Sadly just had to scrap my jeep.
Dealt with Gail over the phone and she was terrific, very friendly and knowledgeable. Gave me a very fair amount for the car. Called after 8 am and car was gone by 11. The driver Mark was fantastic too, such a nice, friendly guy and made the process so fast and easy. Would definetly call them again!

Spoke with Marco. He was able to source me the exact part/colour I needed with next day shipping to Scarborough for pickup. Whole call took less than 3 mins. Phenomenal service.

Horrible service. I bought a door (which wasn’t cheap at all). The website showed a picture of perfect door. However, the door was damaged and wasn’t lining up. I have returned the door and I bought another one from them. It’s been over a months and i have not received my money back. They said the cheque will be mailed in couple of days when I returned the door. It’s been exactly 5 weeks already. They were so rude and unhappy when i was returning the door. The car was in the shop much longer than it needed to be and i drove to port hope 2 times because they sold me a damaged door. They didn’t even apologize. When you call them, no-one knows anything. They say the cheque will be mailed soon every time i call them, but again, it’s been 5 weeks. Unpleasant experience. Do not recommend to have any business with them.

Jeff is AMAZING! He helped me tremendously. He gave me all the CORRECT Information and was there to greet me on Monday morning. He even remembered my exact part. I was really happy with the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE! And very friendly.

We found Gail and Louis very helpful and professional. It was very emotional for me to see my 2009 Nissan being taken away (unfortunately the tansmission went with almost 300,000 kms on it) - it almost felt like a death! Louis was so patient and understood as he said the car was in really good shape - she did serve us well. Thank you Louis for your kindness and thoughtfulness as I waved good bye to you both!
