortilla chips tasted stale. The chicken sandwich was decent liked the fries

Good food but the restaurant is a bit dirty. But the staff and the food was great so you can easily look past that

We came here for AYCE boneless wings. Wings were decent. Tried 6 flavours, best one was garlic parm. Good portion. Good fries. Left feeling very heavy. Could use more sauce all around. Also that dill sauce saved the meal. Service was okay. Nothing to write home about. Highly recommend for birthdays parties of 16 ppl or more.

Went to this location on Sunday such a ambient atmosphere fun and family friendly. Our meals where delicious and drinks made with tlc

This was my first time visiting this location of St. Louis bar and grill and I was amazed at the service and quality of food. Our servers name was Patti and she was amazing. She was friendly, fast and efficient. The manager Sari was very friendly and made sure everything was fine.the food was fantastic, and the service was amazing. Patti and Sari if you read this, thank you for making my meal one of the best I ve ever had.

Every Friday. Good Place to hangout with colleagues to watch a Match. Chicken wings with Hot Sauce is good

A group of us were at he Spring Hill Marriott for a hockey tourney this weekend and honestly it may have been the best takeout experience ever. Order was taken quick; she put people's name on everything with no confusion, everything was right, lots of dipping sauces and utensils and the food was great. If I remember the name right I think it was Alexis (Friday evening) - I was uber impressed as you just don't get service like that anymore. Thanks!

I realize that St. Louis Bar & Grill is a chain, but in my opinion, there are differences between the various locations across the GTA.

This location, to me, is among the best in the GTA. The staff are fantastic.super friendly, always remember me (and my order), and always do their best to accommodate me.

I'm not sure what the difference is here, but the food is always a notch above the other St. Louis. The wings are fat and juicy, the fries are hot and crispy.in short everything is just the way it should be.

Whenever I am in the area, this is my go-to place for drinks and food.

Server was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately the food was disgusting. Not the same quality as other locations.

'regular' and have had one bad experience that I felt compelled to post a review about, and for which management immediately resolved.

I am posting a review tonight because I was here the night of November 11, and I saw a WAITRESS, who I now know is Nicky, expertly handle extremely irrational, unreasonable, and obnoxious patrons and feel she deserves credit for how great she was tonight. She expertly handled very difficult patrons, remained calm, polite, and respectful in a situation I know I certainly would not have.

Nicky is the best waitress at this bar, and didn't deserve what she had to experience. I hope she knows her good work is noticed and appreciated by all of us!

Unfortunately one of the worst St Louis locations I’ve visited. No one answers the phones for takeout orders, so ordered online. A 15 minute ETA turned into a 45 minute in person wait time. The food received was underwhelming, with much smaller portions than I’m used to. Won’t be returning.

This location has very efficient and friendly staff. I also loved the big portion of their chicken wings and the way they tasted! They are very accomodating. I liked the atmosphere even though is a small location. Their pina coladas are to die for! I will recommend this location to anybody!

I understand this location becomes very busy over time, but don’t even bother calling them, they never answer.

Also, when things get busy and customers come in and ask for the wait time, maybe make a wait list? I’m shocked because this is one of the few in the area who doesn’t do that, so I stood there while the waitress sent me and hungry customers outside in the rain instead of taking our info for the wait.

I understand COVID means we can’t crowd inside and wait, but at least make a wait system? It’s really easy and I’m surprised how disorganized they are.

Went out with friends here, sat in the patio on the hottest day.we had to ask to have water on the table. We had nachos which were pretty good. They had a spicy kick to them which was great. My friend ordered a mojito and she wasn't impressed and I asked her to surprise her and she brought me the exact same drink.which again i wasn't impressed with. I ended up ordering a frozen shots tray which was so much better. We ordered wings and they weren't as impressive either. The gar- par wasn't anything special, very mediocre. We enjoyed each other's company. The service was alright. We still left a decent tip due to Covid but the server definitely needs to get a little more comfortable with the menu.

Great food - service is lousy - you don't serve French onions soup and the ribs in the same time - one at the time, please

I order from here a lot. The food and service are good. I reccomend it highly. Placing orders or making reservations by phone is chaotic.

Ordered some wings. I've tried other wing places and never tried St. Louis, so I figured I give them a try. They were just ok, but sorry Not devilishly good, sorry guys.

This location has never disappeared us so far. We ordered Fish & Chips and were very satisfied with everything. Fresh, delicious, not greasy, fries were yummy also. Cant comment on the staff or anything else, since my husband ordered and picked up. Thank you Will! Will definitely visit again.

Great atmosphere and great service. The food was good too and the location, although it can get quite busy, at least has parking.

Great wings here, I've ordered many times and haven't been let down yet! I prefer the spicy Thai sauce on mine.

We had okay food and good service. The waitress that served us was nice and accommodating. The place wasn't very crowded, and we were the only group sitting outside but she kept going around to ask us if we needed anything, and informing of their special promos that were not on the menu, so that was helpful. I wish I knew her name so I can thank her. It was past noon on a Sunday, and she was the only one actively going around to check up on people inside and outside.

I visited this place again, and had horrible service from a lady with blonde hair and glasses. No one guided us to a seat. We waited for someone to come by our desk for good 30 minutes. She treated us like we're invisible and was too busy talking to her co-workers. The ribs were burnt and had many broken pieces of bones making it difficult to eat. The only time she came was when we were ready to pay and she didn't ask say thank you or bye. She was very loud talking to someone and not paying attention to other customers.

Not a fan of sports bars myself, but as far as this one goes the service was on point. The food came quick as you'd expect and was pretty good to boot. Overall would go again, but only on tuesdays!

Service was friendly but they seemed to forget about us and we couldn't order any more drinks as they didnt come out to the patio to check on us until everything was done. They also forgot a dill sauce and that's one of the main reasons for going there. Food was ok otherwise but it would have been better with some better service.

This location is hit-or-miss I don't know if it depends on the day the server what but sometimes my experiences will be great and sometimes they will not be so great one thing it's not that special but I seem to really like it for whatever reason but I really do enjoy the patio there's just something about that Patty I really like

Update - July 2019 - Seems like summer not to time to return visit. Understaffed. Had to leave after 20 mins without a menu or drink. Unfortunate. Seems to be a chainwide problem these days.

Amazing food and time. Tried the all you can eat ribs. Magnificent. If you haven't tried it as yet, i suggest you hurry on down.

Also, there's 1 staff, bline with glasses. She's absolutely amazing. Great service.

Their cauliflower wings are to die for, they also have cider on tap. Be sure to hi to Cartier service was great

On arriving st Louis, they had only deals on pork ribs to the neglect of non pork eaters. Their food is absolutely overpriced and they had no soap or tissue paper in their bathroom. I am a non pork eater and found this quite offensive. I would not recommend this experience to my worst enemy.

Food was delicious, tables were clean. Waitress was super friendly. Service was quick. I also like the fact, they don't play the music too loud, most restaurants do and it's difficult to hear and have a conversation. I must say I will be returning.

I’ve been here a couple times all the other times were great experiences except for today. This time I had terrible service from the rude bartender that I had to write a review as I’m sitting here. My boyfriend and I ordered 2 orders of 2lbs. His 2lbs was both non-dusted gar par and my was dusted spicy gar par and non dusted Cajun. Order came out and both were completely wrong. I tried to get the server/bartender attention but she was occupied behind the bar. I asked another server to let her know and she came over with a load of attitude “what’s the problem”. We explained our order. My boyfriends order came out dusted when we had asked for non dusted her response was “ no you said u wanted non dusted gar par” to which I said yes exactly.then she changed and said I meant dusted you said dusted. She then turns to me and said what’s wrong with yours. I said I asked for spicy gar par and Cajun. She said I swear you ordered lemon pepper.first of all I know what I ordered. Don’t go telling me what I ordered. If you got it wrong that’s fine but don’t push the blame on the customer. She should have maybe written the orders down.that way there’s no confusion. She took them both back. Not to long after they brought out new ones which then was correct. My basket was missing the fries which then I had to try to get her attention for another 10mins. Mind you at this point we had also not gotten our drinks that we initially ordered. When she brought out the drinks that I again had to ask another server to remind her she slapped it on the table and walked away with no response when I said thank you. After this fiasco she did not once check on us or asked if everything was okay but she did do that a couple times with the table right next to us. I’m very displeased with the service I received today and hope this feedback gets somewhere. Thanks.

Good place to grab a beer and wings with friends, small restaurant seating is limited inside and on the patio

Service was great and so was the wings. I found the boneless bites the breading too heavy but they were delicious.

I have been their customer over 6 years now, just quick note, they favour the customer they like or who tips better and unfortunately if your not their fav you get load of attitude and food come totally different. Won't go back i rather go other st louis than this one

Food was good but service was atrocious. We ordered all you can eat wings and the first round was delicious but our waitress disappeared. Over an hour later the waitress returns asking if we wanted a second round (Which we did and finally ordered). She brought the wings (dry rub) which were disgusting. We would have loved to had them brought back as they were inedible; I am not one to complain about wings but these were a bucket of salt poured on chicken wings. Our waiter was sure to serve every table around us except for us; she came back to 'see if we were ready for the bill' over an hour and half after delivering our second round of wings (which we could not eat). The restaurant was not busy at all yet somehow we managed to get forgotten. Also love the "all you can eat " scam they run; give you one basket and not return. If you want good food and good service go to all stars, screw St. Louis'

Significantly better than most other locations. Service was great. Huge tvs to watch the game. Fries were delicious and the wings were not overcooked like most other locations.

My go-to wings place! Definitely one of the best St. Louis locations I’ve been too! Staff is friendly, although there’s always quite a wait on Tuesday’s (‘cause half price wings) but it’s definitely worth it!:)

My family is visiting and staying at a hotel nearby. Looked at the menu and previous reviews, and decided to check this place out. Very glad we did!

The food is excellent and priced very well. Great portions, even for the kids menu. I had the Great Canadian Burger (that has poutine on it), and it was fantastic. We are going to try and make it back again before we leave.

The best location I have been so far. Very friendly staff, clean washrooms, delicious food, not too many people even on half price wings Tuesdays. This is my number one St. Louis to go to

They barely put sauce on the wings I got for pick up. I got hot as hell wings and my mouth hardly burnt. Also got garlic parm and there was practically no garlic parm on the wings. Very disappointed. Would not recommend.

Seems to be a lot of locals regulars. Place was busy mid-day. Customers and staff were rowdy. Loud and bad language. Wouldn’t take kids.

Great sports pub with lots on tap. We visited on a Thursday night which featured 1/2 priced apps. Great for sharing with our large table. I ordered 2 different kinds of wings and the quantity was great and flavour choices were very impressive.
