Very poor service in copy and print. 1 hour to have a page laminated. One person to service customers as the other on lunch at 2.00 in the afternoon. Clearly need more staff. As a small business owner this is an absolute waste of time to have a simple task completed.

The young lady in the media section was very helpful and went the extra mile to research other stores for the item I wanted to purchase that they unfortunately didn’t have in stock.

Absolutely embarrassing establishment!

I would strongly advise to not buy any electronics from Staples.
We purchased a computer and there so called Warranty to protect from any issues.
I have brought in my computer 4 times for repair and its only has the same issue all the same time. I spoke to Krista (Manager at alliston location) who agreed that its a lemon and they will not replace or provide a full credit to out towards a new computer. They would rather inconvenience you and send out your computer. Krista refused to have any further converstaion. I will be escalating this matter. Please stay away from Staples, especially Alliston location.

Krista and her team will not help you with any isssues but would rather inconvenience until you give up.

Amazing service always. I needed a quick scan/copy of a large sheet survey. The friendly staff in the print/copt department were able to do it in about 10 minutes! Much appreciated

Awful experience we spoke to Zain and he wasn't polite at all didn't look like he wanted to help us out with answering our questions he wasn't very knowledgeable either we had asked him why the issue happened with our computer and he didn't know how to give us an answer

Visited for the printout service. The system had some issue but the staff lady was helpful and got the job done.

Only person in the store no one wanted to help out felt like I was in the way of their cleaner …

Great experience with Nancy and Tracey, two very helpful, knowledgeable and patient Staples staff members.

I was in the Alliston store today because I needed to both scan and email important legal documents.
Not being computer savvy, I was assisted by a young associate named Tracy. She helped me throughout the entire process by talking me through the steps as well as actually doing the scanning herself because I had some mobility issues.
We chatted briefly and I found her to be professional and at the same time sympathetic to my issues.
I also required a few items in the store and spoke with at least 3 other associates. Everyone was professional and helpful and did it with a smile!
I was in this location on Saturday Oct 3 at about noon. Managers, please know that you have excellent employees.

If you're looking for office supplies this is a great choice. If you are looking for computer parts and/or equipment you'll get a better deal at Canada Computers or even Amazon.

A good place for office supplies and computer hardware or anything computer related. It's always clean, always easy to deal with the staff and product. Their only down fall is that they are more expensive then other means. But that being said you pay for the location, the staff and the knowledge they offer. Sometimes it's just easier to deal with people.

Go to ups across the road if you need anything that require more then a minute of the staffs time. I needed a file bound in plastic and it was like pulling teeth with the woman at the counter, who by the way was wearing more gold then 50 cent. Half way through out conversation I gave up and went to ups. 10 out of 10 don’t recommended.

I am a contractor and every time a need a print service I go to Allison Staples copy center. Thank you Wazhma and Tracey. Great service.

They don't open their phone systems to take calls. The store is open right now and the phone system is blocking ALL ongoing calls saying the store is closed. I recommend Walmart or TheSource.

The printing counter has a rude employee! She is shorter and not friendly and appears to hate her job. I just needed some assistance and I got the stink eye, never a smile (when I thanked her for her time) She never apologized for ruining my original and yet I still remained friendly and calm.but after she left this impression on me I decided best to share my experience. The technology student was helpful with discussing a laptop but could tell he felt the need to rush as they were short staffed. This store has changed so much.its disappointing. No longer an effortless experience. I will not be returning.

Love the variety of online tools for printing - upload from home and pick up at the store, what could be easier than that.
