I want to give a shoutout to Jackie. I believe she is the manager of the Welland photo shop. I had photos done that didn’t initially turn out due to wrong sizing. She was patient, and listened to my issue when I asked if it could be fixed. She helped me when her shift was over and ensured my problem was solved. She is extremely kind and went above and beyond the duty of her job! Very appreciative

Never order online to pickup at the welland store because you will be frustrated! I ordered an item to be delivered in store, went to the store when it was ready for pickup then returned it. They did not process the return and I had to go back 3 time to the store about the refund. I found the manager who called customer care but did not apologize to me for the inconvenience including his team. Very unprofessional and do not care about customers!

Don't bother trying to call the Welland store for assistance. I've called four times over the last two days to ask about the print service. Three times no one has picked up the phone - it's rung until it hangs up. The forth time I was hung up on after the phone was picked up - she didn't even listen to what I needed before she hung up.

I went to Staples in Welland for "1" B&W photocopy. They charged me $3.64 not once did the clerk say there was a self serve option (which I was not aware of until after I received my copy and paid the outrageous price.) As the store layout had changed. I will NEVER use them again. Talk about taking advantage of customers. Very very disappointed.

As a former office worker I love to go up and down every aisle checking things out. This is where I take my shredding. They always have my HP printer ink cartridges in stock.
The staff are friendly and helpful.

We visited today at staples welland we requested for passport size photos for me and my husband. She gave us two photos for each person and she charged me $49 after taxes for two photos this is too expensive I don’t know why its very bad experience for me

Overpriced peripherals. A cable I bought 5 years ago for $20 is now $71 and change after tax; and it didn't even work to boot. Thankfully getting a refund was smooth sailing.

I won't be considering Staples anymore due to the ridiculous pricing. I will be sticking to online retailers, or at the very least, other businesses for similar products

Worst customer service ever. Went in search of a flash drive but could not get a customer service rep to actually accompany me to the aisle to help me pick the one I needed. Just told me what aisle to go to. Even when I flat out asked them to come up the aisle to help me get the proper one they just said the information was on the packaging. If we didn’t need to go there to drop off Amazon returns I would never set foot in that store again.

Seriously? After he talk to his manager they fix it. But I would try to avoid this location.

Great Girls at the fax and copying area. Very helpful when ask for the help. Manager is really nice lady.really appreciate her kind help. At ending of store time. Great people on Saturday stuff. Feel welcome. Good place to shop on. Keep up your good work. Thank you.

Trying to get an important document scanned. Told 'the scanner' is broken, have to wait 24hrs. Back in line at 'solutionshop', people are literally cutting in front of the line and workers don't notice. At the front of the line, worker unable to operate scanner, passed to another worker. Still waiting for the scan at the end of this msg.

My wife and I visited this store a week or so before we left for our trip to the Philippines. So around mid June 2022. Very friendly staff working there and they answered all the questions we had. There was stock of many different items, including some of what we were looking for and purchased. We purchased a few different items and we were happy with our purchases.

Hilary, Alex and a bunch of others helped me print 75 photos, we tried it on 4 different devices, a cellphone, 2 of yheir pc, my laptop. 3 hours later, success. They even offered to dock the fujifilm 39 cent one to 14 cent if all failed.

Not happy at all with the delivery service. I would never recommend to have anything delivered to your home that there may be chance you are not there. I ordered a laptop. Most places would require a signature due to the value of the laptop. No.they left it on the top step not even in front of my door with no signature in plain view for anyone to take. What business has the right mind to do that! This is not a $2 item. Never again. I am just happy that after 3.5hrs I was still there when I got home.

Every time I have dealt with Staples I have been impressed by how friendly and courteous the workers have been. Any issue I have had with not understanding merchandise or having to return something has been handled quickly and I have always left satisfied with my purchase and the service I received. Welland Staples has great customer service and I will continue to go to them and recommend them!

I've used the printing services at this location fairly often as its' located very near to me - we're practically neighbours! The first time I used the services, I actually had a bad experience. The staff that had attended to me was providing false information to which it almost seemed like she was avoiding wanting to help me - so I left.

As our family has a local business in the area, we needed to get some of our menus printed out so I decided to test my luck and visit this location again.

Lucky for me, I met a gentleman named Justin who I believe is part of management - he was so helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and was able to turn my previous bad experience into a real good one with him. I appreciate you!

Based on this experience, I decided to keep coming back and on the most recent visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Jackie! She too, was so helpful, knowledgable, friendly, and really good at what she does! I appreciate you too!

Because of these two individuals especially, I will continue to come to this location for my personal and business needs!

Kudos to them!

I have visited this location for various jobs at their print and copy center and have always been looked after with friendly and prompt service. They are always there to assist. Staff here is always nice and helpful. The store though it just seems so empty there really isn't anything there, so it so hard to try to find a product to see or try out which sucks but is happening everywhere. Other wise store is always clean and organized.

I went to buy head phones and could not look at the product. Empty boxes on display. I was told they could not sell the product if they open it. I had to take it home and open it and if I did not like them bring them back. Frustrating shopping.

These people are some of the most outstanding employees ever. They went above and beyond for me helping me find what I was looking for even though they didn't carry it. When I came back because I lost my phone they came out in the parking lot helping me look for it let me use find my iphone overall just really amazing staff and customer service thank you so much!

Just walked in to buy a Asus RT5300 Router. Sales kid was on me in seconds. Told him I want to buy this item for $379. He shockingly says "really" I stated yes. He grabs the box and days he will have it at register and starts the additional coverage portion of the sale. I tell him not interested. A few minutes he appears at the register without the router and tells me it will be a few more minutes but while am waiting he wants to upsell me the additional coverage still. I tell him no thanks just cash me out I want to get out and get home. His response is to say it is his job to tells about the additional coverage available. I then preceded to walk out telling him to sell to someone else. I will never walk into this Staples again.

Absolutely the worst customer service via telephone I have ever experienced! I have an item in for service and for 3 days I have tried calling the store and the phone rings and rings.then an automated message comes on and it rings and rings and finally the message says we cannot answer your call right now and hangs up on you. What a marvelous, impersonal and unappealing feeling you get. I could have driven there faster than the amount of time I have spent calling and waiting and waiting.and I am coming from Fort Erie. Just plain awful.

She not only surpassed my expectations in formatting exceptional marketing material but also helped 3 other satisfied customers. I'm giving this a 5-star rating because the customer service was first class. We bought a Canon printer but had to replace as it was defective. We then asked for another one and had issues with it as well. We had bought the appropriate ink, had opened them but not yet used them and had no issues at all returning both printers or the ink cartridges. They were fast, efficient, friendly and courteous. The sales person who sold us the printer was excellent as well.

Very helpful staff, and no crowd. Went here to print some papers, there are obviously printers and one computer if you need one - it is attached to a printer. I have a staples print card that is reloadable. I was also able to get my passport photos done here for $15 or so; which was a Great deal compared to elsewhwre!

Many people don't hesitate in writing a review when things go bad, but also many don't give credit when credit is due. Welland Staples here's a shout out for two great staff members.first Andrew in the tech dept.knowledgeable.courteous and committed to providing superior customer service.helped me several times to pick out the best headsets for my needs. WTG Andrew. Next Hayley on the cash made my purchase and return very easy. She explained my options for extended warranty service without trying to pressure me into making the purchase. Workers know what there doing, I haven’t gone there once and had bad issues. I bought my keyboard, mouse, and chair from here and got great prices every time, there also good for back to school shopping.

Absolutely horrible experience. Copy staff member was so rude and unprofessional when I enquired about why the copier was so slow. I travel for work and I have been at many staples across the province. I don’t think I will ever go back to the staples in Welland due to the way I was treated by that staff member who has 20 years experience in the copy industry!
