I have dealt with Sanja Glibota twice on a business insurance then on a home + auto insurance and the experience in both cases was really exceptional. Sanja is such a dedicated person who goes out of her way to keep her clients satisfied and bring them the best rates. She provides excellent guidance and advice even outside of the normal working hours and over weekends. Her responses are always so prompt and clear to say the least. Overall, Staebler and particularly Sanja are awesome, and I strongly recommend for anyone who wants to have the best insurance policies along with peace of mind.

Staebler Insurance goes above and beyond for the community. They give back with donations, volunteer time, and advocating for more support. It's inspiring to see a local organization give back to causes that are important to so many people.

100% agree with Nevin below. This company has made every process very difficult. At no point was I ever given options, I had to ALWAYS ask the "what-ifs" and think of my own solutions. At every turn, this company made difficult situtations much more difficult. Save yourself the trouble and find another insurance broker that will actually act in your interests.

Usually, when I have a negative experience with a company, I just forget about it and move on. However, given my recent experience, I feel obligated to speak up.

I recently switched from tenant insurance to home insurance. During the process, they provided me with incorrect information, leading to a minor penalty. Hey, it's not a big deal—everyone makes mistakes. What I don't understand is the complete lack of accountability, the evident incompetence, and the apparent attempt at gaslighting that followed. 100% willing to pay their high cancellation fee to get away.

It's a disappointing way to represent a company that seems to be trying to maintain a positive reputation. I genuinely hope you can reflect, recognize your errors, and improve.

Given my experience, there's absolutely no chance I can recommend this company to anyone.

Furious with this company at the moment. I was given 2 different quotes in writing for payment (first one higher, 2nd one lower) and the insurance company removed the higher amt and it bounced, plus I received an nsf charge. This was after confirming multiple times it is the lower amount that was to be paid. Now they say I owe the higher amount and a $50 charge for their nsf.

Be careful with using this company!
