Very Rude customer service. I just asked for a stapler for my sheets but that Braid Hair Lady shouted and insulted me that I have to wait first she is talking to somebody else. No problem I could wait but this could be said politely as well.

I had a very unpleasant experience at the Staples photocopying section. There was no staff available to assist the customers with their printing needs. I had to help two other customers who did not know how to print from their mobile phones. This caused a lot of delay and frustration for everyone. 2. When I finally asked an associate for help, he was very rude and disrespectful to me. He seemed to have a negative attitude and wanted to draw attention from his colleagues. I think Staples should have at least one courteous and knowledgeable staff member in the photocopy area at all times!

I am a regular shopper at Staples Airport Road, Customer service at this store is great that keep bringing me back to the store. Sunny is a great Associate at the store and has great product knowledge. He has been helpful in picking up the right stuff.

Hello, I went to 2937 queen street East brampton, I was in the store at 5: 25 had to wait in the line for 10 minutes my turn came at 5: 35, I need a simple photocopy, the tall asian girl and african girl at the copy centre refused the service because they had to go home exactly at 5. They had 25 minutes to do a simple photo copy on a glossy paper and they refused, gave me a lot it attitudes and was extremely rude. I called the store manager to complain he also argued back also was really rude and started blaming me for coming late?
30 minutes before closing is last minute for 1 photo copy nothing special.
Please contact the branch owner and tell them to train them staff properly and how to treat customers with respect.

What kind of garbage operation is this manager Prashant running trying to get his commissionns up by denying ppl sale and keepung the sale hostage.

Was abt to buy a $800 laptop. The manager prashant who is himself standing around the store and 3 to 4 other employees in the computer dept are standing around too since its not busy.

They only have the last floor model that the slaes person pushed on me. The manager says i cam pick up the laptop tomorrow since its a floor model. The only way i can pick it up today is if i purchase a warranty package for $240.

Whenever I return my Amazon parcels there thru ups they get lost. I'm not sure if they are getting stolen but it is annoying that I then have to open an investigation with Amazon. I don't trust this place no more.

I wish I could rate in negative. I wanted to buy a HomePod mini. I checked out prices on the website and it was $119 and change. I called this store to confirm it’s availability. I was told that they have plenty in stock. I was confused between two colours and wanted to see both to come to a decision. However, they had no display pieces available. They had all other brand speakers on display but the HomePod mini. I just decided to go with space grey and when I reached the cash counter, the rep told me that it was an open box piece. It wasn’t mentioned anywhere on the website that those pieces are open box. I wanted a new piece because it doesn’t make sense to get an open box piece for just $10 less. When I asked for more discount, since it was an open open box piece, the rep declined and told me he can’t do anything. I just left the store. First they made a false claim on the website and later when I called the store, I wasn’t told that they don’t have a brand new piece. Had a horrible experience as I only ended up wasting gas and time.

Try to pick up a Lenovo comeback internet site was say they had to left but find out that they did not have any left so had to downtown staples on main Street sound internet was tellme that they had 3 left go there and I got one there so happy with my Lenovo 3 14.6 crombbook but like it will take a bit to get used to it but would be nice if sites update there sites a little more but owell got it now

Worst customer service at this location. I highly recommend Brampton people don't go to this location because the Manager was so RUDE. No smile at all. Doesn't know how to resolve the issue or how to keep the customer happy.
Bought a printer and I was told it would print 100 color pages but the cartridge was out of ink after 21 pages printing.
I took back the printer to the staples at 2937 Queen street location for return due to ink issue, spoke to the guy at the service desk.
He was very rude and arrogant, doesn't want to listen the issue/concern. All he said our return policy is 30 days and after that you would need to contact the manufacturer.
I cannot help you what is says on the box, do what ever you want to do with the printer. He didn't allow my husband to speak while he was talking to me. He said to my husband, let me finish with her first then I talk to you. This is how they deal with the customer to resolve the issue.
I asked him to give me the store credit or allow me to exchange the printer with black & white. He refused it and asked me to keep the printer until next year to get the money back from staples. Even though I have an extended one year warranty.
I asked for the manager, he said I'm the manager, here's my card.
I'm the service manager. Do what ever you want to do.

I have been trying to contact someone at this location for a few hours now by phone and no one has picked up. They are a designated fedex location - DO NOT Send your packages via fedex through them. We shipped something last week to arrive today and paid extra for express delivery. The shipment has not even left the store and you cannot even get anyone to pick up the phone to see what the situation may be. We paid 41 dollars because this was an urgent situation and now we do not have the package or someone to provide us with any customer service to resolve this.

They are always out of paper for fuji picture printer. I came all the way to get print outs and the staff standing idle doing nothing told me it's been out of paper since yesterday and going to take time.she clearly didn't know how to put it and I had to leave. Such a waste of time!
The customer service is worst, the staff treats like they are doing a favor.

The place was a great place to shop, it was big clean and very tidy. The only problem was with two of the staff, first I asked if Staples sold fax machines she replied by sending me over to a department that "sends faxes". Ok that could have been a misunderstanding but secondly I asked another staff if they have a pop machine she said no and yet when I checked out there was a coca cola machine standing beside the check out. I left the store feeling very confused.

Pathetic experience today.

I went to Staples for printout at 4: 48 Pm on a Saturday with 12 minutes to close the store. The employee there was very rude and told printing would close at 4: 45 and he can’t allow me in. After multiple requests he let me me in but asked to stop printing at 5. I just had couple
Of documents and felt this behaviour very inappropriate.

This has got to be the worst staples i have ever visited. These people have no sense of customer service. After having a clear understanding of the printing problem i am facing, they made no effort to reasonably facilitate a solution and instead doubled down on their "policy. " They'd rather shred a used/wasted paper than let me use it to fix my printing problem, which I faced due to their defective labels. Furthermore, their printing centre so called "printing experts" do not print anything on their own products that they sell in store.why? I have no clue, nor do they. I have no time for leaving reviews, and i haven't left anyone a review for anything for a long time. I am too busy for this nonsense and I have a high tolerance for bad customer service, but they somehow managed to make me mad. Thanks for nothing. Not returning here again.

I went there to get airpods which are 30$ expensive then Amazon as per they have policy that we can do price match but they said they can do only for one pair not for two what kind of policy is that same product but if u buy two then no price match.worst experience

Pure wastage of time. I wanted to click photo and wanted soft copy, they do not send in email so I have to but a USB from them, extra $10 gone. After click their system did not recognize USB, restart of their system took 20 mins… still using very old system, even restart did not solve the problem. Ultimately had to leave without job done. 1 hour wasted.

Kudos to Joe and Avneet who went an extra extra mile to help with my printer issue. I have never seen store employees walking extra to help people. It was a difficult situation but they handled it very well. Joe deserve to be a senior manager because of his exceptional qualities and polite behaviour.

Hands down the best customer service I have received in any retail store in Brampton. Associate by the name of HAMZA, went the extra mile for my new businesses marketing needs.
I was able to save a lot of bucks and still be quite efficient in the process- All thanks to his suggestions and knowledge. He also signed me up for a Staples program which is for discounted businesses needs which I was not aware of.

Visited their print section today for printing and binding.
Great service starts from a good customer service representative.
Gurleen was the representative who took good care of my printing needs. She is knowledgeable and know here work well. She provided the appropriate advise for right product to choose.
Employees like here are asset for any organization.

VERY POOR SERVICE VIA PHONE I have tried for three days to call this store #136 to find only a please call back again there busy. I tried other extension and the same. There seems to have nobody answering the phones. I gave up. I called head office to find not much of answer about my experience with calling this store. It took 3/4 of a hour to just reach head office support. If this continues with having Worst customer service it will not be long and Staples will be out of business. I ended up ordering the item from Amazon which was very easy and always has great customer support.
Suggestion to Staples pay attention to peoples comments and improve your store customer service.

Worst customer service. They do not care for the value of time for their customers. Staples has hired inexperienced staff who took 1 hour to open a system and then figure out there is no internet.
They wasted my 1.5 hrs for a simple work of sending courier through Fe-DeX. While making payments they sent me to 3 different counters because they were not able to help me with the payments.

July 9 7: 35 pm. FYI Rick. We have much corporate orders from Staples and your branch. I called in to replace a defective chair I paid 1 year replacement warranty on. Due to a mobility issue, I requested if store could assist. First an associate picked up. Then escalated to a lady Service Manager (please Id her). She asked me to read out the order #. What I had was an in-store purchase E-receipt. There are numbers all over but none says an order #! She was adamant and rude that I could not find an order #. The lady SM repeatedly asked me to visit the store - insensitively. Did I mention a mobility issue Rick? Finally the lady SM repeated some rude linguistic code and hung up on me! One star rating is too much. Deal with this or I will consider further escalation.

I called in advance twice to ask if they take passport pictures for infants - I was told yes twice by the print dept. I went to staples waited in line outside with my baby only to be told they don’t do infant photos by the manager even when the dept said they do.

Terrible experience trying to place an online order for pickup from this location. Waited 5 hours just to receive a cancellation notification with no explanation. I ended up purchasing a more expensive laptop from Best buy with zero problems.

Staff is so careless, I placed order online and did not received confirmation email to pickup my stuff for a week. I went there to check they sent me back that you need to wait for the email. After waiting for another few days I went there and got same reply then I asked them how it is possible that my order is not ready in 11 days and that sales person asked me to wait and went inside and said sorry, my parcel was there for long time and no one bother to send email. Staff is not very helpful at all compare to other locations. Specially the woman at cash counter.

The individual who answered was very rude about it The, and said no transfers. I still told him to have a good day. I got an email stating that my order is available for pickup. I drove to the store, called the number, pressed 6 (as asked) to let a customer (pathetic) care representative that I am out. It went on and on multiple times for 20 minutes and no one answered. I came out of the car finally and walked upto the glass door and saw that a gentleman sitting inside giving me hand gestures and walking upto the door, saying that we don’t answer calls! Seriously?
He stated that pickup time is 12 pm to 5 pm. How am I suppose to know because the email did not say so and the there was no recorded message on the phone number stating this?
Can you please let me know if I asked for something more than I should’ve or is this the standard Customercare provided at Staples these days?

Cannot handle a simple printing job.
They take well beyond their guaranteed times to complete your order. I ordered on Thursday November 19th and was told and provided in an email confirmation that it would take 3 business days. It has now been 5 and I still have not received an email telling me it's ready.
When I called the store the man on the line gave me an excuse that they aren't printed in house and they haven't received them back yet and there was nothing he could do because they were not there. Staples clearly needs to change their guaranteed times or invest in a more competent staff - I suggest the latter.
Never trusting this location again.

Employees were great and had a great knowledge of the devices. They were also so responsible regarding their work. When they fixed my device they gave me a call but i was unable to pick that call so they left a voicemail for me. This is awesome. Really appreciated.

Why store price tag don't reflect sale or lower price. You buy something tag shows regular price they charge you regular price unless you tell them each item sale price.i not talking about web sale. I am taking about regular store sale. I was Three times in two months needed something urgent it was not good experience.had to go find staff and wait long time and first time they tried to charge me over sale price for 12 item. For 2nd and 3rd time I needed something urgent just gave up and left empty handed.very bad experience overall.it must be management who have policy to do this.

I went to scan some documents today to this store and Barb helped me in getting a computer but unfortunately there was long wait as someone was using the scanner. I went to ask if someone can show me a budget scanner, then Bryan came in helped me with the process in finding one out till checkout. Very friendly staff, great experience. Will recommend this place.

I don't like giving negative reviews but this for the Staples store manager who doesn't know how to deal with customers. Doesn't hear you out - putting your call on hold. When I called the second time another employee picked up- when he was trying to attend my call, manager just grabs the phone and is saying 'please meet the store manager'. She can do all the shouting and is asking others to 'be polite'. What an irony!
