My first time there and our server LYDIA was OUTSTANDING! She was Incredibly Friendly, Efficient, and Helpful with recommendations.

The Food was Great as well! Will definitely stop by again when in the area

We came here for a late breakfast today and had a wonderful experience. The food was hot and fresh and the portions were huge. Everyone took home leftovers. Our server Lydia was great and quick to take care of all our needs. We will be back soon.

Tasteless, flavourless, and a bit expensive for the "off the truck" franchise food. A McDonald's among breakfast places, which I'm sure some people enjoy, but it doesn't hold a candle to real home cooked food.

Very impressed! My first time here but won’t be my last. Stopped in last minute as I hadn’t had breakfast. Specials and window advertising caught my eye as did the prices. I ordered a $9.99 breakfast which included 3 sausages, 2 eggs (any way you want them cooked), 2 slices of toast (choice of bread type) with a home made jam and chunky hash browns- excellent value! I also ordered the Mango Tropical Smoothie which was delicious and thick. Staff were friendly and attentive and coffee refills were free. Plenty of seating and parking. Wheelchair accessible. Great value…I will be back!

It was my 1st visit. Eggs Benedict was disappointing. Coffee was tasteless. However, the waiter was nice and attentive.

Stacked is easily my favorite breakfast place, it's consistently 5 stars. I've been to many locations around the area, even the original one after it first opened. And it's always been amazing food, service, and atmosphere. Great job everyone, and I hope it stays this way.

My partner and I love it here! I come for the crepes, which are unfortunately a very small portion. I don’t usually eat a lot of food, but I get a double order of crepes to feel satisfied with the portion. Great atmosphere, lovely staff, and exceptional breakfast! I definitely recommend you try it out.

The waiter is nice, but we're sitting here for Mother's Day waiting at the table for an hour so far while take out order after take out order goes out the door. What happened to going out for a restaurant experience. Establishments that care should have dine-in only on special occasions or limited pre-ordered take out. Ppl are walking out of here. I'm terribly disappointed. I'm here with my own mother, father, my 5 year old my husband and my brother.

Nothing special. Ordered The Jumbo Express with well done bacon, eggs over medium and deep fried hash browns. Bacon was not well done, eggs were over easy and quite oily, and the hash browns tasted like the fry oil was over a year old.

Daybreak Grille across from the Kendalwood Mall is a better option. Their coffee mugs are bigger and the refills come faster. Would not recommend.

This place right here has never ever disappointed me on all levels, from the greetings at the door, to service and of course the food.

We had an amazing experience at Stacked this morning. The breakfast was hot, delicious and very fairly priced for the portions you get. Andrew was a great server! He was attentive, personable and happy to make recommendations. In fact, all the staff we interacted with were friendly. The fact that I had gluten free Cinnabon style pancakes made my day. Thank you for the wonderful experience, will definitely come again:)

Really great value and the food is also very delicious! I went early on the weekend ~8am and it wasn't busy yet so the service was very fast!

First off, I wanna say how wonderful of an experience I had here. I heard about a recent change in ownership a few months ago and I can wholeheartedly say the new owner and his family working alongside him make the place very accommodating and a highly pleasant experience. I went at a very busy time on a Saturday afternoon, and I was greeted and added to the waitlist very quickly. The wait was fairly short and food came out very fast, hot, and fresh as well. The server made sure to come check on us in a timely manner and made excellent food recommendations which made our dining experience all the more enjoyable. Make sure you visit this cute breakfast resto if you're looking for an amazing and delicious breakfast experience!

Wow, if you are gluten-free you have hit the jackpot! Going out for breakfast was never an option before! They have many gluten-free options to choose from their menu. My favorite item is the gluten-free Stacked club sandwich! So! The staff are very nice and the service is great. I can look forward to eating out and knowing that i can have almost anything on the menu as a gluten-free option! I have reinvented myself going out to eat at stacked! So nice to eat out again

I was really excited to go here after I checked out their menu online. They had a great selection of items and prices didn’t seem over the top. We went on a Thursday at 11am. I was surprised it was almost at capacity. Maybe that’s why the service was so poor. Our waitress stopped by our table four times. Once to take the order, once to drop off food, once to ask if we were ready for the bill and once to drop off the bill and collect payment. She never brought the water my friend asked for and since she never checked on us we couldn’t remind her. We also witnessed her picking up a stack of pancakes with her bare hands at the expo line to check under them and touch her order iPad and a door before handling other food as well without washing once. The pancakes and sausages were good, the bacon was a little underdone for my liking and the potatoes were cut too large so that they weren’t fully cooked through and were still a bit firm. They were also under seasoned. It was my first time and sadly likely to be my last.

Understaffed, took too long to get our bill. For breakfast, we only got one coffee. BEAUTIFUL was breakfast though

As always, great service, great food and excellent value! Your coffee mug is never empty and the atmosphere is friendly and inviting! I'll be back.with friends!?

My colleagues and I went before work on Saturday morning I have no issue with the food or our server. But the one issue i had was with a racist comment that was directed to me. When the food was brought to our table.my colleague ordered a Canadian omelette ordered and I ordered a vegetarian omelette. A staff member (not our server) that delivered the food handed the Canadian omelette to my colleague 'Canadian omelette for the young lady. You look very Canadian'. Then looks at me. 'You not so much' and then laughed. Both my colleagues are caucasian and I am Asian. We were all stunned and shocked at the comment. Spoke to the owner and he assured me that he would have a discussion with the employee. Im just wondering how many other guests had interaction with this particular employee.

First time here with friends.
Pancakes were great, pleasantly surprised to find blueberries in the pancakes, not just on top like most other places.
Staff was friendly but slow, I suspect they need more staff (like everywhere else nowadays).
Prices are very reasonable, a great breakfast option.

Saw this place in passing, and wanted to try it and did so today. Stacked is an understatement. Portions are fantastic. Had the Stacked Pancake, with Blueberry pancakes. Loved every bite. Eggs cooks perfectly, sausage links were good, as was the bacon and homefries. The coffee here is fresh and far better than average. I'll be coming back frequently to try other items on the menu,

An excellent addition to the neighborhood. This place does breakfast right and has a combo for all your breakfast wants. Its kid friendly and kids will love the different styles of pancakes you can get.

Oh my goodness! Seriously AMAZING FOOD! AMAZING SERVICE. Melissa was such an awesome pleasure to have as our server today! Wow can't believe how great breakfast was. We for sure will be back.

Ordered for delivery via Skip. This is the third time we have ordered from Stacked. We had the Bacon Benedict, Express with Turkey Bacon, and Cinnabun pancakes with side of bacon and sausages, plus 3 extra orders of sausages. Food tasted excellent on the whole and large portions. Their breakfast sausages are the best I have ever had. My issue is missing items. The side bacon and sausages for the pancakes were missing and Skip gave us a credit to compensate. Of the 3 extra orders of sausage we got 11 out of 12 sausages, one missing. The Cinnabun pancakes had only a tiny amount of icing on top. Similar complaint with the Bacon Benedict, which had at most a teaspoon of hollandaise on top. I hope next time we order the toppings are more in keeping with the photos of what the dishes should look like.
Update - The restaurant reached out to me and said they have taken corrective action to prevent these issues from happening in the future.

The food, the service and the owner were amazing! Definitely recommend Stacked to anyone! Thank you for a wonderful experience.

So this was our second visit to Stacked the first visit I would have rated a 5 star but this time what a difference in the quality. We ordered the Canadian Hash, a strawberry Waffle and coffee. When we received our coffee it was basically water. (Last time it was great) we brought it to our servers attention and he indicated that they made adjustments to the machine to add more water (so they know they are watering it down) Then our food came the hash was cold the mushrooms hadn't even been put in the pan and thrown on as an after thought, the cheese wasn't melted, and the peameal bacon was cold. Our server was lovely and had it reheated but then we found a hair.honestly we felt bad even bringing it to our servers attention but at this point it was inedible. Kudos to our server for his kindness but definitely won't be back we ended up having to go somewhere else for coffee and food.

So as you can see below the owner asked me to email so I did to give a chance to them with NO REPLY TO MY EMAIL.so fake news folks this company doesn't care about their customers!

Very loud restaurant. Service average. Food was delivered cold.
Only 1 jelly offered which is watered down.

Had never been to Stacked before but I went in and the girl Melissa who was working was so lovely and gave me some recommendations! Food was great and Melissa totally made the experience! 11/10 would dine again!

Another amazing meal at Stacked Whitby! Are you eating here on a regular basis? If not, why not? You're missing out on awesome service, delicious food, and great prices. The food is always hot and delish, great coffee refilled before we know it, and we're treated like family. Look forward to our visit at least once a week. Hope to see you there!

Update: For some reason I can only edit this review and not add another. I would prefer to write a review each time we visit because I cannot say enough about our great experiences here. We have been coming weekly for awhile and every visit has been 5 star! The atmosphere, the service, the food, the attention, all stellar! If you want to have the best dining experience, please check this place out. I will be writing future reviews on FB so this location gets its just rewards.

I am SO mad in this morning when i came to here for the breakfast.
This is my second time here with my family.
The lady who have blonde short hair is my waitress today.
She came to me and ask what drink we would like to order. I said i need few more minutes.
After that, she just ignored us for almost 15 mins, until i ask the girl at the front i am ready to order.
That blonde lady still passed my table few times and walk away keep ignore our table.
Well.
Finally she come again. The frist sentence she says " Do you still need a few more minutes"?
OMG. What's the bad and impolite manner.
Then i stand up and leave the restaurant.
I won't even spend one penny to here.good luck of your business.

Went there for a Sunday Breakfast around 11.00. Everything was delicious the service was great. They had lots of colouring and crossword and activities with their kids menu and some fun jokes as well. We loved the vibe and the waitress was nice.
The only downside was that the place was so busy that food took a while to arrive. My kids were a bit hungry and by the time the food was on the table they were starving.

Went there for Mothers Day. One of the busiest days for a breakfast place. 45 minutes after our breakfast was ordered we asked our server where our food was. They left and came back 10 minutes later to tell us it would be another 15 minutes. This means our breakfast wasn't even started yet. I looked around and no one was eating. Their focus was on skip the dishes orders which should be set to closed when your customers are lining up. My family and I complained and decided to leave. We were given an expired $10 off coupon that can only be used during the week. We will never return to this poorly ran establishment.

I was invisible for most of my experience took them 15mins to even take my coffee order. They are quite understaffed which is a critical mistake on a Sunday for a breaky spot. Spent most of the time waiting to be noticed. Food was ok however Wimpies, Cora's and Sunset Grill are better options.

Ordered the cowboy burger off of ubereats. There were no crispy onions nor bbq sauce… which are the two most important ingredients for this type of burger.

Awesome service - quick, hot and tasty food. Atmosphere was great. Our new favourite Saturday morning breakfast spot. Thanks so much!

My family took me there for Mother's Day. It was extremely busy. They were very well prepared and things ran smoothly. We didn't have to wait for coffee top ups, the service was fast and the food delicious. It was my 1st visit there, but won't be my last. Well done Stacked!
