HUGE shout-out to Chloe, the young lady working in the Copy & Print Centre at the Orangeville location this afternoon (28-July-2023). An elderly woman came into the self-serve photocopy centre with some very old fragile magazines and wanted to make some enlarged copies of some patterns. She had sticky notes on sticky notes! Chloe was so patient and did the work herself to save the lady the costs and to make sure the enlargements were perfect for her. Thank you Chloe for making someone's day just a little bit easier!

Splilled a glass of water on my laptop. Took it to the Orangeville store on December 31st. I was supposed to get email updates. Called the store on the 6th. They said that it had been looked at and that I would be getting an update. No response came. Went in to the store on the 9th. They said I'd have to call the store Tuesday morning. I have called numerous times and I can't get a live body on the phone. Very poor service!

Got my passport photos done and went to apply for a passport only to find out that my photo was too big, and there was not enough room left on top of the photo.recommend going to the UPS store on Broadway, photo was done right and it was quicker.

The management (David) and team at this location went above and beyond trying to help us out today with locating a product after our online order was cancelled (no fault of this location) really fantastic customer service and super impressed with the staff here. Thank you!

One of the reasons I had to come to Orangeville was because I purchased a new chair for my desk and was disappointed because the height of the chair didn't go as high as it indicated on line.

So I went to Orangeville to check out the store. And look over and try out the desk chairs that were in the store.

It's better to see and try the different chairs rather than purchasing one and then trying to return it.

Of course, no one was around so I just made myself at home pulling out the various desk chairs and trying them out.

Finally a young lady asked if I required assistance.

And for the next 15 minutes she would pull a chair out put the other ones back.

Until I came across a gaming chair. That was extremely comfortable and was at the height I like to sit at.

Then I asked if they had home delivery and was told I had to shop on line for that service.

So the trip was a success, however, the store didn't get the credit for the sale.

Which I feel is not right.

Since more and businesses are closing stores and offering on line shopping.

I wouldnt really have found the right chair without visiting the store.

So it might be helpful, if the individual stores could offer home delivery.

And just as a foot note.

I found my bottles of black parker ink at the store, however it wasn't available on line.

Stars for sympathy. Came inside this store 3 times today and NOONE EVEN APPROACHED ME. Need to purchase a laptop tablet for school. I guess only acknowledging those that they know for sure are purchasing. Glad I didn’t spend hundreds of $$ on poor customer service.

Went in looking for a colour printer that is compatible with a chromebook and a staff recommended the brother brand and showed me negative reviews for HP. Unfortunately the brother printer I bought is not compatible.

There was a sign on the door for a special deal directing us to inquire inside when we did the cashier had Had no idea what we were talking about we pointed to the sign on the door she told us she'd have to get help as She was new and had no idea pretty sad pretty sad I guess she doesn't even read speed all the posters and banners on the way into her place of work every day

Same experience as the last few people. Spent about a half hour inside, no staff members inquired with us. Finally found the item that there was supposed to be 3 in stock of. 2 placeholder cards of it were sitting on the wall, cashier went to the back and told me there weren't any in stock (apple USB-C to 3.5mm adapter). I asked if she could check in with a merchandiser because the website said there were 3 in stock at this location, and she said no. Working in the same industry, it was pretty clear she just got tired of looking because an adapter wasn't worth her time.

Had earbuds to buy as well and was told they were final sale, even if they were left sealed. This part isn't her fault, if true, but is a really bad corporate business practice. There should always be a reasonable window to return sealed, unopened products. We had a few other items as well, but we decided to not purchase anything at all, and left.

Went to Bestbuy, was greeted at the door and asked if we wanted assistance finding anything. Followed the guy, and had the adapter in my hands in a matter of seconds. Very stark contrast in CS.

Efficient curbside pickup. Nice enough staff but it's a painful experience here. You don't pick up online orders at the online desk apparently lol. You have to attempt to flag someone down at the other desk. There's nobody in the store, 'should' be an easy task. Fairly disorganized in general.

Went to staples with my son to look for quite a few things to prepare for him heading back to school in September, Not knowing where anything really was I asked an associate for assistance. Dylan walked me to each and every item and ensured I had the right thing before moving on. Truly made my experience at the store amazing, If somehow you're reading this, thank you again Dylan

I have been going to this location since they opened here in Orangeville many years ago.

It is my defacto place to pick up, back to school supplies, printer ink, and other home office supplies.

They have a good selection of computers and paraphernalia, office furniture, art supplies, backpacks and computer bags, office supplies and a shipping desk.

The prices are fair, and the staff are always friendly.

There's never enough people working in the 'solution shop'. I used to come here to have things shipped and there was always at least 2 people working in this department. Then something changed and there were new people and now I am standing here.again waiting with other people standing here waiting too.

The lady next to me just wanted a copy of something large and the guy didnt even know how to do it so now there are 2 people trying to do it!

This is frustrating because i have things to do and places to go.

Sometimes I find they don't have much in stock but the staff make up for the lack of stock by working hard to find what your looking for and get it fast

Terrible customer service, spent all morning being ignored waiting for an associate from the printing department to answer the phone for a simple question. Pathetic. What's the point of having your business hours posted if you don't abide by them Stapes? If you open at 9am answer the phone.

Thank you to Manav Puree and Howard and especially Chris Topham for getting my computer tower to work again and resolving the issues. I will come back to Staples again for future service because of the service I received and the knowledge of the staff and again, especially Chris. Anyone needs their computer/equipment repaired or information, Staples, here is where to go for honesty and integrity. Customer Service at it's highest standards. Andrew Foster

Recently was trying to purchase a gaming chair that was on sale and at first I was disappointed. I had gone into the store the day before I was going to purchase the chair to reserve what they had "in stock". I was told that they had two in stock, the floor model and one in box. I was then told that the one in box would be put aside for me to come pick up the next day. Unfortunately when I had gone in the next day to pick up the reserved chair, they were unorganized and couldn't find the boxed chair. The manager came over to assist and offered to either order the chair online for me which would take 5 days or I could take the floor model. The floor model, being scuffed dirty, was offered at no sort of discount and I was told by the manager that they, "Usually charge more for the floor model. " She eventually wandered off and left me in the hands of Danny.

Danny is what made this review a five star. Danny was extremely helpful, very patient and did all he could do to help me out. His customer service was unmatched and I eventually did buy the floor model along with a protection plan for said chair. An otherwise poor experience was pleasantly turned around by the assistance from Danny and for that I say thank you Danny.

Had a couple of printed photos to scan, the staff here got them scanned at very high quality and even formatted my too-full USB drive to make room - great service!
