Tried the print photos from phone and it worked very well and quickly. Simple and easy to use. Only 4 X 6 prints but this is a standard size. Clean glossy prints and really great price. Will definitely be using in future

Staff are always helpful and not pushy! I appreciate that they let me browse after making contact to see if they can help. They have always either been ready to answer my questions or get someone who is more knowledgeable. Clean store!

I wouldn't recommend printing your photos here. They don't use proper photography print paper, the photos aren't crisp/are blurry and the sizing isn't exact so a 5" x 7" picture was approximately 4.75" x 6.75". I also waited 4 days for the same day service.

I have a very bad experience with the Purolator employer in this store.she is not nice and makes you feel like you take every thing for free.
Everyone has a job with public has to be patient and nice.
No one pays money for smile it is for free.
I will never go to this store any more.

Garbage service. Sat in line for prints for 5 minutes.was second in line and they helped everybody but me? Pulled people from behind me out of the line to help them. B. S

Have been bringing items to be shipped all over Ottawa, Belleville and Kingston for 5 years and never had an issue. This location the guy was smug and seemed to enjoy telling me he would charge for packaging when that's never happened before and he tried to tell me he wouldn't ship it because he thought it was biological. Bad experience. Will still use staples, but not this location.

Misleading Pricing - Beware you will find a price above an item clearly posted with the a different description and when you get to the cash the price is higher than you expected. Posted Price $52.99 (See photo) Price on Receipt / Paid $76.99 - Was told to read the description in the fine print.

Worst experience here at staples. I wanted to scan some documents and send it to myself by email. They denied by saying they can only send it in a USB device. First question is why can not by email when you scanned the document and you have it?
I went to see other employees near the tech area and said you can send it to my phone by a data cable. But again said no.the reason: there is no output for a phone. That’s weird. When a USB can be connected, a phone can also be connected by a data cable. They could have just sent it my phone. But no, they wanted me to buy a USB anyway. I don’t know about their system but only thing i know is where ever the USB can be inserted in a machine, a data cable can also be inserted. And both have storage capabilities.

It's like the staff are actively trying to avoid you. Put in an order for curbside pickup a week ago and still haven't heard back about it.

Unclear and not explicit in their dealings, I bought a laptop from them and did not tell me that it was a factory warranty for only 3 months, they told me that for a year, and after 6 months of purchase, the laptop suffered a mechanical failure and the screen was broken, and when asked about the warranty they escaped responsibility and did not admit their mistake, and this is a reason I have a big financial loss and problem, I do not advise you to buy from them

No problem returning an audio recorder when encountered power supply problems within the first month. Appreciated the exchange policy, and the understanding staff (Sandi).

We ordered a task-chair on-line 2.5 weeks ago. A followup emails saying that task-chair is shipped and expect delivery in 1 week. After a week nothing happens. Try to call staples, only accept on-line chat. Then the chat-person told me I need to wait another 1 or 2 days to get another delivery notice email with tracking number. Another week gone-by and nothing received. On-line chat again, and I was told it is shipped from Canada warehouse, and the courier is FedEx. But FedEx has no tracking number given to them. Sounds like they loss my shipment.and on top of that, I was chatting to someone who is not even in Canada. Got knows where-on-earth whom I was talking to. Now they want me to wait another 2 to 3 days. Should never do the on-line order with staple at the first place.: (

I have used Staples over 20 years for business and personal printing and they do excellent work and have never failed me yet. I highly recommend Staples for its top quality workmanship and top quality staff.

I've noticed a marked improvement in overall prices. I used to avoid them for their historically high prices. The staff were very helpful when asked for assistance. Overall however despite being a Friday afternoon there seemed to only be a skeleton staff. The store is huge and has a large selection of office and high tech hardware. It is like a warehouse. I'm not sure if it was a good thing or not but there were no sales or tech staff visible. On the positive side it means you're not swarmed or stalked like some stores. Overall a pleasant shopping experience and noticeably lower prices on suppliers.

The girl at the print shop was not only good looking. She also helped me and my wife print something using their somewhat complicated system. She was friendly and helpful. May need to get a sense of humor though:)

Computer workstations cost 0.30 a min to use and are deliberately outdated and slow. Took a minute to launch MS Word, only to find print didn’t work.

Had just us much fun with the photocopier, which gave an error the equivalent of PC LOAD LETTER.

Great place to shop for xmas electronic gifts in this time of year. This Staples store is located in Merivale Mall with plenty of parking spaces.

Was in the store yesterday and received great assistance by Fadi with laptops and smart home products - he was knowledgeable, friendly, and not too aggressive - Thanks Fadi! Store was clean, had products in stock as per the levels on the website, and checkout was simple.

This is my go to location for office supplies and printing quick orders. Whether it's a banquet program, or giant poster, they always deliver in stellar fashion, and promptly. Their customer service is excellent too. Just tonight for example, I gave them the wrong document to print (two hundred, 8 page programs). Even though they were almost finished with the order, they redid it for me at no cost. That was humbling, and deeply appreciated! That's why I always go back!

Seems few are working the floor. Can’t get any help to buy something. It feels like this place used to be more helpful and give advice. Store isn’t busy either.
