Stacie and Troy's No Frills

MEAT SECTION HAS NOTHING LATELY. Was the best in town, NOW IS THE WORST! DO YOU NOT SELL CHICKEN ANYMORE? Empty shelves everywhere. What happened to this store? This store is Horrible now.

Most of the time they have what I need but lately some of the shelves are lacking. I've heard their orders are weeks behind no fault of theirs

Great store cashiers are very polite and friendly my favorite line workers I highly recommend this store always clean environment. Very fresh produce.

This used to be our place to go, but for the last while, we can barely buy fresh fruits and vegetables as they go bad in less than a day or two. Very disappointed in the produce here.our handling has not changed at home, just declined in stock quality.

Horrible store to shop at. Staff is always rude and ignoring customers. I’ve seen customers trying to get staffs attention and they ignored them and even turned their back towards them. Very bad and rude employees. Store is always dirty. Young employees do nothing but chat and laugh at customers. No frills in parry sound should get closed. Way better stores to open than current disgusting no frills.

I didn't think that this no frills could get worse, but it did. The sales items in the flyer are never available in store. They are always "sold out" of everything, generally by the day the flyer comes out. Aisles are blocked by boxes and carts, but there is still nothing on the shelves or in the freezers, a lot of those were completely empty today. They put in self checkouts that you can't use if you have a cart, not enough space, so it just makes the front of the store even more cramped and less cashiers on for those people who actually use carts.

No Frills is a nice place to shop. Watch in the parking lot for the " in a hurry" people

It has most everything you require. If you're used to a super store you will be disappointed. The biggest problem is the tight space.

We love shopping at this No Frills. Always stocked super well and usually not too busy. Cashiers and staff are friendly and the place is always clean
The carts are a quarter ($0.25) to use so just make sure you have one on you before you go!

We needed some sausages and ground beef for a weekend camp with our Beavers, Cubs and Scouts, but all the meats had been taken away so they could clean the coolers. One of the associates was kind enough to go into the back and retrieve for us, so that we didn't need to run all over the place. Thank you!

The price is right at Harry's, in fact this is the place locals will direct you to. Clean, well-stocked with friendly helpful employees. As the name says, it is a no frills kind of place. You may not get everything on your shopping list. Take a quarter for the locked up shopping carts.

Really like this store and it's my definite go-to. The cashiers are always very friendly, and staff is helpful. If I had one complaint, it would be that there is no easy way to get your shopping cart through the parking lot and then back. There needs to be a "thru-way" through the first two lines of parking so people can safely get their cart out to the parking lot to unload their groceries. And better still, a cart return out in the parking lot area would be great.

Despite having about 6 checkout lanes I've never seen more than 2 open. Avoid this place like the plague on Thursdays, Friday's or any day that government cheques some out unless you have a lot of time to spend waiting to check out.

I have always shocked at the No Frills in Parry Sound however I must say that I noticed a lot of the prices have increased significantly over the last couple years I find them actually going to Walmart more

I like shopping here on Occasion. Lines can get rather long. But the check out que is quick moving. Stocked fresh daily. Competitive prices.

Pink haired cashier was incredibly rude. She obviously should not be working with the public. You know it’s bad when her coworkers are apologizing for her.

Friendly staff, fresh produce, fair pricing, and good selection. Please fix the wonderful automated system for getting the next teller in line-that's why I switched to your store, because it takes all the stress out of lining up and keeps things running smoothly and efficiently. I look forward to having it back in operation, thank you!

I have mixed feelings on No Frills. I find the cashier's to be friendly but that's were it kind of stops. I realize that Covid has put pressure on the supply chain for goods but I find a whole lot of holes in their inventory, which in turn leads to poorly stocked shelves resulting in limited choices and I have yet to walk into the store in the morning and see the shelves fully stocked. I think a hard look at the inventory and time lines to get it should be reviewed to provide a better customer and shopping experience.

On Monday Nov. 8th.went in for cream, hotdogs buns, and parsnips. NO parsnips, no large coffee cream, had to get Wpmder buns, as the fancy buns were not on tje shelf. Ot was like the Tuesday following a summer long weekend! Empty shelves everywhere!

The staff are friendly, always find what I'm looking for. If ever there is an issue the staff are always near by to lend a hand in finding items

I am impressed with the changes and renovations your selection has improved incredibly. Your produce is fresher then ever. Your employees seem happier.

Just stopped in for water but forgot that the cart needed a quarter. I figured I can carry it.no problem. Turned out to be heavier than expected. A woman offered half of her cart to me which I thankfully accepted. When I got to checkout, the cashier offered me a quarter to get a cart to carry the water to my car. Honestly, if the niceness of the people in this store is any indication of how it was run.great place to pick up your necessities. Protocols were in place and adhered to.

The thing I like about no frills is it is not a big store easy to remember where everything is. The staff are doing their best to keep up with the ongoing demand. I like the check out system I hope they keep it. Keep up the good work!

I was extremely disappointed when I returned a litre (half used) of Sealtest 5% Coffee creamer that spoiled with still 5 weeks to expiry. I was told because it was half full, they would not give me another litre or half litre to replace the spoiled product.
Not good public relations at all.

They are really organized with the Covid safety measures and I see the employees sanitizing the store every time I'm there. The checkout is fast and efficient, with one line and a screen to send you to the next available cashier. This place nailed it. Two big thumbs up!
(Food is also excellent and fresh!)

A normal No Frills. Far better prices than Sobeys, and generally excellent produce. Doesn't have as big of selection as some of the larger PC grocery stores, such as in Toronto, but and wide selection, regardless.

If you visit, one thing to keep in mind is the potential for long queues at checkout. Because of COVID, and early shopping hours for seniors, going early in the morning, or immediately after work seem to be very busy.

I really must quit going to this store. The checkout line was all the way to the back of the store. It took forever to get to the checkout because half the checkouts were closed. There was no management interested in talking to the many angry customers and no one answered the phone.

The new esthetics hit me every time I go in. Loving them. They always seem to have my grocery needs, and if they don't Harry will try to get that product.

Excellent service, fastest cashier I have ever had. Very safe, with distance markings, sanitizer, wipes, all available. All customers doing their best to distance and everyone marked.

Small store however very good prices and they keep the shelfs stocked very well. All staff wore masks for COVID and they seemed to make sure every surface was clean.

Very nice people, good sales and carts are cleaned after each use. Social distancing followed with everyone wearing masks. Great shopping experience.

I've shopped at plenty of No Frills during my days. But I find Harry's No Frills is just a little bit better than any other No Frills I've been at. The produce is fresh the store is well-organized and they have plenty of choices including choices for vegan and vegetarian diets. The staff are friendly and helpful. Had an employee go out of his way to ask me if I was Finding everything okay. So if you need to shop near or around Parry Sound I've always had great success at Harry's No Frills.

Very busy place, Have one line up for everyone, with a employee directing you which cashier to go to. Although not in line long, if they had one express cashieropen, it would likely go faster. Employees are very courteous and helpful.

Excellent cashiers most of them are very polite, prices are the best in the area for your groceries personal opinion it's the only place I've grocery shopped since they opened

Harry is great and very personable to work with. He helps me to make bulk purchases to provide food security to families.

Great store, clean and very organized operation. And the best and cheapest prices on your list or grocery receipt in town. I'll be back!
