Their instant picture machine SUCKS. If you need pictures printed immediately don’t come here. You’ll be pulling your hair. It took 45 mins to print two pictures.

We had moved our business to a larger location and we’re looking to purchase a large amount of office furniture, equipment and office supplies. Myself and my PA tried multiple time to get a few questions ask at this location by phone. No one bothered to pick up the calls. We found another local supplier and are quite happy having used them for our initial purchase and for supplies moving forward.

Giving this Store 5 stars. The printing dept Rep. Safa was amazing. It was a change to get such good customer service in these days when CS is a forgotten term. Thank you Safa!

Dishonest. Be careful when you use your credit card to work on computer station. If you are running out of time or don't have enough money left to print, all your work and money gone. There is no option to add money to continue existing session. You need to re-start the session with new money. They don't have a visible notice to inform you of this information. Very vague and cheating policy.

I called before going into Staples on Nov 28th inquiring about their photo prints on site. The person on the phone said make sure I bring my phone as we the photos are uploaded on my phone. I get to the kiosk and I'm following the instructions and show the customer service rep at the print shop that the upload now isn't working. She tells me it's a wifi issue so use my data, I do that and same issue. She then tells me the issue is their website and to try walmart (which doesn't have a print shop in milton) or shoppers. I then ask her if there is a computer I can use. She says yes but it will cost. No problem. I use the computer and the website works just fine and I can upload my pictures. The solution from someone working at customer service should have been her trying it rather than telling me to run around Milton looking for a different shop to print at. It would have taken no effort to check the website on the multiple computers she had available in the print area but the answer was our website doesn't work. I work in IT, I called before coming in on my lunch break. Annoying situation, customer service needs improvement.

The store manager either cannot tell time or he/she doesn't have a watch.why on the door of the store you guys say we close at 5 pm, but in reality you guys close earlier, what is the point of posting business hours then.on November 3, i was in front of the store at 4: 40, and the store was closed, even thou it should have been closed at 5.very unprofessional.

Am giving this store 5 stars because of one rep: Laurie. I can’t believe Staples’ online buying experience isn’t smoother by this point, what with the Amazons and Best Buys of the world having worked out all the kinks. Promised I would never buy online again, but Laurie changed my mind about giving my business to Staples overall. She was super helpful, kind, patient, and went out of her way to find the product I was looking for. Thank you, Laurie, for putting customers first:)

Did an online order pickup. It was quick service. Order was ready for pickup within 2 hours

Horrible experience with the staff at the Print section. They may put it on their costs (which I was still okay with) but there is professionalism and a specific customer friendly behavior which is required when you deal with customers. Unfortunately the staff here might be taught the operations well but have zero etiquette in handling customers. Horrible service and hence I would recommend anyone to go anywhere else (the Walmart closeby is better for services) but here.
