Saema, staff and management at the print shop and store were super helpful and accommodating with my same day print service request. They went above and beyond with their customer service and I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Renovated a few years ago, clean, organized, stocked well, friendly knowledgeable staff. Plenty of photo/printers as I found Walmart does not do photos anymore.

I am sure this experience does not represent the company’s mission or customer service level expectation, but it happened and I would like to complain about it. My 8 yo daughter asked for a backpack price to a lady who was organizing some folders in an aisle and this person just turned around and walked away and ignored her request.
I personally think that everybody has bad days and might be fighting internal battles and We would like to think that this was the case, but we ended up being disappointed and just left the store.

Arman provided excellent customer service with my return of a monitor and cheerfully assisted with the purchase of a replacement. He was respectful, considerate and very helpful.

Great location, super organized and clean friendly service. Parking might be a little busy during the day as it's shared with dollar store and winners nearby. Good and plentiful printing stands. $0.65/color prints.

I made online purchases/pick up at about 10 different Staples stores, since Covid lockdown, but this store on Red Maple only now turned out to be the worst. Usually, you get a confirmation email then another one when your order is ready to be picked up. When you process your order online, it shows inventory available but, on some occasions if there's only one in inventory, the system could be incorrect. They usually notify you via email or, only once, I received a call that they were out of stock. Last week, I made an online purchase which showed 4 of the items in stock. I waited 24 hours before I called the store & was told by Jason that my order was cancelled. I asked by whom but he won't tell me. He put me on hold & said we have it in stock so I asked him to hold it & I will pick it up. Arrived at the store & told a guy the pick up number. Immediately, Raman replaced him so I repeated my pick up number. Obviously, Raman could not find it so I showed him the email on my cell. I told him to call Jason because I spoke to Jason earlier instead of explaining everything again. Raman was hesitant to call Jason who happened to pass by the counter & told Raman he has my order. Raman ushered me to the follow Jason who still refused to say who cancelled my order. No apology from anyone but, upon looking around before leaving, almost all the employees were younger people. I have 3 younger children but these employees need some customer service training.

Went to drop off return item to Amazon at their Purolator drop off and they don’t give receipts for the package. They said the courier was coming within 30 minutes and not to worry and sure enough package wasn’t picked up! Now I have no proof I dropped the package off and it’s return is 3 days late! Thank goodness for Amazon Customer Service, they seem aware of Staples poor policies. Customers trust Staples to take their package and if Staples takes that responsibility they should be willing to give a receipt they took your merchandise! How easy would it be for an employee to take your package and you have no proof it was ever left there! What a horrible policy! Bad on me for deciding to leave it and trust them! Never using this drop service again!

Last week I came to store for getting a new laptop and data transfer then I met Arman, he helped me very patiently to find my needs because I was in two minds. If you need any tech advice ask Arman at this store. Great service.

I would like to commend Arman Shey for his exceptional expertise & service regarding the task I required. His customer service is what this industry is lacking & his mentorship would be a great asset to Staples as to how customer should be addressed & serviced. Please acknowledge & value such an employee as Arman for this company future success.

Came here to print some wedding trivia cards and wedding menu. We actually went to another printing place but they were missing the cardstock for printing, they weren't sure of the prices for printing, or how it should be printed.

We decided then to come to Staples. Totally different experience. The person at Staples dealing with the printing was very helpful and knowledgeable. He made the experience really smooth and got sorted in less than 15 minutes.

Finding such exceptional customer service at a retail store is uncommon. I received that here today. I had a warranty issue that is too complicated to post in this review, but I can say that my issue, despite how complicated it was, was handled with extreme ease at this Staples store. The manager Rodger himself helped me out and took care of my issue. All of Rodger's staff are also wonderful and pleasant to communicate with. I wouldn't recommend any other office/electronics store over this staples located in Richmond Hill. As long as Rodger is around, this Staples store will be running smooth as butter. Thanks for your help everyone!

Nice store to get office supplies and stationery. All kinds of items, including pens, organizing items, office furniture, etc.
