Stan Wadlow Park

I always come here with my friends and family to watch people play baseball and play other sports. It's very clean and usually not too crowded.good for relaxing with family and friends after a long week.

The Canada Day festivities were awesome, as usual! You can also see people playing baseball and other sports, if you like to just relax and watch local people playing sports.

Great park with nice baseball facilities, playground and dog area. The only thing I don’t like is the limited parking spots.

Great baseball facility. Only complaint is that they need to have outfield fencing on the mosquito and peewee diamonds as the ball just keeps rolling and if 2 games are being played, the ball can be hit into the other diamonds.

This is a huge park with baseball diamond, 2 playgrounds that are really well built with lots of slides swings and climbing bars. Benches all about and a outdoor chess board (bring your own peices) There is also a enclosed dog off leash dog park and public washrooms that are very clean.

Stan wadlow park itself is just a large sports oriented park but it has a very nice dog park which does 'ot allow professional dog walkers and it is right next to one of our most beautiful ravines, Taylor's Creek park which is extremely quiet except when one is going under major roads like O'Connor or Dawes road. Also millions have been spent making wetlands in the park and stocking them with wetland creatures like bullfrogs. Just about a week ago, I saw a juvenile great blue heron fishing in one of these new wetlands. Unlike the residents of my part of the city of Quinte west, the residents of Toronto enjoy these endangered animals and stop to look at the.

Well maintained spacious park with outdoor pool, kids playground, ball park soccer field. Plenty of parking around in streets.

Had a great time watching the fireworks. Lot's of places to sit and no lack of the volume of fireworks. Nice time out.

A great neighborhood park with access to walking trails, baseball diamonds and playgrounds. A neighborhood favourite.

Very good multifunctional park. Playground for kids, baseball diamonds, soccer field and an off-leash dog park. Washroom facilities available. It also connects to ravine trails via stairs.

The Stand Wadlow Clubhouse on site has activities for families and seniors.

I use the dog park which is fully fenced and accessible by a paved path. Unfortunately there is no water for the dogs. It is wood mulch surface and commercial dog walkers are not allowed. Lots of local dogs especially on the weekend.

Parking is shared with the hockey arena and can be a challenge on weekends during the hockey season.

Our favorite park in the area! Tons of baseball diamonds, connected to Taylor Creek trail and has a fenced dog park.

Quiet, lively, and uplifting, with clubhouse, skate park, children's play park, off-leash dog park, benches and tables, and connecting to trails to the adjacent Taylor Creek Park

Great park for the adults and kids also has a little dog park and overhang if it happens to rain

A skatepark that's a little on the smaller side with lots of wedge ramps, and it does have a bowl.

Still love the park, lots of space to ride around, lots of great amenities like the skate park, the baseball diamonds, the handball courts. Love 'em. Would prefer a dog park that isn't enclosed, like Monarch Park, but still it's not bad.

Nice neighborhood people you meet they smile and greet you. Sunny days ahead come for walk and release your stress breathing tons of O2 and take in D free of charge

Nice area and very nice park with many different areas to walk and or hike through. Pretty during my walk and winter views. Love to see this spot in the summer and fall views so will return again.

Great little dog park located in a nice quiet area. Relatively well maintained. I take my pup here regularly.

Stan Wadlow Senior Action Centre had been closed since mid-March when Covid-19 hit Toronto. Now the Executive has been in conference phone calls with Parks and Recreation to jumpstart drop-in and registered programs and find our way to socialize and resume activities. The centre has been sorely missed as a place where members could gather for monthly potluck lunches, monthly member meetings, monthly outings, weekly activities and hobbies, arts and crafts classes, line dancing and fitness classes. The staff has readied the centre for members to return to a safe and friendly place to hang out with friends. There are Covid guidelines in place. We know what we need to do to be safe for ourselves, for our families and our friends. Come prepared to enjoy what can be offered at Stan Wadlow Clubhouse. Welcome to the neighbourhood hub.

This a great facility. Centrally located, in the heart of East York.
There is a place for dogs to play, lotsbof parking.

Great location, we attend Canada day fireworks here every year with friends and neighbours, the kids play hockey, baseball and free skate at the park regularly. Recently bought a house just off the park to be local.

Huge Park.lots of people.connected to the trail.ravines.places to eat and drink.
Fire pits close by.

Great park has a lot, playground, dog park, baseball diamonds, skate park, a wall to play tennis against and its all attached to Taylor Creek which is a beautiful nature trail.

Home of the East York Baseball Association. Seven diamonds, batting cage, snack bar. Also an indoor rink, pool, skate park and dog park.

Off leash dog park is lovely. Fully fenced. 2 double door gates. Benches, picnic tables, shaded area. Trees still growing. Wood chip and dirt area where dogs run. Grass around the outside perimeter. 2 bins for waste. Bags available if you're caught without.
Wish there was water available.

Perfect place to go for Canada day if you have kids. You actually have breathing space! My only complaint is there is no Victoria day fireworks there

Decent signal all around the park. It's a good place for Pokemon go due to all the condensed pokestops and gyms nearby. It's also a nice place to kick around a soccer ball or play baseball.

Absolutely love the tennis wall here. Almost hesitant to give a review. It is almost always unoccupied and really useful to clean up your shots.

Haven't been there but, I can tell it's pretty big and you could play soccer and have lots of fun!

Best place to spend a Sunday afternoon with kids. 2 playgrounds, loads of baseball diamonds, swimming pool, splash pad and a snack bar.

Starting to setup kiddie rides for July 1 celebration. Fireworks are usually very good. Happy Canada Day!

There's a lot to do in this park. It's well spread out with an outdoor swimming pool perfect for the summer. Wading and sprinklers for the kids. Skateboarding, and dogpark I beleive. Foot / stairs access to Don Valley parkway and vast open space for picnic. Canada day fireworks are spectacular here.

Stan Barlow Park has a swimming pool, play grounds, baseball diamonds, a clubhouse, bicycle path that leads down into the park system.you can ride through green, wooded parks for miles. There are fireworks on the holidays which are always a great display!

Fantastic park with rink, swimming pool, playgrounds, baseball and soccer fields dog park, skateboard park, clubhouse with treats, with stairs to Taylor Creek trails.

Although there's an offleash dog park too many people leave their dogs off leash in the rest of the park. Park needs some maintenance, but overall its a nice enough park.

Great Park. Canada day Celebrations were excellent all day to late night rides, games and entertainment ending with a huge Fireworks display. Can't wait for next year. Really loved The Shiggle Sisters performance. They were the opening act started the show when class and style. Awesome Ladies! Thank you.

Canada Day fireworks at this park are awesome, with a fantastic crowd. The park itself is a good place to go to.

Fun part on the borders of East York. Huge Canada Day celebration with bands, food trucks and lots of activities.
