They didn’t help me any more.
I called them at first, the speaker was unkind, then I told them my name and phone number. Also I sent them my resume by e-mail as well. But they hadn’t called back or replied me. Even I called them again, the staff said“You are holding“. I was just taken out my personal information.

Well for those interested in seeking services through this agency, please think it twice. I just had the most atypical customer service in Canada from a person supposed to be the office manager in Ontario. This person was extremely rude. Having made an application weeks back and seeking an update, this person called Sayed extremely rude. I had asked simply if I could contact one of his colleagues and he simply cut me off and hung up. If he is a manager then the office is in trouble. Honestly it was so unexpected I was in shock and definitely will pass this message to anyone I can. This man dies not belong in the customer service environment. Please if possible check the recorded calls and see his unprofessional behaviour

I was supposedly contracted for a weekend job. I had no information on the role except that it pays a range per hour and even the address did not have a street number. About a few days before the event, I had asked if more information on location and more details will be sent closer to the date and the recruiter Mary John replied my email saying "yes, that's the plan". I received nothing. I emailed the day before the work date, no reply. I called, no response. I guess I'm not working and I had blocked out my schedule for this. What a horrible experience with this recruiter.
