Our waitress didn’t come by once after taking our orders. They also had a promo for all you can eat boneless wings, but did not have any boneless wings. Would not recommend going.

Absolutely disappointed. Came here for the all you can eat deal, I called in before hand and checked their socials to confirm that the plant based wings would be included in the offer. When I arrived, the waitress told me that they wouldn’t serve me the plant based wings (even though it was clearly stated they were part of the promo on their socials) cause the kitchen « didn’t want to » (but could serve a la carte.) The boneless wings are the same price as the plant based wings. Used to come to this location every week, won’t be back here again.

Great place. Large but basic beer selection, lots of wing flavours and good food. Service has always been good and friendly

Food was reasonable, the fish and chips was excessively greasy like it wasn't lifted to drain dripping oil. Had to put it on a napkin to absorb.

I like St. Louis but terrible service at this location. Servers don't even bother to give you a receipt or take your order correctly if you are not local. My experience was very sketchy here as they first told me that I could not take out lunch special and after I agreed to dine in, I was charged regular prices, forced to pay immediately with no receipt and dismissed with packed food after 45mins. If the service quality is this poor I can't even imagine their kitchen.

Farran was simply amazing, she was tentative, caring, and our glasses stayed full. We promise to return.

Great atmosphere, great wait staff, great food. Only complaint is getting in and out of the property can be pretty hairy.

We always come to St. Louis to see Farren, she is good with our kids and makes us feel at home. It is hard to find good service these days, we end up leaving unhappy usually. Thank you for the consistency in service here.

I'm increasing my rating from 3 to 5 stars, as the quality of service has improved significantly with all of the post-pandemic servers being great, especially Farran. My only complaint is the wings / boneless bites are consistently overcooked, with the boneless being especially hard / dry.

Our server, Farran, was very patient, friendly and helpful. She mentioned specials that saved us money on our meal.

It is the awesome place to go! And if you really wanna have aged time, make sure Farran serves you! She is the most friendly, out coming and cool person! She was so welcoming, funny and helpful, that I just want to come because of her! Farran really makes this place a gem! Visit St Louise at Dufferin and you will never regret! Farran you are awesome, you made our right!)

I always come during the week because the servers are super friendly and kind. Farran and Jenny are the sweetest servers around. I used to get the honey garlic wings but Farran got me trying all the flavors now, lemon pepper and spicy garlic parm are my newest flavors.

Wish I could give it 0 stars its my birthday today so my wife said she'd order us some wings I placed the order over the phone I ordered 3 pounds of wings one with hot sauce on the wings and second was with Buffalo ranch again sauce over the wings wife went picked up the order brought it home and yikes no sauce on wings we got 3 pounds of bare burnt I might add wings this is the second time in the past year that this is happened so this was the last time I will be ordering from this location 60 dollar order what a waste of money management can contact me if they like

Coming through and stopping for a late meal my host behind the bar “Zoe” was incredible and very informative of what I should order. Ordering the Cobb salad in full description on the websites indicated exactly what I felt like!
Unfortunately comparing what came to my table and what was on their menu picture online was completely different.
I love my Cobb salads with bacon and eggs as indicated w/all the fixings!
Please put bacon and eggs on my Cobb salad next time!
You might want to add the red onions also and keep in mind that the salad dressings should be consistent with continuity from what you advertise!
And not a random salad dressing!

Decently priced, but the burger was fresh and juice, and the fries were done to perfection and darned tasty!

Limited draft selection. Paala wings are the supposed hottest on the menu but are pretty tame. Wings were slightly over cooked but alright overall.
I could tell that they're understaffed and it's a divided staff when they are working. Over the last 2 visits, Lauren and Ashley look like they're taking on the majority of work and with a smile to boot. The other staff look miserable and I've even caught a few snide remarks directed to myself when questioning something I paid $100+ for. This particular location looks like it's being micro managed and it shows in portion sizes along with the rest of their meals. Edible yes, would I recommend, not necessarily.

These have been the worst wings I've ever had.so over cooked they were hard! Couldn't finish eating them they were so bad!

I typically only go to St Louis for wings as they are the best. Amazing staff especially our server Desiree who made my family feel welcoming and comfortable during the duration of our dinner. She went out of her way on many occasions to make sure my wife and kids are happy and our wings that not only came out perfectly but melted in your mouth like no other. Will definitely come back for another occasion sooner than later.

Worst experience. 20 Minutes over waiting time for 2lbs of wings. 1 sever at the bar doing all the orders, pickups from Skip, phone calls and walk-ins.

How did he get served and why did he get his order before me and why was he served with no mask? ! My scheduled pickup time was 5: 35pm. Got the food @at 5: 55pm.

Why only 1 staff out front if it's so busy and 2 chefs? Yikes. Never again.

This is my first time and ‘d be the last time having food at this location. I called to place a Tuesday special which is 10 pcs boneless wings thought it’d be 1/2price as the promotion shown on their menu. Then I came there and ended up paying full price, they said that “we don’t have that promo anymore ”. Somebody should’ve told me or any other customer when placing the order about that change. Then ok, I accepted (coz Covid) But their Boneless WINGS ’re not even wings, they look like some pcs of chicken nuggets from groceries store. They should’ve put chicken nuggets instead!:)

Their summer frozen cocktails are great but they're are a little too sweet. The lady that served us was so sweet and provided excellent wait service and of course as always their chicken wings are AMAZING.

Today's order was more disappointing than the Leafs losing Game 7 to Montreal. Ordered pick-up and was greeted with "pick up? " When walking in the door. Not "Hey, how's it going? Are you here to pick up an order, or place one? " What made it worse was the person saying this was training someone new. Hopefully it's her replacement and they don't pick up that habit. The Paala sauce wings are wayyy overrated. They don't deserve the spice rating they have. Hopefully they can step their game up next time.

Food and service were both very good.please check CO2 level though, as draft beer was flat.had the Monday Molson (fantastic value) went with pitcher of Coors Light and it was flat.asked if CO2 was okay and told “If I switch to Canadian it comes from different keg”

Horrible! First time ordering from here. We ordered through Skipthedishes app and it was simply the worst food we have ever received. We ordered 4lbs of wings, 1lb was honey garlic, they mixed the honey garlic with hot wings. The person who ordered the honey garlic cannot have spice for medical reasons. They also only gave us LESS than 2 servings of fries for 4lbs of wings. We ordered onion rings as an appetizer and they gave us 4 pieces. On top of it all the food was COLD and SOGGY. It was all poorly packed that when our courier tried to take out the bag the bag broke. Needless to say we couldn't eat ANY of it so we had to get food from somewhere else. Just a warning for anyone ordering through skipthedishes, this restaurant clearly can care less of the food that goes out. Never again.

Ordered a bacon cheeseburger. It was amazing, food was really good all around 2 meals with drinks came up to 39.dollars but it was quite good so i can say it was worth it and food better than ive had at some finer dining. Only issue i had was the server asking me how my food was while i was in the middle of taking a bite as if i was going to be able to answer with a mouth full.over all had a good experience.

Terrible. We went twice because I thought maybe the first the was a fluke. Nope. Even worse the second time. The wings have no flavour, no matter what style you chose, both times arrived burned and black. Their fries are just frozen mccain. There were at least 5 servers working (Saturday night), yet ours was didn't ask if the food was okay, and we have to flag her down a few times to get the bill. Never again.

Food was good. Service was very horrible. Waitress was rude and did not check up on our table. When I asked for water and an extra napkin she gave me a dirty look. There were 5 waitresses in the restaurant and none came to ask how we were doing. Just stood around and talked to eachother and flirted with a male from the kitchen.

You can never go wrong with going to st Louis. They got amazing wings and a friendly staff. The go to place to watch a sports game.

It's your basic St.louis. Decent service and food. However, the washroom needs some heaters. It's colder in the washroom than it is outside and pretty sure my butt cheeks got stuck to toilet seat. Not cool

Wings have gotten worse and worse over the years. Service was bad. Messed up at least one part of all four orders (wrong sauces, wrong side dishes) and after I placed mine I was asked to repeat myself because she spaced out while I spoke. Very nice server though. Looked great in the outfit if that counts for anything. Hopefully it was just an off day and not the standard during a less than busy time of day.

Nice, not the best location but it's a good spot to grab a quick bite. They have an alright patio that's open in the summer!

The food was good and the server was great. A double of Scotch neat looked more like a single and was gone in one sip, so maybe stick to their pitcher specials, which are pretty awesome.

No air blower in the washroom, no soap, very dirty,
Soda tastes like water, sauce container was empty we asked for replacement also they've never brought any fork on table.

Food was what you would expect. Garlic dill Chicken Sandwich was good. They show the game on all the T. V's which is really what i cared about. My server my friendly and attentive.

Visited this location with my friends. We ordered chicken wings with four different sauces and none of them tasted as it should. The wings were hard and bland. On top of that the waitress was very rude and unfriendly. I will pick a different St. Louis location next time.

Service is super slow portions are small got 16 fries with my burger waitress just stand at bar and talk with each other couldn't pay me to go back

I would not bother coming for any other reason. The servers here are rude, the bar is tiny, and the atmosphere sucks. I felt like I walked into a pit stop from the 80's

I was satisfied with the food and it's a great place to go watch any sports event, especially if you're a UFC fan like myself. Plenty of tv's and always in sight no matter where you're sitting.

Our waitress/bartender was very busy serving many people but was fantastic nonetheless. She always checked up on us to see if we needed anything and was really friendly. Nowhere close to stuck up and quick to boot.

This is very conviniet location as it is on a major intersection. The bar was empty when we went there. The waitress was quick to tend us. I ordered Ribs wings combo which also had fries and their signature dill sauce. The ribs and wings were succulent and tasted very nice. The fries were tasty along with their Dill sauce. They charged a lot for the cold drink. I ordered once when i was home and they charged much less then. I was a little confused why. Both the Waitresses had positive attitude and served with smile. Still, I would prefer ordering at home next time.

This is possibly the worst restaurant I have ever been to in my entire life.went here on Friday waited 30 minutes for this bartender to refill my drink she never came.she was sipping on her own drink at the bar with her friends. (looked like she was drunk) wasn’t walking properly.food was disguting stale wings fries were cold.don’t understand how this place passes health inespection. I would rate this 0 stars if I could. I don’t understand how this place is still running. Save your trip and money and go the St Louis on younge.

Service was very slow, the place were not busy, one of the waitress seat us there were only few tables were occupied but we waited for at least 30 minutes seating there, then the waiter came and ask for our order, and another 20 minutes before our order came.

Me and my family loves the honey garlic wings thats why we always go there, Maybe they need to be aware of the customer not being served yet.

No ac in a 40 oC day n the service is so slow. The excuse of the waitress was "we r so busy today" when there r empty tables.

I went for Wing Sanity on the weekend. The wings were delicious but The service was so slow. There was a group of three adults and four children who waited over forty-five minutes for their food. I couldn't believe that they were showing Donald Trump and a Fishing program in French on their televisions. They were asked several times to put the Blue Jays Game on by several people but they kept ignoring all of us.

No A/C while it's +35°C outside. 2 barely moving waitresses and the same understaffing in the kitchen. Cancelled my order after been waiting 40 minutes. My last visit.

Turn down the music! It's so damn loud you have to scream to talk. And the honey garlic wings were not really honey garlic, they weren't very sweet. The fries were nice

Worst st.louis I've ever been.
The service was terrible, it took more than 15 minutes until a server came to our table, and I don't know why, but she came with lots of attitude.

Probably one of the coolest places to chill with friends this summer. Hence you'll be supporting folks with autism. Sip and save lives!
