Receptionists are extremely rude on the phone.
Was suppose to have a phone appointment with Dr. McNeil.received a call to reschedule l, agreed to it and then never recieved a call on the day the appointment was rescheduled for.
Tried for 2 months to get through to someone on the phone. Only to be told to see my Family doctor it would be 2 months. Even though they missed the last appointment that was booked

Today the phone lines have been on lunch hour 11: 30-3: 50 and probably still on the lunch HOUR. So where are they? Don’t even try using the pandemic as an excuse. This is completely unacceptable.
When you call your doctor it’s usually for something that requires attn!

So disappointed with the office personnel. My doctor is great when I can get thru. I need my meds today Are we now to go right into the clinic instead of calling?

Can't get an appointment or get through on the phone anymore. Not that my doctor was super helpful when I could see him.

Always friendly, super helpful and knowledgeable staff. Took my daughter here recently with a cold, and they made me feel welcomed, and spent time educating me on how to properly care for her sickness now that she'll be in daycare mode for the next few years. Bonus, I wasn't left feeling like an idiot asking (probably) idiotic questions! As a new mom, that left me feel so much more confident about caring for my child during her illness. Thank you so much! Best docs in town!
