I would have put a one star rating but the refund process in store for our "same day" greeting cards was quick and painless. Head to Fairview Photo Lab for better quality prints of 5"x7" media done the same day without the premium Staples charges. My partner and I ordered 25 - 5"x7" "same day" greeting cards (order b83e1d) on December 9,2023 for approximately $80. The cards were ready for pick up the following day on December 10,2023 with noticable differences in quality between the same greeting cards. We then proceeded to request a reprint of the greeting cards on December 11,2023. The Staples representative noted the difference in quality between greeting cards, provided a test print of what the greeting cards should look like, and we agreed to have them reprinted. The Staples representative stated that they were back logged with other orders and that he would send an e-mail notifying us when we should expect the reprints. No email was received; I called the following day on December 12,2023 to see if the order was ready and the Staples representative had no idea what I was talking about. She notified me that the specific representative that I spoke to in-person on December 11,2023 was not working on December 12,2023 and that he did not notify her or her coworkers that our request for reprints was in the queue. She then decided it was best to reprint the greeting cards herself and had them ready for pick up later in the day. Again, there was noticable differences in quality between the same greeting cards. I proceeded to request a refund via email to Staples Copy and Print Online Support on December 12,2023; they relayed that my partner and I should request a refund in store from the location that we ordered the cards. My partner and I then went to the store and were awarded a refund quickly with no hassle. I then ordered the same greeting cards online from Fairview Photo Lab where my greeting cards were printed to my desired quality on the same day I ordered them for a much cheaper price (~$50).

My partner and I ordered these greeting cards from Staples with the intention of having them mailed and received in time for Christmas which did not occur. I visited Staples Store 103 four times, sent an email to Staples Copy and Print Online Support, and spent a half hour on the phone to no avail; this was a huge waste of effort at a time of the year when time is of the essence. While individuals at the store were pleasant to deal with, I am appalled at the inability of Staples Store 103 to provide quality prints on the same day for the price they were charging. I suggest to Staples management at Store 103 that you properly calibrate your printers and reconfigure your management of print orders. I am extremely unlikely to ever return to Staples for any business, and will not even consider printing there again. I'll instead go local where businesses care about there customers and have the capacity to deliver on their commitments.

Large selection of office supplies. Mostly overpriced, in my opinion.
They offer photocopying and printing as well.

Been there multiple times, it’s hit or miss sometimes customer service is good and sometimes it’s not just upto marks.
Overall better than other staples.

Store is fine and the employees are okay other than the ones who run the phone kiosk, its like being at a used car dealership with how much they try and upsell their products, very annoying when you just want to pay for your items and leave.

Products are expensive except copy & print section. Store charging $20 for passport photos + $20 extra for digital photos (40$ + if you need print + digital). It’s way to expensive for photos and need to bring pen drive as well for digital photos. Other local photo service in town are providing print including digital photos for only $13.99. Way better quality then staples.

Fastest & easiest way to get print outs done! This location is usually not that busy so you can just visit them anytime and get the work done quickly. Staff is really nice and welcoming. They are always there to help you out!

Very big store with varieties of choices and stationary and office supplies. The printing area is quite tricky. One paper to photocopy they charge 0.23c but for the services charge is $3.60c.please make sure the cost first prior to starting the work. Also they do charge Fax per page $2.00

The person helping me at the Print Center was amazing, kind, patient, and dedicated; but after a total of two hours, my simple print job was never completed.

I only wanted to print a 6-page PDF that I created for Father's Day. I was told to come back the following day to try again.

Instead, I decided to buy a tablet for him to view the PDF, rather than spend $3.50 and 10 hours at Staples, because my time means more to me than money.

I ordered office supplies (toner) online. When I received the order, it was someone else's. A bunch of notebooks and erasers. Called customer service, was informed they would refund me, as they could not ship me my order now (?). Incorrect order was picked up next day. I went to Staples store, as according to their website, toner was in-stock. It wasn't. Customer Service on phone advised me they would send me a $50 coupon for my trouble. They didn't.

Went there Dec 20th. Wanted to buy the item for Staples as they have better customer service than the competition. We went for a specific item (a printer). When there we asked about "price matching" an item. They said yes and looked the item up for sale by the competition on their website. We were in Staples on (Dec 20th) and said they would NOT price match because it was a boxing day item. The price difference was 30 dollars. The item which was a printer, as you can imagine was several hundred dollars. They had 6 in stock so obviously not selling tons of them before Christmas. We were turned away by the part time sales staff so we left the store and went and bought it from the competition. We really wanted to give Staples the business, and to spend local and help Brantford but Staples policy says let the competition have the sale so went to them and bought the item. So save your time, don't spend 20 minutes on their impossible phone line, don't waste gas to drive over and ask. Don't think "buy local" just buy elsewhere. Thanks for reading.

It's about Staples company itself. Biggest scam for business account with them. I wanted to buy shredder and online Price was higher than the in-store Price. For my Business I usually never checked Prices before ordering. This time someone had told me about shredder deal. Online was higher. I went to this store, and they matched. But after this time, I won't believe on Staples. Better should find some other supplier.
Business owner whoever order with them Please be careful.

I was returned 3 times to take passport photo for newborn even though I called in advance (first was told I don’t need to bring anything just come. Later they where asking for a white blanket and asked to put my baby on floor). The staff was unprofessional and rude because it was hard to get my baby to look straight. I got reimbursed and went to Pro Passport Photo, they where amazing. Please save your baby and yourself stress and go somewhere else. This is not a place to take newborn passport pictures

Used the copying centre, where you can now make payment with a CC right at the copier. This is a great feature. Store seems cleaner, better organized and has a wider selection of items. They usually have what I’m looking for and the pricing is comparable to other stores. Several items I wanted to buy were out of stock during my last visit.

I’m generally pleased with my experiences with staples however, when my 78 year old grandfather went in to print some photos he took, no one helped him operate the photo machine, seeing as he’s a senior I expected the staples staff to offer him some assistance. Or at least the employee help him through the process rather then “it’s over there” and walking away, I’m extremely disappointed in the staff for not taking the what? 5 minutes to help an elderly person operate a machine they aren’t familiar with.

I visited with my grandmother to view android tablets only to find they had very little in stock. Much more on the website. I also recently ordered pictures for pickup here. It took over 2 weeks to get my 5 little pictures ready for pickup here and I don't recommend ordering pictures through Staples it's a very disorganized process.

I was at the staples store to get some PR Card photos taken. They did a great job getting the exact measurements required for PR card.while other stores like shoppers consistently get it wrong. It was quick and easy.

Terrible customer service at photo department.

Was told by employee that photos for passports were going to be a 20 min wait, as there were others waiting for photos as well. No problem what so ever.

Noticed that there were 6-7 other employees that were helped way before I was.

Then myself and another customer were told that the machine was broken and down for the rest of the day.

I leave the store frustrated after waiting 20 mins
Which I’m okay with for the most part.

I call instantly right after I leave the store and was told the machine wasn’t broken and that we can come in and take the photos. Why?

PS, me and the other employee were not wearing mask since tofay was the first day the mandate was revoked.

How come the machine was perfectly fine one I call as I stepped out the store?

They never pick up the phone.

Ordering business cards online has a poor user experience. It is unclear how to upload a custom premade design and bypass the integrated Canva design tool. Also not able to pick the same day printing option. And it seems impossible to get someone from the print department on the phone to work through these hurdles.

Try another shop in town for business cards.

Staff were completely useless! I went into the store for some help to scan and email some documents and was told to go over and do it myself on their computer but i have no clue how to even log on thanks for the useless help!

Not enough people working there. But the ones who are, do a great job and are extremely patient and kind. I got myself a laptop and took about 45 minutes doing so. The guy helped me every time I needed and and helped others in between. They have the cheapest laptops around. (New)

I waited way too long to find someone to help me while I was there. I ended up just leaving and going elsewhere. In comparison to the price of other retailers, I'm surprised this place is still open.

James @ Staples took the time to really understand my business/home office needs. I need solutions that enable me to work more efficiently, and he helped investigate different options. Had I shopped on Amazon (which I have before many times), I wouldn't have gotten the information, service (return/exchg) or knowledge that came with this interaction. I I definitely appreciate the human element, and will 100% be shopping there again for business needs.

Dropped the ball on a print pick up on the 25th, employee couldn't even find the order number on my confirmation (TIME SENSITIVE so useless now) and yes got my money first. Fax submission. "Yes we receive your faxes for you" yet I cannot find the "fax number" of my particular store (or any for that matter) and that's a two year old problem. I gave 2 stars because some of the employee's are "well placed" and do give their best for hardware sales.

This review is based on my recent experience trying to buy a computer.

I was in about a week ago, with the 100% guaranteed intention of buying a new computer. I looked over the products, and had 1-2 in mind for purchase. I had just been at Best Buy 5 minutes before, and had shoddy service.

I waited patiently, as there was only one associate in the computers section (understandable, as it was fairly quiet in the store). But the associate looked at me a few times, didn't even acknowledge me.

He wandered off at some point, and another associate ambled over and talked to the customers who had been there before me. They asked for the first associate again since they had been dealing with him; so the second guy wanders off. Another customer entered the area in the meantime; then when the two associates came back, Associate 1 goes back to his original customers, Associate 2 looks at me and goes to the man who entered AFTER me.

I'm 6'2", so I'm pretty hard to miss.

No acknowledgement, no "I'll be with you in a minute. "

I had pretty much the same experience at Best Buy, so I walked out.

As did my $300+ in a guaranteed sale.

Wanted to buy a tablet for my daughter, found the one that I wanted but not a salesperson to be found. I set off the display alarm while picking up one of the tablets, it took 5 minutes for someone to come turn it off. Turns out the person that turned it off isn't allowed to sell in that area.

Eventually I called a different store and made a purchase through them. They put the tablet aside at the front desk, I walked in paid for the item and walked out.

Whatever sales model this store uses is not working, if you don't have customer service you won't have sales, especially with items not stocked on the shelf. Overall I'm incredibly disappointed with this location.

I went there last week to buy a laptop, the sale person don't have a clue about the laptop I wanted to buy. I ask him if it this laptop is good he said, I guess it is wow. So I went to BEST BUY got a real good deal.
