Let’s see how can I share my experience about this staples firstly I would like to say there was a young blonde lady in print who showed excellent customer service to my wife and telling her everything about what she can do so I’m happy with that. Secondly great customer service care from Jamie and Saif for helping us finding a great laptop which I’m using right now to type this. Lastly Jamie once more for getting me on a great deal with bell. Only downside was another bell Rep who was pushing me to sign up with him and when I told him I’ve been helped thank you he still tired once more and I walked away then looked back he gave me a dirty look. And the manger whoever was at print is very rude and disrespectful to people her name was Cassandra giving my wife attitude for no reason. Then the cashier Kelsie smelled like she smoked and looked like she didn’t want to be there.

Well I’ve been going to this staples for years and the staff was always so helpful. But I’ve went in few weeks ago and had great help by the bell team there got me a great price for my home service. So big thanks to Jamie who help me set it up and save money and then thank you to Rob and Saif And Moe from tech for helping pick out the laptop also setting it up as well. But there was one time I went when the cashier her name was Kelsey she was very rude and then went back chatting with the “manger” Cassandra about whatever and I said to the manger maybe you should work more and chat less because that’s not what mangers do and she gave me a dirty look said sorry to me and I replied don’t be sorry by the way you stink

Super. Store was really busy and yet I was really well looked after by sales staff and management. Tech support was amazing. Recently went to the Carlingwood location and. Nope. Definitely will be sticking to this location! Big difference! Great job Orleans guys!

Worst customer service I’ve seen in years. Waited 17 mins in line. Two employees doing nothing, looking over at me. Finally they asked to assist me. Only to be told I had order online something I had done in store prior. Truly sad.

The experience we recently had at Staples in Orleans was phenomenal! We needed programs printed and our sales associate, Ben was extremely helpful as well as knowledgable about graphics. He was super efficient and very pleasant. I look forward to the next time I need printing.

A few days ago, my wife & I went to the staples on 10th line rd (Orléans). Where we had the distinguished opportunity of meeting a gentleman by the name of Andy from the printing department. Staples is so fortunate to have this man representing their company in such a way. It’s not hard to be nice, it’s not hard to be humble and courteous. Andy exemplifies all these attributes and went above and beyond his required duties. It’s really nice to see that there are still people like him in this world. World class my friend. The world needs more people like Andy. 10 out 10 service

I was disappointed by printing service staff of this Staple store. Ayah and her colleague were very rude and unfriendly. I had to speak with the Store Manager who finally answered my questions and provided a great service.

Very well organised and clean store. It has many unique items. Prices on some items could be lower. For example sticky paper should cost less then 9.99$. It's not about this exact Staples, but about the network in overall. Also, I did not notice anything on sale.

Wife received a message that her curbside pickup was ready. Son stopped by after work just after 5 (Store closes at 8) and was told they closed at 5. When he questioned the time he was told "There's only three of us and we're not slaves"? No further explanation. Do hope store is not paying three people for three hours they did not work.

The Copy and Print Staff are very rude and unprofessional. I was told something on the phone but when I arrived I was told a completely different story. Then the gentleman that was taking dealing with me got angry at me as if he wanted to make it absolutely clear that it was my fault that a miscommunication had taken place and only to end up walking away to deal with another customer trying to get an item shipped. I wasted over an hour trying to place an order for invitation cards while having to repeat what I needed every single time because the staff kept wandering away and telling me that someone else had to assist me only for no one to show up. Having reached the end of my patience I ended up leaving without placing the order. Clearly they did not want my business at this location.

Their copy center staff are super helpful - Francesca had a huge line up and managed to keep all the customer happy and in a very efficient manner

Not bad but when I bought a computer chair I didn't get any help what so ever in bringing the unit to my SUV. The guy just stood there and said to me bring your vehicle closer. He had a dolly I had the chair and a 5 year old with me at the time.

Conclusion; not impressed.

We submitted 3 times a photo for printing. The editing (i.e. Cropping) was very temperamental and the changes were inconsistently recognized. All three prints were unsuitable. When I called the printing staff on the second print, I was told I had submitted the photo improperly despite reviewing the saved file many times.

On the third attempt, I asked a graphic designer to upload it and got an unsuitable print again. All three submission were paid individually in full.
The service is of poor quality and has little support.

Amazing customer service by Sarah in Print Department. She took the time to explain the different types of picture printing options and then answered all my questions. Thanks again Sarah for the great service. Highly recommended with staff like Sarah!

I picked up ink, paper and hot laminating pouches! My new favorite Staples! Justin the associate was outstanding on both pickups etc. A PLUS. Thanks again, FANTASTIC

Very good store, large, nice employees, wide choice of everything desk related from small furniture like desks, chairs, lamps to very expensive or very cheap pens and computers, shredders in the middle. A large section for printing etc but I never used it.

Hours are very limited and wish I had known that before placing my order for curbside pick up. When the online system wasnt working last time the staff and manager went out of their way to help and facilitate ordering over the phone. The basics are easy to order online but the website can be more difficult for curbside pick-up or more specialized items.

Didn't realize that staples wasn't essential and their signage about pandemic protocols wasn't very prominent or clear. Sales associate acted like I was trying to murder her when I walked in the wide open door. Curbside wasn't much better, sales associate refused to toss in my print job through my slightly open passenger side window even though I was fully masked up and far away. Offered to put it on the ground, the wet snowy ground. Had to get out of my car and open up my trunk while he wandered away. I understand precautions but please that's ridiculous. Probably will not be shopping there until the pandemic is done.

Still open for curbside pickup. Just wasn't happy that we couldn't call the order in. My dad just wanted an ink cartridge for his printer.

Just had the most incredible order completed perfectly and with a smile by Vanessa in the Solution Shop. I recommend anyone that has personal or business needs to visit and let them help you with your ideas.

I commend Staples for their Covid protocols response! There is an elegant set up at the entrance for hand sanitizing, etc. However the best and most innovative part is that the company has provide all its employees with washable cloth masks (with embroidered logo).

Placed an order last night for pickup today. Paid for a desk in full because it was listed as in stock. I called customer service today and they tell this store cancelled the order. This location failed to notify me of this cancellation by either phone or email. Whoever is in charge of pickup orders should be fired. This has left a sour taste in my mouth and I will not be a repeat customer at this location

I'd say the most important thing about a store is customer service. I was looking to get a new laptop for engineering purposes and let me just say this man didn't only help me but he have me a short lecture about computers. I think his name tag said "Bassim"? I could tell he knew exactly what he was talking about. I appreciate a good work ethic and he left me satisfied and smiling.
I'll be back for my electronics needs!

Terrible online ordering with no ability to pick-up. I made an online order for pick-up at my local store. The order defaulted to a mail order. It took hours for the Staples system to even acknowledge my order, but by the time they did, the order was placed for delivery. Many, many times I tried to contact the local Staples store to address this with no answer from that store.

I've tried to call multiple times on multiple different days for different matters or questions on stock and they NEVER BOTHER TO ANSWER THE PHONE!
Very upsetting that they don't want to do part of their jobs

I went into staples today (December 26th 2019) to print out a gift certificate in colour as a present for my boyfriend and was having trouble with my email address. Karen, the girl that was working at the printing station, was super nice and helped me so much. She was also helping my mom answer questions on approximately how much it would cost to send a care package over to Russia. She really went out of her way to help me and it was very appreciated. I thanked her but hope she knows how great her customer service is and that it doesn’t not go unnoticed! Really recommend shopping there.

The sales representative (Tim) was extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable. He provided information that I was not aware of and I appreciated his patience.

Handicapé, je suis aujourd'hui allé acheter une caisse de papier. Devant le rayon, Tim m'a offert ses services. Il a mis la boîte dans mon chariot et, une fois que j'ai eu payé, il m'a accompagné pour la charger dans mon coffre de voiture, en me donnant une idée pour la décharger plus facilement en arrivant chez moi. C'est vraiment un employé sympathique, aimable et efficace.

Went to Staples Orleans to buy note book with quad rulings. It's a hard note book to find but Staples had in stock. Only two were left and they checked if black color was in stock in the back room or not. Very efficient and friendly staff. Had very good service and highly recommend this Staples.

Staff are helpful. Do be sure to double check with a manager about the fine details of a warranty before buying, but the staff are usually good enough to double check themselves.

The store is great, well laid out, with wide aisles and a great variety of products. The five star review is due to one particular employee. Vanessa. It's simple, really, she was off to the side, behind the counter, not even dealing with me and.she said "hi". That is great customer service, she brings the human interaction back to shopping. Brava, Vanessa, good work.

Consistent poor service at this location.

Tonight I went to make b&w copies. First copier was jammed. Second was out of paper. I went to the counter to ask for help, and stood behind a woman who was being informed that her order had been processed wrong, and she wouldn't have the mounted photo she planned to give as a Christmas present until Jan 2.

In fairness, they offered the replacement for free, but still made her pay for the smaller photo they printed.

By the time I was done I could overhear the copy center staff explaining why they didnt have another woman's photos printed, but they would work "right away" to get them done.

When this woman started to recount that a friend of hers had gotten immediate prints at a better price from a downtown Staples, she was told emphatically that this "never should have happened". Even though it clearly could.

My classic moment at this Staples was showing up with one of my children to make two quick copies, five minutes before closing. The person who identified themself as the Manager physically blocked me from entering the store, telling me they had shut down all the copiers already. Why shut them down before closing?

I was frustrated, especially since it took longer to block me and tell me reasons why they couldn't let me make two copies. I know it was me showing up rushed at deadline for a school project, but the attitude and approach was surprising.

I try to avoid the store in Orleans as much as possible.
