We recently visited this Staples and had a wonderful Customer Service experience.
The whole team was very helpful but I would specially highlight the work of their employee “Raj”. He helped us with our various needs like ID photo print, Document printing & other services.

I needed some help which required patience & time, and he handled the situation very calmly.

I would say Raj went above & beyond, and for this experience, I would visit this place again. Please pass this message to him as well.

Honestly the people working there is not the brightest, the same person that told me to send the files I need to print to the email is the same individual that made me wait 30 mins just to come tell me that if nobody told you that our Internet is not working so we can’t print it out and that Internet hasn’t been working since he started his shift and he’s been there way before I walked into the shop? Why make me wait and do all just to tell you can’t do it?

I recently had the pleasure of being assisted by a knowledgeable and friendly tech employee, Areeb, at Staples while purchasing a new laptop. His expertise and dedication truly stood out, making my shopping experience both enjoyable and productive.

Ryan is a great salesperson and technologist. He sold me an absolutely stunning laptop at a reduced price. Ryan, thank you, this thing runs like a dream.

We were at this Staples location yesterday to exchange printer inks I had bought the wrong ones there a while ago and had lost the receipt. The young woman who helped with the return was excellent, the manager who processed it was very good, and the young man who helped me find the right ones was great. Excellent customer service at this location!

Staples have good deals. The place is clean and well organized. The staff know their responsibilities and know which aisles the product are stacked. Staff are polite and professional.

Strong all around customer service! Arrived, two staff immediately looked up and acknowledged me, with a friendly hello, sadly quite rare these days. One of them, male presenting 6', gently informed me that the store would be closing soon. I made some self-serve copies, needed help clarifying the menu and someone came for a brief assist. Manager Steve (cool Italian frames!) was patient to listen to my colour printing question, offered to print a few samples and didn't rush me to leave before I had all 8.5 x 11" sheets cut. I was offered a bag, but didn't need one, again, a kind courtesy. A third staff, female presenting 5'6", was kind to answer my few questions about printing and did not ever make me feel rushed, even though we were getting close to their close time. Thank you all for making me feel welcome, the little things add up. I'll be back!
