I've been shopping at this Staples location for years. I have purchased everything from office supplies to furniture and have had printing done on occasion. I, personally, have never had a problem with the staff or the products. In fact, one of the components for a chair I bought some time ago was bent, and they gave me a replacement from a display chair to save me time. As to printing, I don't ask for same day service, and when I return everything is ready just as it should be. Times were tough during Covid with partially empty shelves, and staff did their best to explain why.so for a while one had to be patient. Other than that, this location, and the one near the 401 where they were previously, has never let me down.

The copy and print area is usually understaffed. And even when there is staff they refuse to take orders. The self serve printers only take credit card and when you ask for help it’s viewed as a huge inconvenience. Bad attitude and bad service. Have never had a good experience at Staples. Everything has a fee associated with it too. I truly hope a competitor rises up and puts you out of business.

I would even give this place negative stars if there would have been an option of that. First of all their employees just don’t care how urgency one customer could have when he arrives at their store. Secondly even after being asked for help no******body will come for your help. You have to wait for time till your mind blows up. Then an idiot arrives for my help whose shirt’s button were hardly holding his body. I went there to scan some documents I needed on urgent basis, that I couldn’t because their machine are garbage. When that employee of their’s trying to help me he couldn’t. At last somehow he could find a way to scan my documents on a condition that I have crop every single documents I want to scan as their machine can do that way only. I asked why the hell I am paying you for if I have to do that much of work, moreover I don’t have time to do the same with every single documents. On this that employee replied “well then you should go to some other place”
Is this a way to talk to your customer.
End of all I asked them to refund my money that I paid in advance. Then I got a reply that it will be automatically credited to my account as I haven’t used anything. I asked some proof of slip or any refund receipt, he said we don’t have it.
This place, their employees are just awful.

Came to the PRINT SHOP with avery labels that were purchased at staples, only to be told I could not print them in their PRINT SHOP, I need a colour printer and they were no help! I am an avid visitor of this location for years and then this, I will now take my business elsewhere moving forward.

As an independent artist, this is my go-to store for all my art printing needs! The staff are always super friendly and helpful and the printed products always turn out perfect. I always chose Staples!

I always go to this store for my tech needs and have had great service from Sachi and his team every time. Last week I needed an adjustment to my settings that I couldn't do on my own and Jimmy cheerfully figured it out and made sure that I understood how to do it in future. Thank you so much Jimmy!

Decent selection but staff are rude and not too concerned about the customer having a positive experience in the store. They remind me why people should just shop online and forgo the "put out" rude staff experience who really don't want to be there.

Some staff are helpful but others including management have negative attitude. I asked for a return today and got it but had two Staples staff members arguing with me and belittling me the whole time. I wish I'd shopped online.

The lady in the print shop - Adrian disappointed me today when I went to pickup a print job at this location. I placed an order 9pm the last night for my kid’s school project and when I go to pickup at 5.45pm, its still not ready and when I requested to process it right away, she denied straight. Its not the 1st time I ordered at this location and never ever I have been said no when I came for pickup (even though job completion mail wasn’t received). Unfortunately you get a 1 star for this! Hope this improves in future!

Ordered online for prints etc. Quick turnaround. Just don't like the quality of paper used for the pictures. Pretty plain and not Kodak paper. Pictures were dull and even after cropping.
The mug I ordered was 5 star with 2 pictures as it was done off site

I'm giving one star only because the employee was great. Otherwise this store is terrible. I went In for a printer then was going to get a gaming laptop and ear buds. They Hard FIVE gaming laptops on display and not one in stock! (Fro
700$ to 1200$) I dont care if it's Christmas then take the displays off the shelf and save people time. Instead of spending almost 3000$ I bought nothing! (Not even what was in stc k minus the laptops) What a joke!

Very rude sales person (she was manager i guess) doesn't even know how to deal and respect a customer. Went for pickup with valid id and email of order, she didn't let me pickup because she wanted to compare my billing address on order with my address on my ID. Why would she show extra efficiency if she could match my name with name at order and email of order. Never ever had this inconvenience on any other store.

Pathetic service. Waited in line for 20 mins and nobody was there to help until one staff arrived from another department and helped people who arrived after me then left the area before helping me. I tried to bring it to the attention of another employee who was just milling about but she was too busy chatting with another customer who just walked in the door so I ended up leaving without getting my job done. Total waste of my time. Wont be back.

It's an office supply store with so much more. They have an amazing selection of pretty much everything you need for home or office or home office. Their prices are always great and this particular location has a great copy centre as well as shipping and courier services.

I visited this Staples location to have a document printed. I was able to email the file to the friendly staff member helping me, and within minutes I was holding the final product. The employee showed me several different paper options and explained the benefits of each. I was pleasantly surprised that the entire experience took less than ten minutes. I very much appreciate the follow up from Staples inquiring about my future printing needs and how they might be able to help. I will definitely come back here when I need something in the near future.

Went for pick up my order. The 2 senior white ladies were extremely rude and no basic customer service manner at all. You guys should train them with basic manners at least, and be polite to all the customers no matter what colour they are!

Copy Centre nightmare. I brought in a 2mb pdf file on USB stick to print about 20 pages on their self-serve printers. After the machine processed my file for 5 minutes, it gave an error. I tried several more times, and it still didn't work. I tried another machine, and same problem. So I tried the printme service (or something like that) where you email Staples the file and they send you a code to print from the printer. After getting the code, the printer again timed out and wouldn't print. The printers also say they can print from DropBox so I tried that as well, and after entering my login info, the printer said "our browser doesn't support DropBox". So they promote using DropBox but actually don't even support it. At this point I had to use the self-serve computer which charges for time as well as printing. I was able to get the file printed but now incurred extra charges because of the time usage and this whole process at the store which should have taken about 10 minutes maximum took close to an hour. I brought this up to the employee who was working in the Copy Centre and he replied "well what do you want me to do about it? ". I replied that aside from the fact they shouldn't be indifferent to the fact the printers don't work, I at minimum shouldn't have to pay for the time spent. He said "I can't do anything, I just help customers". I told him I'm a customer, to which he replied "you're not my customer, you're the copier customer". I left and called head Office. After explaining this to 2 people I finally got a call back from a manager at the store who didn't apologize at all and just asked me what resolution I wanted. I asked if she thought this was an acceptable experience and response from the employee and she wouldn't comment. She agreed to refund my computer time but in order to get that, I have to drive back to the store which will probably be another nightmare. They should have simply apologized and offered to mail a gift card or refund my credit card over the phone. What a ridiculous experience and response from Staples. The employee should be fired as well.

Visited the store to pick up an online print order. While the order was not ready the staff member was quick to find the order and insisted on producing it quickly right then. Once completed she found me wandering the store (killing time) to hand me my completed items. She was extremely polite, efficient and friendly. I watched her serve other customers with that same approach. She is an exceptional employee! Way to go Hanna!

Had to wait a few minutes to connect with Yash, so that I could order my laptop. He'd invested a fair bit of time a days earlier and I knew he'd pick it up where we left off. Traffic Control CSR Mark was very helpful in making sure I didn't miss the que for Yash while I was investigating a Wireless headphone that was on sale at $129, reg. $249. In a very few minutes he helped me fine tune my requirements AND ensured said product was available and put aside for me. Should be doing 3 reviews - all five star! I'll report separately once I've picked up the laptop fully loaded.:)

This is a great place to work and love to see happy faces every time, but I know some times we are not able to take care of each and every cx due to this pandemic situation. Ordered an item online for pickup (there was a $20 off coupon if you did this) and was supposed to receive a notification that it was ready after 2 hours. I waited 4, but didn’t hear anything. So i called the store. But no one answered. Then I drove down to the store, and they apparently didn’t receive my order. Funny. I have a confirmation email with their address on it, but they didn’t get it? So now I have to spend my time calling their head office to cancel the order and get a refund. It’s quite an efficient service!

My elderly father needed a new 2020 day planner. Unfortunately he didn't remember to bring his old one for comparison, and he's rather particular and it had to be the same one as last year.

It took some time, but a couple of employees helped us. They were very polite, helpful and patient. Superb customer service!

Ordered a special print for Christmas Eve day by 3pm. Never got a ready for pick-up email. Called, only to learn their closed! WTH! They promised, never warned that must pick up by 5pm (earlier closing time) and over-stated I would get an email (vs calling me), even after I clarified they were 100% sure it would be ready and I'd be notified. Terrible service. Not the first issues at this Staples so I normally use Staples Boardwalk. Unreliable poor service at this operation. Beware!

The store is nice and clean and organized but I didn't feel like the sales people tried really hard to go out of their way to help customers. They just sort of wandered around the store and came to us only once after we spent an hour looking at chairs asking us if we needed help. When I said actually yes I do the sales guy almost walked away (as if he didn't believe or expect someone to actually say they need assistance). When I asked him my questions, he wasn't very knowledgeable and didn't have very good customer service skills. I had to tell HIM thank you and have a great night instead of the other way around. Next time I will just choose to shop online.

The last two times we have visited staples it's been frustrating. We needed ink cartridges for our wireless printer. The associates, when you could find one, were not helpful and had no knowledge. The first time we found the cartridge ourselves but today I was told to order it 9n line. We went somewhere else and found what we needed. I will NOT be back.

I required a time sensitive 11.5 x 14 print photo and Staples delivered. The print was perfect and the frame was a very good price. Customer service was helpful. Overall I was extremely statisfied with this experience.

Terrible experience at this Staples location. My 17 days wasted for an order for Dell adapter they took and cannot fulfill. Put order on 30th Sept with expected delivery of two weeks. After no communication for two weeks, checked with staples on 15th Oct and was told that third party cancelled order on 10th Oct. I received no communication on cancelled order. Staples manager asked for one more day to check with third party. After 24 hours, different manager called me with same update and without any update on why my original order was cancelled. I ended up cancelling order after 17 days. They said sorry and gave me 25$ gift card but I lost 17 days for an order they took and cannot fulfill. I still don't know why order was cancelled.

Took over an hour waiting for my printed menus, terrible communication between staff to customers. Wanted to print out the menus myself but the video chat fellow took 12 minutes just to see the menus and another hour just to send it to the printing lady. He told me that he was going to send it once I had paid (which I did). The lady told me to come back later for the menus even though after an hour later she prints them all. I had to come back later, I come back and some were good but others were not cut properly, angles weren't straight, just messy looking. Will never come back.

The staff here are absolutely wonderful. They care so muh about one another and it is clear wih their interactions. Paulina went out of her way to make sure I could get all of my copies done on the spot and with the best value for me. She understood my situation as a new teacher and did everything she could to help me. Her patience is to be honored as she was exceptional in helping me get myself ready for the new school year. I don’t know why none of these reviews mention Jimmy! My parents needed to get my brothers laptop fixed and Jimmy was really patient with us and gave us really great customer service. Jimmy explained the whole process of the laptop being fixed to us and answered all of the questions we had. Jimmy did an excellent job! 5 stars! Excellent customer service!

I went here this afternoon to buy iPhone charger. You can’t just grab one from the shelf, since all they have is a paper you grab which you then take I the cashier who then pages someone who comes and then goes to the back and gets it from where they keep them!
So the guy was paged over and over and nobody showed up for a good 10 minutes and am just waiting there. I asked the cashier how long it would take and she said he should be there shortly, which he showed up and then went to the back and am still waiting for like another 5 minutes. That I literally left the store. I never thought buying a charger would be that long of a wait!

Worst customers service. I just wanted to get B&W mobile print but they told me to use a computer, which runs $0.30 per minute. And they didn't told me about it. So in total it cost me $4 for just a print.

Excellent customer service from this Staples store today. Was greeted immediately upon entering and offered much needed assistance. Had just come from another Staples store in search of a printer that was no longer being stocked and was grateful to find one at this location. The staff member I dealt with was very knowledgeable and friendly and eager to assist. While I waited briefly for the printer to be located in the back, was offered assistance by four other employees. We joked that I should hold up a sign that I was being served. Nice to have employees being so attentive. Very pleased with the service and kudos to the friendly helpful staff:)

Pauline in the copy and mail section is EXCELLENT. However, other staff need more TRAINING. Yesterday I purchased Canada Post Express which missed pick up because a staff person put it in the incorrect dispatch! So it will not be picked up by Canada Post for a full 24 hours AFTER purchase. Very bad service. Fortunately, Pauline caught it at least; otherwise who knows?

Very disappointed, the staff does not even know where the item is. I Called them for a particular item and they said they have 3 in stock. When I went to the store they cannot find it such a waste of time.
