Many incompetent young staff not trained properly on machines. Employee tried loading scanner upside down a few times before figuring out face up is how it is done. Employee was asked to be VERY careful with original artwork. Employee then damages artwork causing several hundred dollar$ damage (if at all repairable) and says it wasn't me it was the machine. Manager replies " we can't guarantee your artwork won't be damaged". Go to another location or thus could be you next!

Mixed bag of service. Went to get blueprints printed two days in a row. First day had a great experience with a capable lady who got them done with ease. The next day the man behind the counter seemed to not know anything at all claiming they couldn't access their email for over two weeks and didn't know how to open attachments. Absolutely useless and infuriatingly unhelpful.

Came in yesterday to get some things printed. This location is usually busy and no one is willing to help. I met with the associate Saaima although she was busy. I needed some help with my prints and she was kind and helpful. She stopped what she was doing and guided me through all the way. She was also sanitizing the screens of the printers. Not everyone does that. She’s truly amazing and goes above and beyond.

Wont recommend for photo copies. BLS people rejected my baby’s photo in front of my face. Photo which taken at this staple centre and the guy who captured said this will be accepted and as per guidelines. You know how hard is to get BLS appointment right.

The staff members were very helpful. Went there to drop off a package and found a very useful product I needed thanks to the recommendation of a staples employee, even got a discount coupon for the same.

Poor customer service, employees do not care or know about the products and services this establishment provides.

Come to this Staples sometimes to print and laminate things, staff named Saaima in the dept was super kind and helpful. She knows what’s she’s doing, thank you!

Went into location to purchase some office chairs no one spoke to me until I was walking out found them cheaper on Amazon

I went to this location to print some flyers for an event that had a tight deadline. When it came to printing and picking them up, the team was accommodating and made sure I got what I needed. Amber and team, thank you so much for all your help!

A great selection of most business needs. Fantastic sales on printers and laptops can be found when it is least expected!

I have been to this location a few times. I mainly go there to get colored photo copies. There are self-serve photo copiers that you can use yourself. While I have o problem with the machines, I find the process to be so confusing. I went there a few times so I am comfortable with all the buttons, bells and whistles that you need to go through before getting a photocopy. Many times I see people standing there confused about how to operate the machine. When you make a mistake, you do not know how to correct it so the copies get printed and you lose the money you fed into the machine! If you need help, you've got to go there and line up to get some assistance. I guess having a dedicated person manning the photocopiers would defy the purpose of having a self-serve machine, but there maybe a solution that spares customers the confusion and frustration.

Horrible customer service by Myron, yelling back at customers and talking rudely stating we don't work post 4: 30 when the store is closing at 5. Come back tomorrow to get your work done, he was more busy looking at his phone. The store was empty but the people didnt want to work/ nor help customers. The manager Muzzafar tried to convince us to look for costing online, shocking since we were at their store asking them for cost of 30prints. Horrible service and avoid if you want your work done

Originally I was going to give this store a 1 Star due to the fact that I paid at 11: 18am for same day pick up (which is by 6pm) but got my notice email at 7: 48pm that it was ready. I know it sounds petty but it risked me losing a job as this is paperwork for a new job. I tried to call from 1pm and throughout the day, but no one ever answered. Thankfully the young lady who helped me when I came it was super nice and understanding, offered me a full refund. I had no issues paying for the actual paper I used, but felt the $2.99 fee was valid to be refunded but she gave it all back. Thank you for being very nice. I came for the print service, and the lady is not at all helpful. All she can say is I don't know and made me pay almost $10 to print 10 pages even though I walked in with usb, phone, dropbox and also I emailed to their print service email.worst experience today.normally it would have costed me like less than 2 $.

Manager on duty should assist/guide customer, there was barely any customers in the shop, i went to print something from my phone and ended up learning their methods using a card, if there no one thr manager is assisting he could have helped me to get it done quicker, then he assigned a staff appears to be new to send my FedEx. Then the staff learns the job on my time as well. RESPECT CUSTOMER TIME WHILE ON DUTY. Thanks

The online shopping experience at this store has been the easiest I have ever seen. I simply ordered an item online and when the item was ready I went to this store to pick up. The pick up counter is right at the entrance and the lady there was very efficient so I got my package in less than a minute.

I bought a pair of headphones for my first and last time from here. The headphones were scraped and the boxes was a bit banged up. I'll be going to Best Buy for now on.

Received some of the best customer service I've ever received at a retail store at this Staples from a young man who looked like he was on his way to church (minus the uniform shirt, of course). I see some people complaining about poor customer service; it's a toss-up as far as big chain retail goes. It's not like these big companies invest in proper training for their workforce. It ultimately depends on the individual person and sometimes you'll find employees who just don't care or have been around too long.

A smaller Staples. Ongoing construction on Eglinton. I've used curbside pickup twice at this location. The first time the employee seemed a little put out when he saw me standing outside my car to get some air while I waited; the second time went smoother.

If you are a person of color be prepared to be followed by employees everywhere in the store. You will be followed by a lady named Carla. Beware

Manager was caring & helpful. The girl thatvworks early shift on saturday @ the print & scan section does not have what it takes to be working with the public.

When I have a project I can print my pics for a cheap price. They have the best and most variety of school supplies

Great customer service here was very satisfied with how they explained the difference laptops models and made clear for me to choose what suits my budget keep up great job! Like the attitude!

I was there minutes ago. The branch is not busy during the time of visit. I went to the store to for a photocopy services. They don't have much attendant at the photocopy section. It's my first time to use the self service photocopying that's why I keep on calling the attention of the attendant but she keeps on saying wait, but she never approach me. I end up making errors during the time of copying. I finished th whole stuff that I need to copy without the assistance of an attendant and end up paying more because of the mistaken copies. Just disappointed with their service. How much more if an elderly who is not familiar with the machines and needs assistance.

I had not so pleasant experience at this store. I purchased a pair of headphones from this store which did not work. I tried exchanging it next day without success they suggested me to start exchange with the manufacturer. On their website they mention exchanges or returns are valid until 30 days from purchase. I went to another staples close by next day, they refunded my money and processed the transaction deeming "defective equipment".
I wouldn't recommend this store.

I had worst customer experience with their person Musaffar here in my life. I bought a Mac book opened piece at $50 discount as it was the only piece available last week and realized it has a slight crack on screen the next day. I went to return it this weekend he was so rude and dint accept, he said he won’t do anything to help us and on top of it he told us not to buy anything from staples henceforth. Such a pathetic service. We were ok if he couldn’t take it but he neither helped us with more info nor he was polite. I regret for buying such an expensive product in such place.

Ordered a custom banner. Went to go pick it up. No like up. Friendly. Quick service. Said the name what product I'm picking up and they had it ready. Shortest time in a store after or during a pandemic. The store was clean. Wiping down after every customer. Arrows on each Isle. Was not crowded when I went.

Consistent quality of service at this location. Helpful and knowledgeable staff are virtually always available.

Expect courteous, friendly staff for courier services and product inquiries- even the situation is under strict health protocols.

The short female manager on duty 6: 30 today was very rude when I asked for a price check from the cashier. They then followed my poc girlfriend around the store. Rude and racist people. Won’t return to this staples.

Went in and bought kids supplies. Like some crayons and construction paper etc. You can get some great deals at staples with great service

I am almost a year late putting on this review but.

The manager & customer service reps of this store are great. During the first lockdown I bought some products at another staples and tge original store refused to take tge products back because they were ordered on line gor pick up, so after many phone calls I was directed to try another staples store which I did and suffice to say the Eglinton & Warden store took my returns and dealt w me very professionally, so a big thank you to All there.

It is now the only staples store I will shop in!

For my stationery fix to home office furniture.it's either here or can be ordered online for delivery.

Service was outstanding, but choice of office desks was next to none, and no real time frame when back in stock

I went to buy a business chair. I asked for assistance from an associate who have to change for clothes, as just got in.
I pointed the chair I wanted and told they don't have in stock.
Is was only available at downtown. He suggested going on line to order the chair.
After trying and entering my information on the kiosk, I was told the kiosk is not connected. I was told to order it on-line today at home and it
will be delivered the next day.
Sadly, the promise of next delivery did not happened.

It was nice to be greeted by staff, immediately taken care of, answered all of my questions, then out the door happy and satisfied!

Quick, clean, efficient and the only place in the GTA offering the one product I needed. It's definitely not the nicest Staples, and the surrounding construction makes it difficult to get to, but their stock was better than that of Leaside

The staff and customer service is great! Always willing to help and find a solution for my needs. This staples is usually my go to when I need supplies.

I am so frustrated with this place! I purchased a laptop for my daughter for Christmas and half the keys do not work ; 2 months later. They will not do anything about it as they only have a 14 day return policy. They said I must send it away to the manufacturer to fix! What kind of place does not honour the items they sell: (

Went in for Copy/Print services, amazing set up to access documents, fantastic prices, small amount of staff so it takes a while for assistance. Clean environment and variety of office and home supplies

I was there tonight and i asked 2 time about the photo paper but chines cashier so sad and answer to me with loudly sound

Called them first and they confirmed they can take passport photo of my 40 days old infant for Canadian passport. When we went there, the lady asked us for a white blanket which we were not aware of and we didn't have. I put the blanket we had and held my baby's head. The lady took the photo and gave us. She said she was sure that the photos will be accepted. However the photos were rejected and now I have to take my baby to the Staples again. It's 24 Jan (winter) and it's definitely not appreciated. You should have told me over the phone call itself that I should bring a white blanket. It would have saved my time.

I always feel relaxed and comfortable at Staples. It doesn't only offer great products and services, but also a pleasant shopping experience. Staffs are friendly and the range of products and services they offer are great.

Received a great discount offer on toner cartridges. I tried to purchase the items online but there was a technical glitch. So I went to the store on Eglinton Ave which has construction everywhere. Trying to get into and out of the store was bothersome. However, the staff were very polite and very apologetic about the traffic problems even though it wasn't their fault!

Terrible customer service there is 5 people watching and 1 person working.if you wanna print something prepare to wait for an hour as they really don't care to get you moving

The reason for ONE STAR is only for the printing station employee. That Asian gave me a very bad attitude today. He needs to learn how to do customer service. I hope the manager of this store will look into all the bad comments about the printing department employees. But the cashier was nice and also there was a girl who helped me about my queries about the product and helped me out. She is really nice and hard working girl. From when I entered the store I have noticed her with helping the customers. Thanks to her.

Never ever ordering from here again in my life. They gave me false information on when my order would be ready & it’s caused a huge headache. Will never order from them again.

The printing station staffs are very rude not helpful at all there is only one computer to work on they said wait until the others customer is don I waited for 15 minutes i want to near by printing shop it was don in 2 minutes and it’s cheaper then staples

Clean, well- merchandise store with good product selection. Staff and management are really focused on providing a great experience for the customer. I like this store a lot.

I had some quality issues with a LaZBoy chair that I purchased from this location (totally LaZBoy's fault, and not Staples fault) and Nahid, the local Manager, absolutely went far above and beyond the norm to help me resolve this issue. I cant say enough about how patient Nahid was when dealing with mew and how far out of his way he went to make sure I was satisfied in the end. Bravo to Nahid. Paul M.

Syed works at the copy and print area. I had opportunity to hear him help customers with their technical issues and being in IT of myself I had to complement him for his patience and ability to articulate solutions in a simple way to non technical customers. My Printing also went smoothly. Would strongly recommend

I visited this particular store today and had a pretty good experience. Customer service was pretty good and the service by 2 employees Ann and Michael was absolutely fantastic. They helped me to find the best product within my budget.
