Nice enough people to deal with, but I really regret signing up for a 3yr contract at the height of covid. Now Rogers is available for twice the speed and 1/2 the price, Starlink is a wait but anyone I've talked to that has it loves it, and the one that hurts maybe most of all.as I was getting done by these guys on 5 Sideroad Bell was literally running FIBE infront of my house.

Nice doesn't do anything for my pocketbook, there are faster and cheaper options. These guys can't compete as rural optionscome on board, once the 3yr handcuffs are removed or cheap enough to pay out for everyone I'm pretty sure their rural business service is done.

Done with this company now & happy about it.

Their website says fiber will be installed in my area by April 4th 2022. It's April 2023 and they still can't tell when it will get done. USELESS!

Speeds not even close to 12Mgb and the evenings goes to dial up era. Limehouse Fiber is announced since Apr 2021 (now we have June 2023) and nothing happens. When you call their sales they talk about different projects, so is the big secret why Limehouse project is just forgotten. The owner of this company please take off the announcement from your website if you cannot deliver. Thanks

I would like to thank the staff at Standard Broadband for there wonderful service, friendly and welcoming tone of voice (especially Vishal for when I cancelled my service), for always giving prompt service when I had internet challenges. The package was perfect fit for our needs and has always exceeded our expectations for performance and data. For the workmen who were courteous, efficient and friendly whenever the system was down or needed an upgrade. They came to the house and were so quick and efficient. The appointments were often scheduled around my timetable and not the systems timetable. I have thoroughly enjoyed being a customer of Standard Broadband and would most certainly recommend the system and team to any new customers.

For years, they were one of only a few options for reliable rural internet. While there is more choice these days, this company continues to do business with integrity and professionalism. Recommended!

I have had many ISP's over the year and by far standard brodband is one of the best. I had an outage last night at midnight sent an email letting them know about it not expecting a response at that time but Chad from the support team got back to me right away and updated me when the issue was resolved. Keep up the fantastic up time and customer service

Standard Broadband made life in the rural area -feasible. We were connected to the world with great speed and function.

I have always had amazing service from Standard Broadband. They have continued to update their product offerings, making connectivity on a country property seamless. Most importantly, every person I interacted with was positive, polite and kind. Would recommend+

Consistent internet, great customer service. Even years later they’re still great.
Now I’m just itching for them to run FTTH up WCB north of 124 (hint, hint) and I’ll be at peace with the universe.

Old review:
After dealing with Xplornet’s over priced plans with appaling speeds and customer service, Standard Broadband was the unicorn I was looking for. Excellent customer service, great pricing and UNLIMITED data packages.
Drop xplornet like a bad habit and give the team at Internet Access Solutions a call to get actual next gen rural internet.
