As small business we need to give trusted time line for delivery of our products to customers but you guys made our reputation ruin by not delivering on time to NB, GTAGSM can’t even track my customer’s package for 3 days, how you guys can do that? If you don’t want to follow your timeline for estimated delivery date why you guys put the time lines? I wish I could’ve choose different carriers you guys are not cable to deliver on time and ruin small business trust from you.

Were good, but recently have had Canada Post packages lost. I am not even using the Economy option. The tracking number for Canada Post apparently zone skips, so no information for weeks until it's in the other province or lost. If I'm paying for tracked shipping, I expected tracked shipping. International services have been good so far though.

Edit: Follow up on February 8,2023. The package finally showed up at my place on Feb 8. It was really late showing up but it must have gotten lost with the carrier for a while but the package did, in fact, turn up in the end. My review below was pretty serious so I want to set the record straight.

Original post:
Package went missing and they said you are out of luck. No further attempt at an explanation or concern. I contacted them on January 13,2023. Take from this what you will. I'm a first time customer. Below was their response when I asked if they had an update on my package. I don't think it ever even got to the next carrier because I had a confirmation number with them and it said never arrived. Use Stallion at your own risk.

"Our tracking system shows that this package was scanned and received at our facility on 12/28/2022 and shipped out the next business day.

Due to the amount of time that has elapsed since the last tracking update, we regret to inform you that this package might have been lost in transit by the carrier.

We suggest contacting the seller directly for any options that they can provide. "

Many years ago the courier companies that Stallion offered were dependable. Over time, one has stood out to be the most error prone. APC Postal Logistics is terrible. They have lost countless parcels for us. The package arrives at their hub and never gets scanned again. It's happened so many times that we don't bother making further inquiries. Stallion offers insurance but there are so many terms attached to it, it's unlikely that claims get paid out. Perhaps that's why they push it so hard, those that have gotten burned won't seek the invisible protection and new clients need to there to maintain revenues.
The client is amazing and knowledgeable. Our advice would be for them to add additional international carrier options that are more reliable.

I've been shipping with Stallion for my business for over 2 years now. I've compared prices for all major GTA based ecom delivery companies and no one beats Stallion's prices. Very reliable, fast, packages are rarely ever lost, great and fast customer support team. I hope they open up a drop off location in the east end in Durham region in the future as they're missing presence there.

I love the staff at this location! I just love how efficient they are! Complete game changer for my small business:) Whenever I have had any inquiries, their customer service has always been very helpful, attentive and courteous. I've only recently switched to Stallion from their competitor and I do not regret it at all!

Stallion Express has been the backbone of my online shop for about a year and a half. I first used one of their competitors - but Stallion's prices are the best.

It takes a bit getting used to their label purchasing interface - it has extra steps and takes longer than the others I have used.
There have been some improvements made though, so I hope that some of these extra confirmation steps to purchase a label will be addressed in future software upgrades.

Like with any shipping company, and especially one where there are so many players involved, mistakes can happen. Anytime I needed assistance with the resolution of an issue, Stallion Staff have been exceptionally helpful.

I recommend them to everybody that asks me who I use for shipping.

Dropped some packages off at Stallions North York building and was greeted by a lady named Courtney. She scanned my packages Infront of me to ensure tracking traceability was live. Been using Stallion for over a year and my small business has had ZERO challenges with Stallion, reliable shipping and fast service - any small inquiries i have had have been actioned and quickly resolved by understanding and responsive claims specialists like, James. He took ownership of a claim I had made and ran with it to ensure it was resolved. The level of service was higher than what it would be at a competitor and it great to see the initiative and attention to my inquiry.

I have been dealing with Stallion Express since August 2020 and have found them to be excellent on every level. 5 Stars across the board. I ship all my U. S, International and domestic parcels through them and they are efficient, fast, their rates saving me LOTS of money.

Next a shout out to Romela, truly an outstanding customer service representative. Always super fast in responding to any questions I may have. Very helpful, detailed and friendly. Kudos to you Romela.

I've used Stallion Express for many deliveries.
They are great in prices for delivery and their location is very convenient.
But more than the great prices, their customer service is excellent. I had an issue with a non delivery return, and Stallion Express continued to follow up on my behalf with Canadapost to get a resolution. They went far beyond what I expected.
They are responsive in answering questions and are always willing to help.
In addition, they also have a great service to ship something from the US to Canada. Shippsy.com

I ship small items to the U. S.with Stallion Express at a really good value compared to Canada Post and even with faster delivery times too!

There are times where I had issues with some returns but they are really responsive at the help desk and able to resolve them.

I have been noticing a lot of insufficient postage using Stallion Economy USA which is not true because the weights and dimensions I put in are well within the range of my packages.

I also do not appreciate that the system automatically deducted credits from my credit card without my permission.

Not enough good things I can say about this company! They integrated with my ecomm channels seamlessly and the platform is so complex and customizable it automates nearly the entire shipping process. Great rates, reliable service, and their customer support is unmatched - especially Jimmer G. Can't recommend these guys enough, you will not be disappointed!

I am.about to finish business with these guys enough is enough. Tons of problems.their Canada post shipments? Forget about them.i had to refund thousands of dollars becuse of their messed up relations with Canada post. Christmas deliveries are still pending.they don't scan all items and they loose the packages in their ware house and then they will Blame u.i drove 2 hours from Belleville to their markham location and i was there on 3.00 pm and they closed the door.i had to knock the door and they gave me an attitude why i m.knocking the door.the guy also refuse to give his name. They already growed so fast and it seems like they have enough customers and you can easily understand from their employee behalvious that they don't care to loose customers.if somebody from this Company reads my review just Call me and i will give 20 other company names who havevthe same issues with them.

Do not ship with this company. 1 of my packages was apparently 0.1 kgs off (which I don't think they were) and they charged $6 extra off my account without warning or a chance to dispute. I understand if the difference is signficiant, but 0.1 is really a difference in the scales used if the weight was off. Also 0.1kg difference on 1 package does not equate to a $6 extra shipping charge. Bad practice by them to get more money deceptively, everyone should check there accounts especially if they preload a lot of credits.

Received a Positive and Thorough Response from Stallion
However there software autopopulated the wrong address for a Canadian Shipment and now this shipment has gone to the wrong address and they are charging me 11.92$ on top of the initial Postage i paid just to get the item back and I will have to pay an Initial 12$ on top of that to resend the package. Cant ship with this company because of this issue and inability to resolve.

If you buy insurance for your parcel, you would need to wait over 2 months to file your claim as Stallion Express handles the insurance them shelves. On the other hand, their competitor - Chit Chat Express can file a claim within 21 days with a 3rd party insurance. Waiting for the 2 month periods is pain as you have already have lost a customer and customer is threaten you with a credit card charge back because they have waited so long with no parcel in hand. The delays are not our fault. I would be happy even getting a reimbursement from my shipping fees from them.

It is over 2 months now and our customer still have not received their order or nor have we received our parcel back. They are stalling time.

Like one customer said. Everything is great except their claims department. When a situation arise because of a lost parcel, they will stall long enough time and leave you high and dry. You will loss repeat businesses and customer is getting angry demanding their money back because they still have not received their order.
Their competitor, Chit Chat Express is more generous that allows only 21 days to lapse to file a lost claim.
When you (Stallion Express) and do your own lost claim, they will stalled long enough time to try to keep insurance money from customers.

I recently began sending large volumes of shipments not just within Canada, but also to folks in the US and globally. I had been avoiding this for a few years as I knew the costs, and perhaps even worse, the shipping to various countries were unpredictable and confusing.

This year, I could avoid it no longer. Someone suggested I try Stallion Express and I haven't looked back since.
While there is lots of great info on their website, the steps for shipping seemed almost too simple, so I made many, many calls to their customer support team (Mary is awesome!) and each time was impressed by their patience, knowledge, and expertise.

Using Stallion Express was extremely simple. I uploaded my recipient lists instead of manually entering all the info (100+ recipients,) and simply selected the shipping method from the options available (including UPS, APC, CanadaPost, USPS, etc.) for that recipient's address, including recipients in Australia, France, China, and the US. I added credits to my account which created the shipping labels that I printed and stuck on each package. No worries about customs, etc.as SE takes care of all of that. I dropped off everything at their Markham location and was able to track every package online.

Not to mention the ease of use - which, as I mentioned, was almost TOO EASY to believe (believe it!) - the cost savings were incredible. Overall, I spent half of what I had expected for shipping, including savings on domestic shipping.

A long review, I know, but I am so grateful to the whole Stallion Express team for making this process easy and economical.

Saw these guys were getting recommended by lots of other canadian sellers in various facebook groups I am a part of. Tried them out this week and I am glad I did it. Rates are almost unbelievably low for the speed of delivery they are claiming. Great service, and I would for sure recommend to other sellers

I'm a small business owner and was recommended by Shopify to use stallion express as courier. Shipped a hoodie valued at $129.95 to Germany on September 23,2021. Customer contacted me 2.5 month later saying that her shipment never arrived. On our end it said that the package was delivered.

I went to their head office last week and asked them to resolve the issue, instead they said to email them, which I did. Few days later they emailed me back saying that the shipment was sent back to the "Sender" but because the PostNL doesn't offer return service. Any returned shipments are set to be "disposed" by the carrier.

I called the head office and a girl named Maria (hope I'm spelling the name correct) said there's literally nothing they can do about it and we're sorry. I asked her to connect me to a Manager but the manager was busy and that he'll call me back in 3-5 minutes. It's been 3 days since and I never got back a call. Neither I got the money back for the "disposed shipment".

The customer service was disgustingly awful. Not only my product got lost, but they (stallion express) weren't willing to refund the money, even though they took the shipping cost. After all of that I was yelled at by my customer who purchased the hoodie and asked for refund. So now i lost on both ends.

I'm so disappointed by stallion express. Their customers are never a priority to them. Would never recommend their service to anyone. Small business owners stay away from them. You'll save money and headache. Bunch of unprofessionals.

Their assortment of shipping options, all with wonderful rates and different delivery speeds are great for a business like mine where some customers want to pay more for upgraded shipping. I can choose to ship more economically with their economy options but also have the option to go UPS express as needed. Great store integrations as well, making my entire import process a piece of cake.

Just found out about Stallion’s protection program and I cannot believe that I just found out about it! Been having issues with other carrier insurance services with slow claims which is affecting my cashflow as a small Etsy seller. I haven’t had a claim with them yet (knock on wood), but I’m sure it will be a smooth process as I always have with them!

Very bed customer service. Lost our shipment inside their facility just around the Christmas. Even though they have cameras inside, they don't even bother to check it. The customer services provided zero help and still no solution for the lost item.

Most of the time you can't reach a CSR over the phone. The time you managed to get one on the phone, 9 out 10 times they are clueless about any questions you have. How do they even have a job? !

If your shipment goes missing, even if you had purchased insurance from Stallion, they will deflect and refuse to own up and pay up - counting on you to give up chasing. Very unethical and unprofessional. Never again. Go with Chit Chat.

I just completed my first shipment from the US to Canada. Everything worked well. It was a large item from Home Depot. The shippsy.com site worked well. One tip is not to load any money to the site until you see the actual costs after your package is in Canada. It may be different from what is quoted. Four stars is because I do not like the method used on the site to "load credits". This is not necessary IMO and would be better if you could just pay without the extra step. That said, it worked well. In my case, the actual cost was less because there was no duty charged. Otherwise no issues. I will use the service again.

Very satisfied for the last 3 years. User platform has evolved tremendously and is very user friendly. Staff is very efficient in dealing with any issues. Rates for USA shipments are still very low.
Also appreciate the option of using UPS for local stuff.

Love seeing my packages take days to travel 87 km then get handed over to another company for shipping. Definitely would never use myself, and am dissapointed that products were shipped with stallion
