I fought with the staples order website for 2 days just to give them my money for a copy! But the damn website wouldn't give me any payment options so I just gave up and called the UPS store instead and I was done in like 5 seconds.

Staples has everything you need for office home work or school. They have good prices and their stores are always fully stocked, organized and clean.

Looked to purchase office chairs for the office. The order was placed twice online and cancelled. The store had stock. Went to pick up the order to find the order cancelled and the store not knowing anything. The resolution was really bad. 0% courtesy only excuses from the 3 floor staff through the process. 1 hour of total wait time to get the chairs / and scan. The only reason I think it was prioritized was I was beginning to fall asleep on the floor model chair I was waiting for. Employees friend came in during the hour so had to wait for their conversation. This corporation is a dinosaur. They only exist because of the undiscerning rural Canadian customer. AI will make all these jobs obsolete because it offers all customers courtesy, not indifference. Extra 1 star for 15% discount at checkout.

Absolute worst store. Their service at the Technology department is a nightmare to deal with.

I was sold a defective laptop which they were originally unwilling to fix. Spent over 6 hours on the phone with Tech Support and they couldn't solve the issue. Brought the laptop to the store again and they were still trying to refer me to Tech Support. Finally they took the laptop in, promising that I'd only be charged $60+tax to back up my data. When I got the laptop back they charged me almost triple and refused to give back the laptop unless I paid. They threatened to wipe my computer clean unless I paid the fees. When I got home and opened up my laptop, nothing was saved except for a couple documents which I didn't even need.

To make matters worse, if you want the most basic warranty on the computer you will need to pay for a monthly subscription.

I like the staff, and things are easy to find - and good parking BUT I bought an $89 dollar warranty on a pair of $350 headphones - it took 2 months, countless visits, and follow up to find out a Staples warranty is actually done by a 3rd party, and that I would be getting a depreciated settlement. So good store, but skip the warranties.

Good variety of products and printing services, but expensive prices (especially for printing and scanning)
