Très bel accueil et service de l'homme lorsque nous sommes arrivée en boutique.
Par contre, une employée c'est montrer agressive et bête avec nous lorsque nous lui avons demander la différence entre le coupe vitre vendu en magasin versus sur une plate forme de vente en ligne.
Son service client agressif et irrespectueux a gâcher notre expérience en magasin.
C'est avec un goût amer que nous avons quitter malgré tout avec une facture de plus de 300 $ de matériel.

Just finished a beginner class with Kelsie. So much care was put into making sure we all understood the why and the how’s of each step, making sure we were happy with our finished product, and warning or accommodating where possible for any potential sensory issues. Amazing class, teacher, and vibe. Worth the money and will be back again

I originally went in to get a piece that I had brought back from Texas (which broke while travelling back) to get repaired. Turns out it was painted glass and not stained glass! (Phew)
So I bought my mom a beautiful hand made piece from them and she LOVED it!
We are now planning to take classes here to make a piece to fit in the frame of the original I brought back!
Win win all around!
