I recently went to this staples for its FEDEX services which were appalling. Even though there were 3 or 4 employees

I went to make copies from photos in my phone. I went to the copy center and she said she couldn't help me or she'd have to charge me. So, I went to the cashier who told me everything I needed to know and saved me lots of money by telling me to choose black&white option cuz the default is color, which is about 5x more a copy.

Get the staples card from the cashier first. It's refillable at the cashier and saves you a lot of grief.

Nice store and unique. Great for browsing new computers, etc.

The guy that helped me pick out my office chair was really great! Definitely will come here again if I need to

Alison was the greatest help in finding me a solution. There was no more coat check tickets and she was able to spend time finding a solution in the print shop. She was excellent in customer service with my last minute needs & I would totally recommend her expertise.

I recently purchased a monitor, chair and other supplies to set up a home office. The associate, Hitesh (sp?), was most helpful and very patient with me. He helped me to put together a package that fit with my budget. I could not be happier with the service and products I purchased.

Tom and Muskan in the printing department were so patient and helpful when helping our newborn take passport photos which was very challenging. We ended up staying pass closing time to get a valid photo. Thank you so much for your assistance! The customer service was over and above what we expected. Everyone else we met was so friendly. Definitely recommend you coming. Thanks again Tom and Muskan!

Went in to the photocopy and print centre and was extremely impressed with how helpful and professional the staff at this store were. A beautiful new Staples store with a co-working space, coffee shop, fully stocked shelves and great staff.

Have visited this staples on several occasions - to print and eventually to buy a printer. It's really well stocked. Everything you'll need for home office and arts/crafts projects. Generally low footfall when I went and no issue with getting service. I had an unpleasant experience once with the payment processor incorrectly registering my card, but whatever. Useful place, would visit again if I needed to.

Excellent customer service, amazing looking new space, glad to finally have the Accessibility that the other location was lacking.

Coffee shop on site is $$$$, very few hours actually open.

I bought a Canon printer from the store and i paid a hefty dollar for it.

After one year plus 3 weeks of use, it broke down. I brought it back and they said, too bad the warantee had expired by 3 weeks. Plus they dont do repairs.

I contacted customer service for Canon but they don't do repairs but referred me to a shop 20 miles away which charges 80.00 per hour.

Do what you willI will never buy another Canon computer product. I'd like to say that i'll never shop at staples again but all the big box stores are the same.

Their sole function is to rip off the customers for as much as they can and get away with it.

I go to this staples location all the time to print out packaging slips and they have supplies available to do so. Today was not a pleasant experience where I asked someone for tape so I can tape it to my box. She offered a purolator packaging slip instead of the tape I requested for. I told her this is for Canada post. She grumpily put the purolator package away and told me I had to pay for tape… tape that I had used even during Covid without charge. I told her I had 2 slips of paper to tape on my packaging box. So then she again grumpily put the tape out that was in the drawer by her. What bothered me the most was her attitude.

This is the best Staples in Toronto, staff are helpful and will give advice if you ask for it. This to me is a concept location there is a coffee shop within the store, I could be mistaken but I think there is temporary office space that can be rented out as well. Never had an issue here, physical size of the store it is not the biggest. If you are driving to this location there is not a lot of parking in the front it is shared with a neighboring small business.

Awesome customer service. The store manager Sheldon accepted my FedEx return parcel despite it being a little overweight

The staff is always friendly and ready to help. I forgot my passport in their scanner one week ago and found it today.

The new place is a bit further for us but it is way better! The print shop actually has fast customer service now compared to the old place. Ideal for when you're in a rush (which I am typically haha)

Ordered a filing cabinet online for pickup. Called the store to enquire if could be picked up same day, as it listed 4 in stock. Manager said we should cancel online order and just come in and buy one there. Got to store 2 hrs later. Don't have any in-store. Staff were confused. (In store Staff were very nice and did their best to assist) Staff pulled up computer to show me they had 1 in-store.the floor model.and 3 in warehouse. Would take 2 days to get. Decided to wait for online order instead as we never canceled it. 2 days layer get email that online order canceled. No reason given. Sale price on item ended the same day we got email. Shady as hell. HATE this practice of saying something is in stock.when it's 2 days away in a warehouse. This is why Amazon is killing these retailers.

These guys should really sell Pilot G-2 pens in their store and not just online. At least they have nice notebooks.

The copy center staff may need more support. I'm usually happy with the service here. While I spoke with one of the staff to inquire about business cards, I was handed a template book, and the next customer stepped forward. I wasn't done, but the staff just moved to the next customer, so I was left there with a sample of photos completely unrelated to business cards.

The front desk staff were very helpful on other matters, but I was disappointed in the copy center. Also, when I attempted to order the business cards in the company's website, I wasn't able to upload my designs. Maybe additional staff and training might help? I hesitate to complain, especially since retail workers are already dealing with so much, but improvements here will make shopping better for everyone.

They are very prompt and reachable on phone call. Hitesh was really helpful when we visited this branch.

Good service. They are offering just online and takeout but I got what I asked for in good shape.

Wonderful store. They have a wide variety of products. Employees are very gentle and helpful and especially the employee - Reetika. Had a lovely experience visiting here.

They must hire more staff for this location as they are overwhelmed with print orders and curbside pickup as of March 2021.

Say that they price match with Amazon, take forever trying to find the product and turn around and say it has to be sold by Amazon and not a 3rd party, don’t waste your time, if you see it on Amazon and you have prime, just order it there, will save you time, effort and aggravation.

Lazy Staff. I have used their services multiple times and found the staff multiple times either doing the wrong print order or taking even more than a day even for printing single page. Many of the in-store items can be found at better prices on amazon and other sellers

Free parking, to get all your shopping done, the staff here are amazing and kind. I visited on Monday, November 9,2020 at 7pm. I went to make some photocopies, and the printer was just not doing what I needed and making beeping sounds. The staff member from Tech corner located next to the entrance (Whom I asked where can I make photocopies) was walking by to a back room I believe. He stopped and asked if I needed help and listened to my issue. Apologized for my inconvenience, tried to diagnose it and helped me sort it out with the print area staff. The copy machines are a hit and miss, you need to insert your payment card and the one I was using atleast didn't function properly. 12 cents per page black and white.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Product pricing are getting more competitive and better stocked than before. Prices sometimes better than Amazon.

Satisfied customer service and always ready to help. They have put all the stationery items well organized and you will find whatever your need easily.

Waited for half an hour for a "ready for pick up order". Bunch of people don't know what they are doing. Don't go.

Pretty good store with self-use printing. However understaffed to support a lot of customers at once although fairly quick to help out. Store is in need of a upgrade! Feels dull and dark.

My customer service experience at this location today = HORRIBLE

Details: I went to the print service, waited in line for a good 5 minutes until "Prena" I am not sure if I got the name right, received me. I told her that I have a picture on my USB to print. She said since it is only one picture, she will take the customer's order that is behind me and will print my order after. I did not ask why but let her take the other customer. I waited another 5 minutes until she was done. I asked her why she took the other customer before me? Her answer was blah, blah, blah. Then I had to wait again because her colleague was using the only computer that they have to print pictures. I just could not take any longer, took my USB, spoke to a manager and told her about the experience. She offered to help, I said NO. I will go somewhere else. I pay for the service and if it is horrible, I better pay where I receive the proper service. I will never go to this location again.

Always a good experience shopping at Staples, Front East, Toronto. Professional and polite service delivered on time.

I've been to this location a couple times and the staff has always been incredibly helpful. They always have what I need. And the layout is easy to maneuver.

I got to Staples at the end of the day on a Friday night (just before 9 pm) and "Mike B. " looked for a product for me. When he couldn't find it he looked in the back of the store and then went up a ladder to look in storage and checked the computer.he was super friendly all the time. In short, appreciate the kind, friendly staff who are super helpful at Staples.

Staples were everywhere. Almost stapled my excess foreskin 'by accident'. Judging by the staffs reaction this seemed to be a normal occurrence. Sickos

Very good experience. One way to rate the quality of a store (especially a chain) is to see what the staff and management are like when there is a problem. I had a problem with a product that I had purchased and it was dealt with cheerfully and professionally, without making me feel the least bit uncomfortable. 4 stars not 5 because the quality of the item (which had already been replaced once) was substandard. Shout out to Manager Matte. Good job!

The experience in store is good and the people are great. However, the online print ordering ("high quality" one week service done off prem) is disappointing. The quality of the prints are poor.

The most refreshing thing about Staples is the fact that they are ALWAYS in an "in stock" position. And, at every location. Oftentimes, with other multi-location stores, one has to predict if they are going to have what one needs. Also, each and every sales associate is bright-faced and walks the customer to the item required, if requested. This kind of service died with Eaton's in 1996.
I find their pricing fair, and I love their business centre. High quality printing and collation as well as courier services.
Let's ALL shop there, and keep them in busines!

Rude staff and Management. Would rather talk down and argue then addidt and help. This is the store that lost all our business for staples as a company.

It's Staples. They have office supplies. The location at Gerard Square had a better selection of keyboards and mice when I was looking for those but this location is fine as well.

I left a package with a prepaid Fedex label to be picked up on Monday, when I tried tracking it the next day, it couldn't be found. I went back to the store to inquire about it and it hadn't been sent out but was assured it would be sent out the next day. The following day the exact same thing happened once again. I had to go back a third time and the package was just sitting there and hadn't been sent out - I ended up taking it back and needed to schedule my own Fedex pick up. Extremely inconvenient and disappointed with the level of service.

Just got a 30$ parking ticket because I had to leave to get cash to pay for my purchase. I was gone less than 3 mins. The ATM is across the street! So mad I left without the things I need. I've got to use cash to get reimbursed from work. Thanks staples! Now in out of pocket and supplies!

Customer service is good but printing is too expensive. I printed black and white pages about 25 PC and cost almost $35. Pay for computer use also printing too expensive.

Contents of aisles are clearly marked. Product in aisles is logically ordered for the many brands, styles, sizes, and prices. Store is clean and bright.

I asked for help with the copy machine and the employee told me it would be an extra 3 dollars if he helped me.didn’t know being a decent human being had to cost me money now a days smh staples do better.

The worst print service I've experienced. The print machines are outdated and can't handle large pdf documents. Understaffed. Waited 1hr and paid unnecessary service fee just to print 50 pages. Avoid.

Excellent customer service, the lady who assisted me was very helpful in guiding me to get what I needed. She did it with a smile. Ample free parking is available as well right in front of the store.

Great customer service and attentiveness. There is always someone around asking if you need help. It could have been that I was one of the few patrons at the time, but I was approached at least 3 times for assistance. It was an “anti” Canadian tire experience! Sometimes the staff members can be “too” helpful as they wait around while you make a decision. The place is tidy and organized and they have a good stock of Staple branded products as well as other items. Parking space is also ample for a downtown location. Prices for their electronics and smart home tech are not as competitive, but they can probably price match. Overall a pleasant shopping experience and I will return when I’m in area.
