Stay away. They are quick to respond to emails and calls before payment. After you pay them good luck trying to get a hold of anyone. Has been 2 months of waiting for affidavits of services. I doubt anything was actually served. Will be disputing charge with credit card company

I was very disappointed with the service of this company, we had to pay in advance and they were very quick to send the invoice, but we not received the affidavit

Had to use them in a professional capacity, well worth it. Got scammed by first contact, Dominion Process Servers DO NOT USE THEM.
Adam at STAMPED was prompt and courteous, so glad that I used them.

I used them to serve a claim for my company, they were fast in serving and providing the Affidavit of Service back. Comparing prices, they are reasonably priced! I will be using them for all my servings in the area.

I hired this buisness to serve divorce papers and provide me with an affidavit for my divorce. What an awful experience trying to deal with them. They wouldnt return my calls or emails. It took 5 months to get the affidavit from them with me always trying to communicate only to have my divorce rejected by the courts solely because of an incomplete affidavit from them another 4 months later. I had to prepay for this service to find out that they are incompetent and have no integrity. They have no problem lying to you after they get your money. I had to hire someone else to get the affidavit to resubmit to the court and it took 2 weeks to get it and they charged me less. I also had to file a complaint with the BBB to try and get my money back. They wasted months of my time and do not care. Save yourself time, money and stress and dont bother with these clowns!

Such fast and efficient service! Adam was very reassuring and was able to follow through immediately - he was able to give me some peace of mind during a very stressful situation. Kudos!

I asked help to Stamped Process Server during my divorce and they have a very excellent service and very understanding staff.

We hired this process server to serve an Application and were required to prepay for the service, which we did. We have been waiting for over 2 months to receive the Affidavit of Service. No one will return our call, or email, or provide us with the Affidavit of Service. I have never experienced such terrible service and do not recommend the use of this process server to anyone.

How horrible!

I paid upfront as soon as I received the invoice. I made numerous phone calls and email communication attempts and got NOTHING - no response for almost 2 months! I happened to get the owner to answer the phone one evening and when he looked into my concerns, he found that Stamped Process Servers dropped the ball. The server they contracted to serve the documents emailed them that a failed attempt was made August 8,2021. I was calling for follow-up to find out what was happening at the BEGINNING OF OCTOBER! Then he wanted to charge me again for a second attempt! Once again, crickets (silence) when I call or email.

An absolute disorganized mess of a company. I do not recommend Stamped to anyone. The price was high, which I would have justified with exceptional service. This wasn’t service, though they happily took my money. I’m so angry with losing 2 months to this company’s inability to function.

Stamped Services, I have used their service. Initially there was a bump in the process but Adam came to the rescue.
The service after the bump was a five star service but the bump set them back one star. My documents were delivered and filed as they promised.
The pandemic put a tailwind into normal business practices and so please be understanding if things doesn't go as smooth as you would hope.
I would recommend them to anyone in need of their services. Kudos to Adam and the team they know how to get the job done. They turn a one star to four

Emails and phone calls were not returned for weeks and they never sent me an original affidavit of service. Only after I asked for my money back after a month or so of non responsive I received an emailed copy and a promise that the original was in the mail. It never arrived and when I checked the BBB they had received similar complaints,

Are you guys still in business? The website is down, nobody is answering the phone, and you were supposed to serve a document for us days ago. We received no confirmation, and complete radio silence since last week despite several messages. This is very disappointing and unprofessional.

I hired Stamped to serve documents on a Company in Toronto. Within one week I had the Affidavit of Service in my hands. When I had a small issue with invoicing, Adam was great in that he was able to accommodate my request. I will definitely be using them again when I need service in Toronto.

Going through a divorce is stressful enough. I could not imagine asking my friends for a “ favour” of serving the court documents to my husband. Save yourself some self respect and dignity and leave it to the people who know what they are doing. The process was very easy. I filled out online form, Samantha contacted me with the quote, I paid online, got an official receipt and it was done within 5 business days after Easter wknd. Customer service is excellent. I hope you never have to go through a divorce but if you do, I highly recommend this company. It was a huge relief for me, peace of mind is everything. I am very happy with the service they provided.

Hi I am Karen Bancroft. My sister Karla tried several ways to serve a lawyer who was handling our parents estates. The other processor made several attempts to serve the lawyer. The other processor dropped the paperwork off at the UPS store in Oshawa, Ontario. My sister picked the paperwork up and asked them if they knew any processors or servers she could get to serve the lawyer. The UPS agent mentioned STAMPED PROCESS SERVERS. My sister contacted them and spoke to Adam. He asked if she could sent the documents to him. My sister returned to the UPS store and scanned and emailed it to Adam. Adam served the lawyer by email and within no time at all the lawyer called Adam. Adam asked the lawyer if he is in agreement that he was now served. He responded with yes. Adam called my sister and told her the lawyer was now served and the lawyer stated that he acknowledged he had been served. From start to finish Adam had it completed in less than 2 hours. I recommend Stamped Process. Ever since I contacted them for information I was receiving immediate responses. Unlike other places, Stamped responds every day to their emails and they dont let you wait not knowing what to do next. I had a great experience with Stamped Process Servers. I find it hard to believe those other negative reviews after my experience with the company. It is not true that it is just friends who write those positive reviews, no one possibly has this many friends. Those negative reviews must be the competition. It is unfortunate that they come on here and try to tarnish this business. They answered the phone right away and went to review my court documents right away and then emailed and sent them in the mail to me as I asked right away. I had what I needed done same day. I know that Adam has many years of experience working within the court system. I am a lawyer myself. This company is very professional and I appreciate all their hard work. Thank you! Very happy with Stamped Services, customer services was never more than 24 hrs to respond to me (even apologized because they thought they took to long to reply) My documents were served within one week, and the prices were fair. I'm very pleased with how they conducted themselves and would use them again. Though I frankly hope not to as suing a company is not a enjoyable activity. Great service though from them.
