Stacked Pancake & Breakfast House Barrie

GREAT staff, food, & atmosphere at both Stacked locations on Essa Road [Barrie South], and Stroud [Innisfil].

Always a good deal. Burger is made fresh there, not a pre-frozen burger from "the big frozen burger conglomerates".

We frequent Stacked for breakfast a couple of times a month. They never disappoint! The food and service is always top-notch!

Waffle with strawberries and sauces was heavenly.
Only suggestion. Please don’t mop the floors as we are eating. The disinfectant smell was overwhelming while eating.

Came for lunch had the club and a waffle. Food was ok, only thing was my soup was cold. Anyway, that lunch was all I ate that today…. And food poisoning seems to be occurring…. Not fun. I think the soup went bad. The other person I was with also got food poisoning, she had the soup as well.

Excellent service, staff is very friendly & efficient, the food was served quickly, place was pretty full @ noon on a Monday morning! (today). Good portion size for the price. Had the Mexican Hash & Girlfriend had the Chipotle Chicken Guacamole Wrap. Hers was really really tasty I had a bite. Had a little food envy, but mine was Awesome too! No regrets. We'll be back!?

Stacked has become my families go to eat out place. The food is great. That waitresses are awesome.

We had a lovely breakfast. We had stacked & eggs and cinnacakes. Both were large portions and very tasty. The jam with the bread was especially good. You won't leave hungry!

Service was excellent and fast.

Purchased takeout here this morning. Staff were actually pretty rude which I’m hoping is only because they were busy. They seem to have separate people for ordering/picking up take out, and one for seating customers. The staff seating customers was cold and pointed at a corner for me to stand in and said the other staff would help, which I didn’t see and didn’t come to the front of the store for a significant amount of time. When I was picking up my food the same thing happened and after standing there with no additional staff helping me for a few minutes the staff seating people came back and said she could help and gave me my order. Overall confusing and frustrating system.

Got home with my food and it did taste good but after my second bite I saw a sizable piece of bacon in my veggie hash. Bacon is not in the ingredients, I did not order any bacon, and I am vegetarian. I picked through the rest of my meal and found 4 other small pieces of bacon before deciding that it had bacon throughout and did not finish the meal.

Great service and food! Waitress was very nice! Food was great… came hot and fast.
The English muffin was a bit soggy. However, I forget to ask for it well done. Nothing worse then and under toasted English muffin.
Nonetheless… great place for breakfast and the price was right.

Food was good. However hot hamburger meat was pink inside. Not my style. Next time ask for well done.

It was fine.okay.ha to fight past all the skip the dishes and uber guys to get in the door. I had the meatlovers brekkie.wife had choco chip pannies.with side bacon and Home fries.it was rather cool (as in temp) when we got it.her Side of Home fries never came.so we cancelled em when we pointed it out.no choice on jam for your toast if that matters. Prices are fine, place is clean and no issues.just nothing that would say "Hey this was a 5 and we will be back. Meh.

Really enjoyed the breakfast today. Tried the French Toast Stack and the Waffle Stack. Super delicious!

So i went to Stacked in barrie and omg it was horrid i ordered a chocolate milk as my drink and i could taste the cup they sat us at a seat with no umbrella the chairs were uncomfy i ordered pancakes and asked for syrup THEY FORGOT TO BRING SYRUP 3 TIMES WE ASKED 3 TIMES SAME WORKER! And the syrup i could tast the plastic bottle and the pancakes were a heave dough mess DO NOT EAT HERE!

First time customer of Stacked Pancake. We were lucky and came early at a time where we were seated right away. We ordered the stacked pancake (with chocolate) and southwest egg Benedict. The pancakes were very good, the home fries were cooked perfect, and the eggs Benny were okay. It was nice that coffee refills were free. I know that some places are starting to charge extra for refills.

I love having food delivered from here on the weekend as a treat for making it through the week, lol. You can't go wrong with anything on the menu. They have great pancakes (my favorite is the cinnabun cakes), waffles, omelettes, and hash. The cowboy hash is my latest favorite thing. I also always have some of their strawberry jam in the fridge.

I come to this location quite a bit for breakfast take out. It’s really nice, the staff are friendly and the portion sizes are filling. This is the #1 breakfast joint in Barrie. The ladies that work there have the best customer service.

If I could give you guys a 20 star review I would!

I got my order and when I opened it, I found a little extra treat inside from them and a note saying we made extra hope you enjoy, have a great day! This is the kinda stuff I like to see! Thank you again so much for that and hope you and your staff have a great day!

Not usually a big breakfast guy but this place is unreal. Get the spicy homefries. The strawberry jam is amazing as well

Its my favorite breakfast chain! The servers are just amazing. They serve amazing bacon. Recommended for stuffed food.

Very excited to find this restaurant. The food was excellent. Nice range of choices, generous serving sizes, and delicious presentation. Wonderful and attentive service. We will definitely come back the next time we are in Barrie. Everything is nice. I highly recommended this place. Must try.

We ordered 2 wraps for take out, Chicken Caesar Wrap and Chipotle Chicken and Guac wrap with home fries. Great portions, delicious food and friendly staff. Will come back for more brunch soon.

I enjoyed the healthy choice I just don't like how they don't have the nutrition facts on their website. I'm happy they have the calories on the menu but I need to know the Protein, fat, sugar as that's what my body needs the most.

We just moved to the area, and I’m happy to report we’ve found our new local breakfast spot. The staff are friendly, and the food is good. Great breakfast potatoes!

Best breakfast. Hands down. Absolutely love their omelettes. We carry trays in our vehicle which makes dining in our vehicle a much more enjoyable time. Wendy is super friendly and helpful. We live out of town so the option of taking our meal home is non existent. And this way we always get the best table.

Eggs had to be sent back twice. Asked for scrambled and they were half cooked and not scrambled. Waitress got snooty. Bacon was rubber. Never go back

This place is clearly one of the coolest restaurants in the region. Anytime I come there I am deeply pleased. They manage their high standard service and the highest level of food they serve. You are always happy with this restaurant. Warmly recommended.

Choosing not to go here because the website doesn't show pricing. It's petty I know but if they change their prices so often they can't put it in the website it's probably some corporate location that doesn't care about me as a customer anyway, just trying to squeeze every penny they can out.

So me and my wife haven't lived Barrie all that long and have been looking for a good breakfast place since we moved here. We found it! Food was amazing, serve was prompt and although the que was out the door when we arrived we were still seated in 10 mins. We will definitely be going back.

Good breakfast food, creative menu that I really enjoyed and the prices are easy on the wallet. Try the hashes if you don't mind messy food I think it was delicious. Service was also very kind.

Had a lunch special, chicken breast w/cheese and bacon on a Ciabatta bun. Everything about this was excellent. Dad had peameal bacon and cheddar. Another great choice. Both of us had the homemade Broccoli cheddar soup. Best around. Our server Wendy was great again. Dani sat us right away and brought our drinks right after we sat down.

Staff was very friendly. Fast and accommodating. Even though it was super busy everyone had a smile on their face it made waiting bearable good work:)

One of the better diners I have visited, and I visit quite a few! All of the items I look for are there.

1. Service was great. Had to wait a few minutes to be seated, but that is a good sign. Shown a table, coffee, order and ate. Coffee refills no issue. Everything went off without a hitch.

2. Restaurant was clean, nice decor and tightly packed table arrangements, but not cramped.

3. Food was really good too! And that diner coffee once again! Really great! Don't know what kind it is, but it seems all the really good diners use the same kind.

Definitely recommend. There is lots of parking and the staff turn over tables quickly so when it busy there is not too much of a wait.

A wide variety of meals, all of them good in my opinion. Waiters are not at all rude. Sunday's are pretty busy. Since the place was full, my wait time for food (plus 2 others at my table) was 5-15 minutes.

Friendly, fast and oh so good! Such a big menu and so much to choose from. Not in a location I would expect so very much a great find and place to eat in Barrie. Portions are huge, bring your appetite!

Outside of building nothing to look at but the food is great. Well prepared & abundant. Good service & good prices. Busy little place. Would go again

Very unfriendly staff, received glass of water with lipstick stain on the rim, asked to speak with the owner but was told by the waitress that he cares more about other locations.

Pancakes are not as good as I remembered (and photographed). They were a lot thinner than they used to be. Maybe they changed the recipe to make it easier to eat a whole stack but I really wanted the big, heavy pancakes I remember so fondly.

Prompt service, excellent food, waitress was great! Will be going back. They make home made strawberry jam. They put a small container on your plate for toast, it is to die for! You can also purchase a bottle from them to take home. The jam would be awesome with plain Greek yogurt! Thank you again.also honouring your price.

Stopped by here on my way back to Toronto, and it ended up being a fantastic brunch. We were a party of 10, and still got seated and served very quickly. There are plenty of menu options, and the food was great, with a special note on the tasty homemade Strawberry jam. Great service and great food!

Great new spot to have a delicious breakfast! Prices were reasonable, they accommodated our large party of 8 people and were very friendly! Will be back!

Absolutely love this place! I went with a group of 6 people, and the place was packed. We were seated within 20 minutes. The service was fantastic! Everyone was very friendly, and always had a smile on their faces. There are many options to choose from the menu, and they are all delicious! Of course their pancakes are the best. They are so light, and fluffy I can't get enough of them!
