Some Employees don’t know the terms customer service at the print/ shipping department area

I have been a long time client of Staples. I had a problem installing a purchased virus protection as my computer kept saying put a credit card in and I had already paid. Along came a great young man, Taylor. He said let me have a look. He put it in both computers. All the time smiling. I would like you to thank Taylor for going the extra mile. You are fortunate to have staff like Taylor.

Friendly and helpful. I was purchasing a router and there was only an empty box on the shelf. The person who helped me had difficulty finding the items showing in stock, but did not give up. I had to wait a bit, but was very happy they found one, as it was on a very good price!

I've been trying to make contact with this store for the last 3 days with no one answering or the phone is picked up and no one appears to be on the other end. If there are not people to answer the call may I suggest to hire more people to handle the incoming calls.

Store has everything you could want. I personally dont like how the staff swarm to help you as you walk in the door, but thats just me. Staff are friendly.

Serenity is the best employee. She’s very polite with every customer and provides the best service. She works with proper dedication.

I bought some ink for my printer and some paper also the prices are good and there's always help available if you need help printing anything.

It looked like a one star review visit to Staples. Our new printer started to be difficult and thus we drove 50 km to Belleville’s STAPLES STORE to tell us what is wrong. We have left the cord at home and the clerk who was attending the counter was sending us home, because of the el.cord that was missing! Fortunately for us a gentleman (Mr. Dave Franklin) was passing by and just asked us what is the problem. We have explained the issues, one being that the diagnoses cannot be done, due to the missing electrical cord. He just looked at the back, went to the adjacent room and in 20 second he had the cord. (!) [[ I just would like to know – how is it possible that the first “clerk” would not know this ]]!
He checked up the printer and told us what the issues are. If not him, we would have to drive another 150 (50 km back home plus another 100 km round trip) to bring the printer back with the cord. Mr. Franklin knew his stuff very, very well, saved us time and a lot of kilometers of driving. He completely restored my faith for this store. Thank you! When I will shop there, I will shop only if he on duty!

I went in for passport photos for my baby. I was told I needed to bring a white sheet to take photos as they do not provide this for sanitary reasons (as they need to lay the child down). I live an hour and a half away, so I went next door to homesense and purchased a new white sheet.not the biggest deal, process was fast and friendly enough, I got my two photos and was on my way… after waiting for my passport to arrive for my trip, I just received a call from the passport office that I need to submit new photos because the ones I provided have shadows around the face and aren’t good enough.

My husband and I went to Staples looking for a computer printer thinking we would do at least 3 other stores to find what we needed. We talked to Thomas your sale rep.

It was such a delight to have someone competent that knew all his products. He answered all our questions with great certitude. He was professional, interested, but most of all, he was very knowledgeable.

We walked out of the store with a printer that will serve our needs. If I would have to rate the service that was given to us, Thomas gets an A+ without a doubt. Remarquable young man.

Thank you to the management team of Belleville's Staples for caring enough to select the right employees to help the costumers do the right choice for their needs. We will come back to Staples for our office supplies need. One store shop is great!

Workers are not helpful at all try to spend money in the store but got zero help and walked out would rather give my money to places that are helpful.
