The employee at the desk for shipping/receiving packages is rude. I have had the misfortune of dealing with the same staff member (male, long brown hair) multiple times. He was rude and sarcastic amd didn't seem to want to help me. He obviously isn't paid enough because he expected me to do his job for him.

Had an amazing experience today at Staples! Colin helped to guide us with our purchase of an iPad and keyboard suitable for my daughter. He was knowledgeable and gave us great advice. Thank you Colin!

My recommendation to the manger Bill, resign as your lack of leadership is a contributing factor to staples declining revenue. As reported in the news, staples has been on a downhill spiral, you now walk into a staples and most often than not, it is filled with more staff than customers. Any right minded person would know that if there is only one staff member in the copy Center and several customer, or staff not showing up, or any other excuse, I would make sure my staff is cross trained to jump in at a moments notice. I would not be surprised if this staples location closes just like their former neighbour sports check. May be Bill is working for the competition as that would make a little sense.

Had a good experience buying a massive desk and the associate kindly helped carry the massive desk to our car. However, I would like to warn individuals to be aware of feeling gaslit by alleged in-store availability listed on Staples website - the store location online seemingly confirms in-store availability, only to discover that the desk is not actually sold in stores *at all*.

Picking up online printed orders is such a SLOW process. Nobody really gives you attention when standing in line, and even when they are helping customers, there only appears to be one person on staff. It's not my favourite place to shop, but they do sell some items cheaper than other places.

This is the most ridiculous staples i have ever seen. Worker are like we are not here to help you. I visited today and i do not how to use scan i want so papers to scan but as there is a agreement that we have to do it in 10 minutes for 3 dollar actually i have wasted my 6 dollar and i dindt get any thing. Fellinngg reallyy sad if somebody do not know how to do something then the staff should help bhut they said we are not here to help youu its self service wowwwww.

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but felt like others should be warned. I ordered a 1 day printing service for brochures, paid $45 and the quality was terrible. The paper they used was cheap and where the paper was folded was all ripped (the photos don’t do it justice). I would’ve requested a refund but I needed to present them to a business networking group the next day. Very embarrassing.

I was told by one of the staff members that this is the quality for the 1 day service but that if I had ordered the regular service the quality would’ve been better. Considering Staples is a multi million dollar corporation, I would expect the same quality across the board. If they can’t produce the same quality, the service shouldn’t be offered at all. I was less than impressed to say the least and will be using other businesses in the future.

Simon was super helpful returning some dead headphones that I had purchased the extended warranty. Thanks very much and we'll continue to shop at Staples!

My go to store for business and office needs. Customer service is phenomenal. Howie Mandels face happily stares down on you from above.

I purchased a new HP printer and took it back to my hotel. I was having issues with connecting it to my computer. I went back to the store and dealt with Syrus. Syrus was very helpful and getting the printer hooked up to my computer. I appreciate the support and highly recommend this store. Thanks again.

If I could leave ZERO Stars, the Staff and Manager are very rude, standing around saying they are very busy and cannot help. Took My business to another Staples and the total opposite, very kind and accommodating. I will never return to use this store location!

Do not shop here! I was in staples for maybe 20 minutes, made a purchase, left in my vehicle and received a ticket a month later from the city stating that is a private lot and you can’t park there! Beware that you may get a parking ticket ($70) if you shop here!

The employees should really be cross-trained. There were four hanging around the cash registers and no one was cashing out. Meanwhile there were many people in line for prints and mailing packages

They provide many services and I have been happy with most. I just had $60 of value prints made and the quality is awful. They are printed on card stock and the colours are really dark compared to the photo. I've had prints made here several times before and never had this issue. I took them back and was offered my money back. Save yourself the trip.

The staff at the printing center were outstanding. I believe the gentleman who helped me was named Luiz and he was amazing. So helpful, kind and really went over and above for me. This is the only Staples in the city that I will shop at as their customer service is top notch.

That parking lot is hardly welcoming. Dark and in poor condition. The area looks abandoned. Inside the staff was friendly but not annoying. We received a comprehensive tour of the store’s printers and given some great tips about the type of printer that would suit our needs most. We did end up just getting ink but plan to return to get a new printer at this location.

I was in London for a business matter and needed copy/scan services. In need, not knowing what to do I walked in this Staples and did not expect much in way of support. While trying to use the copy machine and trying to see how to solve my scanning problems I came across an employee named Alex T who helped me with my struggles with technology, and at the same time explained the fact that Staples now offers some kind of a co-office arrangements where I can use their space instead of sitting in my car while I am on the road and in need of a comfortable place to do some work. I found Alex T went out of his way to help instead of just pointing me to the machine, he tool his time explaining their products and services. I was very impressed with Alex.

Staff was helpful. Layout made it easy to find the products I was looking for at the prices advertised.

Clean store, very friendly staff especially if you want to print or photocopy, I recommend everyone to check out this store

This is your standard Staples store. If they don't have what you are looking for 5hen you don't need it.

Excellent customer service. I went there 3 times as I was pricing out an item and each time I received over and beyond excellent service. I will shop there again.

Yesterday, they went above and beyond to help me while I struggled to pack an item into a box and seal it before shipping. They really didn’t have to help me, but their kindness warmed my heart.

The crew at this Staples is awesome, especially those in the print section.
I have also had the opportunity to deal with Brock the manager and he was also helpful.

Full of sketchy people inside the store. The parking lot is ghetto and the store could be more clean. The staff is friendly, products are all available. Overall i wouldn't recommend this place.

I went to this location few days ago to buy some of electronics device, the team was really helpful and professional, I had to wait for one of the staff who was helping other clientin the electronics section, when he was done he help me promptly and he faced a problem to finish our demand so he called the help centre and the issue was resolved.
Grayson is the the one who made our life easy for that visit and he did a great job, thank you Grayson.

Had a bad experience. Just a terrible staff worker. I needed something printed and was in a rush. I asked for assistance when the printer was giving me an error code. A staff member then told me to hold on, I waited for 10 or so minutes. So I asked again, they said hold on once again (both times they told me to hold on, they didn't even look me in the eye and just held their hand up). They proceeded to talk behind the desk and do nothing with other staff. I waited for about half an hour and then just left. The staff member who never helped me watched me walk out while talking to coworkers without saying a word. Insanely unprofessional.

Got everything I needed printed cheap. The one printer wasn't worker so a worker did it behind the desk and it was fine

Went it to pick a FedEx parcel that I missed delivery of at home. Upon entering someone greeted me ask if he could help me. (Nice). I let him know I was there to pick a FedEx delivery. He showed me the correct counter to head off to.

The gentleman behind the counter was helpful. I gave him the tracking number and had my drivers license ready. He found my package immediately and I was on way out shortly after. Kudos.

Mostly purchase office items and sometimes some electronics as well. Friendly staff and good customer service.

I purchased an item online for curbside pick up & when I went to pick it up, the service was so fast & the employees were very friendly! When I pulled up in my car, I didn't even have to call in.someone walked right up to my car and helped me immediately and while I was waiting for them to bring out my item, another employee had asked if I had been helped yet. It was great!

Our local location that has been giving us great service and advice for many years now. The store is a manageable size and well stocked with lots of value added services within the store. The staff are consistently knowledgeable about products, courteous and friendly without being pushy. During lockdown we were still able to order online and pickup at store within a very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend this location and the brand in general.

Staples on Wellington and Baseline is a real community store that really cares about the customer, regardless of the purchase amount. I called ahead to ask about the best printer ink to buy. The associate asked me questions to figure out my printer needs. He was kind and patient and knowledgeable. Even when he did not know the answer to one of my questions regarding which cartridge was the best, he took the time to give me the details of two products so I could make my choice. He asked good questions to help me arrive at the best choice. The cartridge I went with, was set aside at the Customer Service desk. When I went to pick it up, it was a seamless process. Quick, easy and efficient. Thank you Staples! Your customer service is the best!

My wife and I went to Staples to pick up a new office chair. The staff was exceptionally helpful. The gentleman, Alex, who helped us took the time to walk us through options and even shook our hands when we checked out. The staff helped get our chair in our car. Super impressed with the helpfulness. I haven't experienced this kind of assistance from any Staples before.

They have everything you need for business. The prices aren't that great though. I think the copy centre is what is keeping this place alive. Alot of staff and no customers.

Prejudice worker followed me around from isle to isle and made me feel very uncomfortable. I called him out on his behavior and he remarked how I looked suspicious, gave me attitude and continued to just follow me. This isn't my first negative experience here but it will be my last.

Poor selection, understaffed. Those that where there had Poor product knowledge. Told by manager to shop online for better selection of products.in a Dismissive tone. Manager was too busy on his Headset Arrogantly talking down to staff and treating them as unorganised pawns in his sociopathic mind game. Store Constantly has made changes in online orders even though Products where right there on shelf.
Conclusion: Shop online and avoid the ill-fitting Glasses toting, shaved head-headset wearing Little-Napoleon who thinks that the (Quote) "Store would operate much smoother If it weren't for You, the Buying Public coming in and disrupting My organisation" (end Quote)
So We did.there are Better deals from Other companies online that cater to Large Corporations like Ours.
Good Bye Staples - the modern marketplace doesn't need your bricks and mortar anymore.
Oh and as for your Managers. Perhaps Vetting them more would go along way to improving Your overall Corporate Image.

Worst customer service form a manager at this store. I was overcharged and when I returned to the store was told that there was no customer service open and the clerk at cash 1 would address my overcharge issue. As I was waiting in the large line (lots of customers only 1 cash open), the manager came in with his Tim Horton's coffee. I approached him, and he rudely told me that I must go back to cash 1 for the adjustment. Obviously he did not have time to take on the manager role, as his coffee was more important then customers in his store.

If you must shop here, be sure to watch carefully when you are checking out, as errors happen (the clerk actually told me when I returned the item that she had problem with that item, and it must have counted 6 instead of 2) ; and management is too busy to actually address customer concerns

I wanted to make a purchase for donation purposes. The online system limited the allowable quantity. The manager at this location went above and beyond and removed the restricted quantity for my purchase. Made my day!

Lazy and arrogant Indian with irritating the customers. I don't know why stores hire someone who is not interested to work but only get salary.
